Tűz ütött ki egy ipari telephelyen a Zürich melletti Spreitenbachban vasárnap. Füstmérgezés gyanújával három embert láttak el a mentősök – közölte a svájci rendőrség.
Nem tudjuk, hogy vannak-e még bent emberek, mert jelenleg nem tudunk bemenni az épületbe. Nagy füst van, és az épület még mindig lángokban áll – mondta Adrian Bieri, az aargaui kantoni rendőrség szóvivője.
A szóvivő a Reutersnek azt mondta, hogy a létesítményt útépítéshez használt gyúlékony anyagok tárolására használhatták. A tűzoltóság nagy létszámmal a helyszínen volt – közölte az SRF műsorszolgáltató, hozzátéve, hogy nagy füstoszlopot lehetett látni mérföldekre a helyszíntől.

Sikerült megfékezni kedden a dél-afrikai parlament épületében pusztító tüzet, amelynek következtében az alsóházi ülésterem teljesen megsemmisült – közölték a helyi hatóságok. A vasárnap keletkezett tűz miatt egy 49 éves férfit őrizetbe vettek gyújtogatás és más bűncselekmények gyanújával.
A gyanúsítottnak hét nap múlva kell megjelennie a bíróság előtt, hogy határozzanak arról, óvadék ellenében szabadlábra helyezik-e. A férfi ügyvédje azt mondta, védencéből „bűnbakot” csinálnak, és ártatlannak fogja vallani magát.
A parlament új szárnyában működő alsóház épületrésze teljesen romba dőlt – közölte Ian Schnetler, a fokvárosi tűzoltóság vezetője. A tüzet sikerült elfojtani, a tűzoltók most szobáról szobára vizsgálják át az épületkomplexumot, hogy felderítsék és eloltsák a még megmaradt kisebb tűzfészkeket. Ez hosszú folyamat, mert egyes helyiségekben ehhez szét kell bontani a belső faborítást is – közölte a városvezetés.
A tűz először vasárnap lángolt fel, hétfő délelőtt ugyan rövid időre meg tudták fékezni, de az erős szél miatt délutánra a lángok ismét felcsaptak az épület tetején, és további súlyos károkat okoztak. Nagyjából éjfél utánra tudták a tüzet teljesen eloltani. Az 1884-ben épült, a felsőháznak helyt adó régi épületszárny teteje is részben leszakadt, több iroda megrongálódott.
A tűz keletkezésének okát még nem tudni pontosan. Nem kizárt, hogy a három részből álló épületkomplexum műszaki hibái is közrejátszottak abban, hogy a lángok ilyen hatalmas pusztítást okoztak.
A Dél-afrikai Köztársaság parlamentje Fokvárosban működik, míg a kormány székhelye az onnan 1400 kilométerre fekvő Pretoriában van.

A vasárnap kigyulladt tűz miatt egy 49 éves férfit gyújtogatás és más bűncselekmények, a többi között lopás gyanújával vettek őrizetbe.
Az alsóház elnöke szerint ha valóban gyújtogatás történt, az a demokrácia elleni támadásnak tekinthető. A helyi rendőrség elitegysége arról számolt be, hogy a férfi az egyik ablakon át juthatott be az épületbe.

Legalább 38 ember meghalt és nagyjából százan megsérültek, amikor kigyulladt egy utasokkal tömött komp Banglades déli részén – számolt be a BBC. A lap azt írja, hogy a három fedélzetű hajó a folyó közepén gyulladt ki Jhalakathi város közelében, amikor Dakkából Barguna városába tartott.

Tűz ütött ki egy szállodában szerdára virradóra egy hatszintes szállodában Vinnica közelében, a lángok elől hárman kiugrottak az ablakon, egyikük, egy lány a sérülések következtében életét vesztette, a másik két személyt kórházba szállították – adta hírül az rbc.ua hírportál a megyei Rendkívüli Helyzetek Állami Szolgálatára hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint a Szeliscse nevű településen rekreációs központként működő Butterfly szállodában éjjel 3:00 órakor csaptak fel a lángok. A tűz 800 négyzetméteres területen pusztított.
A lángok elől hárman kiugrottak az ablakon. Egy lány belehalt a sérüléseibe, személyazonosságának a megállapítása folyamatban van. Egy 19 éves lányt és egy 43 éves férfit kórházba szállítottak
A hatszintes szállodából még a tűzoltók megérkezése előtt 56 személyt, köztük 53, 2006 és 2016 között született gyermeket evakuáltak.
A tűz oltásában 44 tűzoltó és 13 jármű vett részt. A lángokat 5:00 órára sikerült lokalizálni, majd 20 perc múlva eloltani.
A rendőrség a tűzbiztonsági szabályok megsértésének címén indított büntetőeljárást.

Október 10-én 18 óra 10 perckor érkezett bejelentés egy mezőgazdasági vállalkozás területén lévő raktárépületben keletkezett tűzről. Az eset a Beregszászi járási Bátyúi kistérséghez tartozó Barkaszó településen történt. Szemtanúk akkor észlelték a tüzet, amikor az már elborította az épület nagy részét, ahol a szalmát tárolták.
A tűzoltásban a munkácsi és nagydobronyi állami tűzoltóság 6 egysége, a derceni önkéntes egyházi tűzoltócsapat és a barkaszói katonai egység technikáját vetették be. A tűzoltók az 1000 négyzetméteres területen 19 óra 47 perckor lokalizálták a tüzet, 20:20-kor teljesen lokalizálták.
A rendvédelmi szervek jelenleg tűz keletkezésének okát vizsgálják. A kár összegének megállapítása is folyamatban van: a tűz az 1000 négyzetméteres tetőt, 40 tonna szalmát és 20 tonna dohánylevelet pusztított el a raktár padlásán, számolt be Ukrajna Katasztrófavédelmi Szolgálata kárpátaljai főosztálya.
