Megszűnt az áramellátás csütörtökön Herszon elektromos vezetékeiben az orosz erők ágyúzásai következtében – közölte Jaroszlav Janusevics, a régió kormányzója a Telegram üzenetküldő alkalmazáson.
A tisztségviselő hozzátette, hogy a szakemberek már dolgoznak az áramszolgáltatás helyreállításán. Tájékoztatott továbbá arról, hogy szerdán az orosz erők 34 alkalommal nyitottak tüzet Herszon megye területére, több helyütt lakóövezeteket ért találat. Az orosz támadásokban egy helyi lakos vesztette életét és további kettő megsérült.
„A december 1-jei nap is a megszállók ágyúzásával kezdődött. Most az energetikai mérnökök próbálják kiküszöbölni a reggeli orosz ágyúzás következményeit” – tette hozzá a kormányzó.
Olekszij Hromov dandártábornok, az ukrán hadsereg műveleti főigazgatóságának helyettes főnöke csütörtöki sajtótájékoztatóján kijelentette: a vezérkar értékelése szerint fennáll a veszélye annak, hogy a közeljövőben újabb orosz rakétacsapások érik Ukrajna létfontosságú infrastruktúráját és katonai létesítményeit.
„Az ellenség célja, hogy pánikot keltsen a lakosság körében a belső helyzet destabilizálása érdekében” – emelte ki a katonai vezető. Hromov kifejtette, hogy a héten orosz Tu-95MC stratégiai bombázók végeztek repülési gyakorlatokat az oroszországi Szaratov, Szamara és Orenburg térségében, valamint Oroszország keleti részében és a Barents-tenger légterében.
A vezérkar tagja arról is beszélt, hogy az oroszok tartalékosokat állomásoztatnak a megszállásuk alatt lévő Krím félsziget északi részén.
„Dzsankoj városa és a környező területek valójában a Krím legnagyobb katonai bázisává változtak, ahonnan az orosz megszálló csapatokat, fegyvereket és katonai felszereléseket telepítik át az Oroszországi Föderációból. Titkosszolgálati adatok szerint mintegy 750 darab haditechnikai eszköz és katonai felszerelés található a Dzsankoj közelében lévő Medvegyivka település melletti katonai terepen” – fejtette ki Hromov.
Natalia Humenyuk, az ukrán déli műveleti parancsokság sajtóközpontjának vezetője is a rakétacsapások veszélyére figyelmeztetett. Mint mondta, ez Ukrajna „lakosságára nehezedő pszichológiai nyomásgyakorlás” is tekinthető. Az orosz hadihajók fekete-tengeri jelenléte arra utal, hogy folytatódik a légi felderítés, az adatgyűjtés és az esetleges rakétacsapások előkészítése – tette hozzá Humenyuk.

„Az állandó orosz ágyúzás miatt evakuáljuk a kórházi betegeket Herszonból” – írta a kormányzó a Telegram üzenetküldő alkalmazáson. Szavai szerint a Herszonban lévő megyei kórházban kezelt gyerekeket már a szomszédos megye központjába, Mikolajivba szállították, ahol minden szükséges orvosi ellátást megkapnak.
Tájékoztatott arról, hogy a herszoni regionális pszichiátriai intézet betegeit is evakuálták. Odesszába száz beteget szállítottak át arra az időre, amíg nem szűnnek meg az orosz támadások – tette hozzá.
A kormányzó közölte pénteken azt is, hogy csak a csütörtöki nap folyamán tíz helyi lakos vesztette életét, és 54 sérült meg a megyében az orosz támadások következtében. Hozzátette, hogy az orosz erők egy nap alatt 49-szer nyitottak tüzet Herszon megye területére.

„Most 63 holttestet találtak Herszon régióban, de tudnunk kell, hogy a kutatás csak most kezdődött, számos további börtön és temetkezési hely feltárása várható” – idézte csütörtökön az ukrán Interfax hírügynökség Denisz Monasztirszij ukrán televízióban elhangzott nyilatkozatát.
Szergej Sojgu hadseregtábornok, védelmi miniszter november 9-én rendelte el az orosz csapatok visszavonását a Dnyeper folyó bal partjára az Ukrajnától elcsatolt Herszon megyében.
Az ukrán bűnüldöző szervek 436 esetben tártak fel háborús bűncselekményeket a régióban az orosz megszállás óta. Tizenegy fogvatartási helyet fedeztek fel, ezek közül négy helyen kínozták is a foglyokat.
A belügyminiszter hangsúlyozta, hogy a halottak exhumálása folytatódik, a kínzási eseteket rögzítik.
Andrij Kovalenko, a herszoni területi ügyészség ügyésze a New York Timesnak adott nyilatkozatában elmondta, hogy a térségben az oroszok 800 foglyának őrizetbe vételéről gyűjtöttek tanúvallomásokat. Ezekből kiderült, hogy a foglyokat gyakran bántalmazzák áramütéssel, illetve verik, fojtogatják őket.
Ukrán és nemzetközi vizsgálatok szerint az orosz csapatok által megszállt ukrán területeken háborús bűnöket követtek el. Moszkva tagadja a polgári lakosság elleni atrocitásokat.
Más, korábban orosz csapatok által megszállt területeken is találtak tömegsírokat, köztük olyanokat, amelyekben a polgári áldozatokon kínzások nyomait fedezték fel.

Ukrajnai sajtószervezetek követelik az ukrán hatóságoktól, hogy adják vissza az akkreditációt azoknak az ukrán és külföldi újságíróknak, akik közvetlenül az orosz ellenőrzés felszámolása után tudósítottak a herszoni eseményekről – számolt be az Ukrajinszka Pravda hírportál hétfőn az ukrán tömegtájékoztatási intézetre hivatkozva.
Az ukrán vezérkar legalább hat filmes stáb újságíróinak munkavállalási engedélyét törölte, mivel állítólag megsértették a munkavégzés szabályait a harci műveletek területén. Köztük voltak a nyugati CNN és a SkyNews újságírói, az Ukrajinszka Pravda és a Hromadske televízió munkatársai – emlékeztetett a hírportál.
Hétfőn számos szerkesztőség és szervezet fordult emiatt Volodimir Zelenszkij elnökhöz, Valerij Zaluzsnijhoz, az ukrán fegyveres erők főparancsnokához és Olekszij Reznyikov védelmi miniszterhez.
„Mi, ukrán és külföldi újságírók és médiaszervezetek azonnali intézkedéseket követelünk a védelmi minisztérium kommunikációs struktúráinak, különösen a déli erők sajtóközpontjának szakszerűtlensége miatt kialakult konfliktushelyzet megoldására” – idézett a hírportál a felhívásból.
„Az orosz megszállás alól felszabadult Herszonban ukrán és külföldi újságírók riportjai óriási mértékben hozzájárultak győzelmünkhöz. Az egész világot bejárták a CNN, a SkyNews és más vezető külföldi és ukrán médiaorgánumok munkatársainak felvételei. Megmutatták, milyen örömmel fogadja Herszon lakossága az ukrán hadsereget, cáfolva ezzel az orosz propaganda hazugságait. Anyagaik az ukrán történelem fontos dokumentumai is” – emelték ki a tiltakozó szervezetek.
Hangsúlyozták, hogy a védelmi minisztériumtól hivatalos akkreditációt kapott hivatásos újságírók megfelelő szaktudással és komoly tapasztalattal rendelkeznek.
Az aláírók követelik, hogy azonnal adják vissza az akkreditációt azoknak az ukrán és külföldi újságíróknak, akik tudósítottak a herszoni eseményekről, és akiktől az akkreditációt emiatt elvették.
Folytassanak le belső vizsgálatot a déli műveleti parancsnokság kommunikációs osztályának és az ukrán védelmi minisztérium kommunikációs ágazatának szakszerűtlen munkájával kapcsolatban, és hozzák meg a megfelelő személyi döntéseket. Egyenlő és átlátható szabályokat dolgozzanak ki az újságírók munkájára és befogadására vonatkozóan.

Az Ukrán Biztonsági Szolgálat munkatársai a felszabadított Herszonban őrizetbe vettek egy civil ruhába öltözött orosz katonát, aki megpróbálta magát helybelinek kiadni.
A biztonsági szolgálat tisztjeivel folytatott beszélgetés után a katona elismerte, hogy az Oroszországi Föderáció fegyveres erőit fedező 69. különálló dandár hivatásos katonája – írja az Ukrainszka Pravda.

Számos külföldi újságírót fosztottak meg akkreditációjuktól, mert a nemrég felszabadított Herszonból tudósítottak – írja az Ukrajinszka Pravda.
Az ukrán hadsereg megvonta több nyugati újságíró akkreditációját Herszon megyében – tájékoztatott az ukrán vezérkar hétfőn.
A vezérkar azzal indokolta a döntést, hogy az utóbbi időben a média több munkatársa figyelmen kívül hagyta a térségre vonatkozó tilalmakat és figyelmeztetéseket. Ezek az újságírók a katonai parancsnokok, valamint az illetékes PR-részlegek beleegyezése nélkül tudósítottak Herszonból, még azelőtt, hogy a stabilizációs erőfeszítések véget értek volna – tette hozzá a hadsereg.
