Január 21-én 19 óra körül egy munkácsi nő hívta a 102-es vonalat, és jelentette, hogy egyik szomszédja gránáttal fenyegeti. A bejelentő tájékoztatása szerint a lakásban rajta kívül egy kiskorú gyermek lakik.
A rendőrség azonnal elindult a helyszínre. A rendfenntartók hatástalanították a támadót, és egy robbanószerkezetet foglaltak le tőle. A fogvatartottról kiderült, hogy egy 42 éves helyi lakos. A férfitól az F‒1-es gránáton kívül, amellyel a férfi megfenyegette az áldozatot, a nyomozók több mint három tucat töltényt foglaltak le.
A gyanúsított jelenleg ideiglenes fogdában van. Magatartásának okait az előzetes vizsgálat során állapítják meg. Jelenleg úgy tudni, hogy a férfi ittas volt. 3-tól 7 évig terjedő szabadságvesztés fenyegeti. A nyomozás tart.

A munkácsi határőregység dolgozói megállítottek egy Ford Mondeo típusú járművet, melyben két kárpátaljai férfi utazott.
A férfiak megtagadták a hatóságok kérését, miszerint mutassák fel okmányaikat, elkezdték sértegetni, majd pedig halálosan is megfenyegették a határőröket. Az egyikük leadott egy lövést egy startpisztollyal, ezt követően pedig megpróbálták bántalmazni a hatósági munkatársakat. Mindkettejüket letartóztatták, mind a sofőr, mind pedig az utas ittas állapotban volt.
A helyszínre kiérkezett a rendőrség is, az ügyben büntetőeljárást indítottak, a vizsgálatok megkezdődtek.

Észak-Korea bombazáporral fenyegette meg szerdán déli szomszédját a Phenjan-ellenes pamfletek miatt.
„Nincs garancia arra, hogy a Koreai-félszigeten nem fog kitörni az európaihoz vagy a közel-keletihez hasonló katonai konfliktus” − mondta Kim Junmi észak-koreai szakértő a KCNA észak-koreai állami hírügynökségnek, utalva az orosz–ukrán háborúra és az Izrael és a Hamász közti fegyveres harcokra.
A dél-koreai alkotmánybíróság még szeptemberben hatályon kívül helyezte a propaganda-szórólapok észak–déli határon keresztüli terjesztését tiltó törvényt, mondván, az túlságosan korlátozza a véleménynyilvánítás szabadságát. A 2020-ban bevezetett törvény értelmében a szórólapterjesztők akár három év börtönbüntetést is kaphattak.
A KCNA-ban közzétett angol nyelvű felszólításban Észak-Korea arra figyelmeztetett, hogy a Phenjan-ellenes pamfletkampány és a Szöul által folytatott pszichológiai hadviselés csak katalizátorként szolgál, ami Dél-Korea végét fogja jelenteni.
„A Koreai Népi Demokratikus Köztársaság haraggal teli forradalmi fegyveres erői bombazáport fognak zúdítani a dél-koreai bábok és szórólapterjesztők védőbástyáira, ami még a korábbi válaszlépésünket is fölül fogja múlni”− mondta Kim Junmi, hozzátéve, hogy a propagandaterjesztés a háború folytatását megelőző támadásnak minősül.
Több mint hetven éve tart a koreai háború
Az elmúlt években észak-koreai menekültek és konzervatív aktivisták többször is küldtek át pamfleteket szállító léggömböket a határon keresztül Észak-Koreába, hogy az ott élőket a rezsim elleni lázadásra buzdítsák. Legutóbb emiatt fegyveres konfliktus a határnál 2014-ben és 2020-ban alakult ki; utóbbi esetében a két Koreát összekötő iroda épülete is megsemmisült.
Mivel az 1950-ben kirobbant koreai háború hivatalosan a mai napig tart, és csak tűzszüneti megállapodás köttetett, ezért a Koreai-félszigeten folyamatos a katonai feszültség.
Szöul és Phenjan még 2018-ban megállapodást írt alá a feszültség enyhítéséről, de Észak-Korea ezt azóta többször is megsértette. A dél-koreai védelmi minisztérium még októberben jelentette ki, hogy az egyezményt fel kellene mondani, mert Dél-Korea csak így tudna azonnal reagálni egy esetleges támadásra.

Őrizetbe vettek kedden Milánóban két, az Iszlám Állam terrorszervezethez tartozó egyiptomi férfit, aki az interneten támadással fenyegette meg az olasz államot és Giorgia Meloni miniszterelnököt.
A terrorizmusellenes milánói ügyészség által eddig közölt információk szerint az egyik férfi 50, a másik 40 éves. Egyikük egyiptomi állampolgár, a másik egyiptomi származású olasz, mindketten takarítóvállalatok dolgozói. Milánóhoz közeli otthonukban vették őrizetbe őket.
A rendőrség 2021 óta megfigyelés alatt tartotta aktív internetes tevékenységüket: többek között videofelvételen örökítették meg, amint hűséget fogadtak az Iszlám Állam nevű terrorszervezetnek.
Pénzt gyűjtöttek és utaltak át az Iszlám Állam tagjainak özvegyei számára Palesztinába, Jemenbe és Szíriába. Pénzt küldtek a terrorszervezet egyik feltételezett tagjának is, emellett örömmel kommentálták a terrorszervezet által elkövetett öldökléseket és merényleteket.
Súlyos fenyegetéseket osztottak meg egymás között, ezekben a Nyugat, az olasz állam és a kormányfő elleni támadásokról írtak.
Őrizetbe vételüket a milánói hatóságok azután rendelték el, hogy a Hamász terrorszervezet október 7-i izraeli támadása nyomán Olaszországban is szigorították a nemzetbiztonsági ellenőrzéseket.
Az ügyészség szerint a két egyiptomi nem állt kapcsolatban a Brüsszelben hétfő este merényletet elkövető tunéziai férfival.

Számos Telegram-csatornán terjed egy videó, amelyen több katona beszélget az utcán egy járókelővel, miközben egyikük fegyvert tart a hadköteles korúnak látszó férfire, a rendőrség vizsgálatot indított az ügyben – közölte kedden a kijevi rendőrség sajtószolgálata az rbc.ua hírportállal.
A sajtószolgálat jelentés szerint „egy rendőrcsapat vonult ki a helyszínre, hogy ellenőrizze az érintetteket. A rendfenntartók azonosították és kihallgatták az incidens összes résztvevőjét, és regisztrálták a meghatározott eseményt a Szolomjanka kerületi rendőrkapitányságon.” Az eset következtében senki nem sérült meg, a rendőrségen fellebbezés és nyilatkozattétel nem történt. A további ellenőrzések folyamatban vannak – tette hozzá a rendőrség.
Szemtanúk azt állították, hogy szerintük a területi toborzási és szociális támogatási központ tisztje „fegyverrel fenyegette meg a férfit”. Emellett a videón hallható, ahogy egy férfi kiabál veszekedés közben: „Ne lőj! Miért fogdosol?”. A szemtanúk ugyanakkor nem jelezték, hogy mi okozta a konfliktust a toborzótisztek és a civil férfi között.

A posztot vasárnap este valamivel 9 óra után töltötték fel egy internetes közösségbe, az írás szerint „hétfőn két órakor robbantásos terrortámadást hajtanak végre Csedzsu nemzetközi repülőterén” – közölték rendőrségi tisztviselők.
A bejegyzés szerzője azt állította, hogy a légikikötőben már elhelyezett egy bombát, továbbá azzal fenyegetőzött, hogy leszúrja az épületből kijövő embereket.
A poszt észlelése után a rendőrség átkutatta a repteret, de nem találtak robbanóanyagot. A művelet két óra hosszat tartott.
A tisztviselők elmondták, a hatóságok rendőrök bevetésével fokozzák a beléptetés ellenőrzését a repülőtéren, hogy felkészüljenek bármilyen vészhelyzetre.
A bejegyzés íróját is igyekeznek felkutatni, akire szigorú büntetés vár.
A történtekkel párhuzamosan a rendőrség az ország délkeleti részén átkutatta két város, Púszan és Tegu nemzetközi repülőterét is, amelyeket ugyancsak megfenyegettek az interneten. Hétfőn – helyi idő szerint – 12.18 órakor feltöltött online bejegyzésben azzal fenyegetőzött egy ismeretlen, hogy bombát robbant és mindenkit megöl egy bicskával a púszani Kimhei légikikötőben.
Egy másik, vasárnap – helyi idő szerint – 23 óra 16 perckor az interneten egy közösségbe feltöltött bejegyzés “augusztus 9-i terrorista bombatámadásra és késes merényletre figyelmeztetett Tegu nemzetközi repülőterén.
A rendőrség ezután átvizsgálta mindkét létesítményt, de nem talált terrorizmusra utaló jeleket – közölték a tisztviselők, hozzátéve, hogy fokozzák a biztonsági intézkedéseket a repülőtereken.
A fenyegetéseket megelőzően két halálos kimenetelű késeléses ámokfutást követtek el Szöulban és környékén.
Múlt csütörtökön egy 22 éves gyanúsított a fővárostól, Szöultól délre fekvő Pundangban egy áruház előtt gyalogosokba rohant, majd az üzletben késsel támadt vásárlókra, 14 embert megsebesítve, közülük 12-t súlyosan. Az egyik áldozat, egy 60 év körüli nő a háromnapos kezelés követően meghalt.
Július 21-én egy 33 éves férfi, halálra késelt egy 20 év körüli, számára idegen embert egy szöuli vasútállomás közelében, majd egy sikátorban megtámadott három másik férfit.

Az AP szerint a 16 éves fiú a tanítás kezdetekor kapta elő a vadászkést, majd hátulról az egyik karján és a fején vágta meg a tanárnőt. Amikor a támadó az igazinak látszó játékpisztollyal hadonászott az osztálytársai felé, a diákok elmenekültek a teremből.
A rendőrség szerint, amikor beléptek a terembe, a fiú a padlón ült, nem tanúsított ellenállást. Senki más nem volt az osztályteremben. A véres kést és a fegyvert az egyik asztalon lévő füzeten találták meg.
Az 51 éves tanárnő sok vért vesztett, kórházba szállították.
Michele Raffaeli igazgató az iskola előtt újságíróknak elmondta, a diáknak tanulmányi problémái voltak, és a szüleit behívták egy keddre tervezett találkozóra az iskolai hatóságokkal.
Giuseppe Valditara oktatási miniszter meglátogatta a sérült pedagógust a kórházban.
„A tanárnő példamutatóan végezte munkáját, a fiúval már korábban is voltak problémái” – mondta a miniszter a Facebookon közzétett videóban. A diákot a támadás után a pszichiátriára szállították.

Életveszélyes fenyegetés bűntette miatt vádat emeltek egy 61 éves pozsonyi férfi ellen.
Az illető állítólag mindennap blokkolta a 112-es, 150-es és 158-as segélyhívó vonalakat, és szidalmazta az operátorokat. Egy szerdán történt telefonbeszélgetésben állítólag fizikai támadással és halállal fenyegette az operátort. Három évig terjedő börtönbüntetés vár rá − írta meg a tvnovotny.sk.
„2023. április 6-án a férfit az ügyész előzetes beleegyezését követően a lakóhelyén őrizetbe vettük, és a további eljárási cselekmények elvégzése érdekében az illetékes rendőrkapitányságra kísértük” − közölte a pozsonyi regionális rendőrség szóvivője.
A rendőrség szerint a vádlott 2018 óta hívja a segélyhívó vonalakat. A 2021-es évben 3820, tavaly pedig 7028 hívás érkezett. 2023-ban április 5-ig 3932 hívás érkezett. Ez összesen 14 780 hívást jelent.
A Pozsony I. kerületi bíróság 2018-ban ítélte el a férfit veszélyes fenyegetés bűntette miatt. A férfit már hét alkalommal ítélték el jogerősen testi sértés, személyi szabadság korlátozása, zsarolás, lopás, hivatalos személy elleni erőszak vagy veszélyes fenyegetés miatt.

2022 februárjában folytatott hosszú telefonbeszélgetést az orosz elnökkel az Egyesült Királyság akkori miniszterelnöke, Boris Johnson.
Johnson szerint ő figyelmeztette az orosz elnököt arra, hogy a háború kirobbantása totális katasztrófa lenne, ezt követően fogalmazott fenyegetően Vlagyimir Putyin – írja a BBC.

Putyin csak játszott Johnsonnal
Boris Johnson visszaemlékezése szerint figyelmeztette az orosz elnököt arra, ha megtámadják Ukrajnát, az szankciókhoz vezet országával szemben, illetve a NATO-erők nagyobb létszámban jelennek majd meg a határokon. Azzal az érvvel is megpróbálta lebeszélni Putyint a háború elindításáról, hogy
Ukrajna a belátható jövőben nem fog csatlakozni a NATO-hoz.
„A beszélgetés egy pontján fenyegetni kezdett, és azt mondta: ‘Borisz, nem akarlak bántani, de rakétával csak egy percbe telne”, vagy valami hasonló. Azt gondoltam, hát ez nagyszerű, bár nagyon nyugodt volt a hangneme. Érződött a beszélgetésből, hogy csak játszadozott azzal a szándékommal, hogy tárgyalásra bírjam” – emlékszik vissza Johnson.
A britek tudták, hogy háború jön
A BBC megjegyzi, bár nem tudni, mennyiben volt ez üres fenyegetés, Johnsonnak megvolt minden oka, hogy komolyan vegye azt, hiszen az elmúlt években több alkalommal történt orosz támadás brit földön – például 2018-ban Salisburyben.
A beszélgetés után 9 nappal, február 11-én Ben Wallace külügyminiszter Moszkvába utazott, hogy orosz kollégájával, Szergej Sojguval tárgyaljon. Úgy tért haza, hogy megnyugtatták: az oroszok nem támadják meg Ukrajnát, de most azt állítja, mindenki tudta, hogy ez hazugság.
Leírása szerint erőfitogtatás vagy bullying lehetett Sojgu célja.
„Hazudott, én tudtam, hogy hazudik, és ő is tudta, hogy tudom, de ezzel együtt is hazudott. Az üzenet az volt: hatalmam van” – idézi fel Wallace. Emlékei szerint ez a nyugodt, de direkt hazugság megerősítette abban a hitben, hogy az oroszok támadni fognak. Távozásakor Valerij Geraszimov vezérkari főnök azt mondta neki visszaemlékezése szerint, hogy többé nem fogják őket megalázni.
Zelenszkij nyugodtan hívta fel őt
Két hét sem kellett, és az orosz tankok megtámadták Ukrajnát. Boris Johnson még azon az éjjelen hívást kapott Volodimir Zelenszkij ukrán elnöktől.
„Zelenszkij nagyon-nagyon nyugodt volt, de elmondta, hogy mindenhonnan támadnak az oroszok” -emlékszik vissza Johnson. Ő ekkor felajánlotta, hogy kimenekíti Zelenszkijt egy biztonságos helyre, amit az elnök elutasított.

A jobbközép ANO 2011 párt vezetője egy rendkívüli sajtótájékoztatón jelentette be az esetet. Andrej Babis közölte: „Reggel a biztonságiak egy borítékot adtak át nekem, amelyet a feleségemnek, Monikának címeztek. A küldeményben egy éles lőszert és mocskolódó üzeneteket tartalmazó papírt találtunk. Azonnal értesítettem a rendőrséget, akik haladéktalanul megkezdték az ügy kivizsgálását.”
Az eset kapcsán megszólalt Babis ellenfele, a másik elnökjelölt, Petr Pavel, aki elítélte ellenfele családjának megfenyegetését, ugyanakkor emlékeztetett, a kampány feszült légköre miatt Babist terheli a felelősség, mert ő ijesztgeti a választókat.
Az egyneműek házasságát nyíltan támogató – nyugalmazott tábornok – Pavel korábban tagja volt a Csehszlovák Kommunista Pártnak, amit a később nyilvánosan „hibának” minősített.
