Az orosz agresszor állam 2022. februári teljes körű inváziója óta meggyilkolt civilek száma meghaladta a 10 200 főt. A megsérült civilek száma több mint 19 300 – áll Edem Vosorna, az ENSZ Humanitárius Ügyek Koordinációjával foglalkozó irodája igazgatójának jelentéséből az ENSZ Biztonsági Tanácsában megtartott tájékoztatón.
Az ukrajnai humanitárius helyzetről szóló jelentésben megjegyezték, hogy Ukrajnában folytatódik az eszkaláció, ami további halálesetekhez, pusztulásokhoz és emberek kényszerű áttelepüléséhez vezet. December 29-től a konfliktus újabb súlyosbodása következett be, amikor az Ukrajna-szerte végrehajtott légicsapások civilek halálát és sebesülését okozták, valamint jelentős károkat és pusztításokat okoztak otthonokban, iskolákban, kórházakban, energetikai és egyéb kritikus polgári infrastruktúrákban, áll a dokumentumban.
„December 29.-e óta az ENSZ Emberi Jogi Hivatala Ukrajna-szerte már 125 civil halálát és több mint 550 sebesülését rögzítette. A 2022 februárja óta meggyilkolt civilek száma meghaladta a 10 200-at, köztük 575 gyermek vesztette életét, és több mint 19 300 fő megsebesült. A humanitárius szükségletek mértéke Ukrajnában továbbra is óriási. Több mint 14,6 millió embernek – Ukrajna lakosságának mintegy 40 százalékának – van szüksége ilyen vagy olyan humanitárius segítségnyújtásra” – összegezte az ENSZ.
Ukrajna egész területe szenved a támadásoktól, de leginkább – a frontvonal közelében. Az ENSZ adatai szerint 4 millió ember, köztük 1 millió gyermek kényszerült lakóhelye elhagyására, miközben több mint 6,3 millió ember vált menekültté. Meghaladta a tízezret Ukrajnában a civil halálos áldozatok száma az orosz hadművelet tavaly februári kezdete óta – közölte az ENSZ Emberi Jogi Hivatala. A világszervezet ukrajnai emberi jogi missziója, amely országosan több tucat megfigyelővel dolgozik, ugyanakkor jelezte, hogy a civil halottak száma a hivatalosnál nagyobb lehet tekintettel arra, hogy a halálesetekkel kapcsolatos hitelesítési munka még folyamatban van.
Ez magában foglalja az orosz invázió első hónapjait, amikor heves harcok folytak Mariupolért. Danielle Bell, az ENSZ ukrajnai emberi jogi megfigyelő missziójának (UNHRM) vezetője az ukrajnai emberi jogi helyzetről szóló új jelentés bemutatásán elmondta, hogy idén február 1-jétől július 31-ig legalább 1028 civil halt meg és 3593-an sebesültek meg.

Az Oroszországi Föderáció teljes körű ukrajnai inváziójának kezdete óta legalább 9701 civil halt meg, és 17 748 megsebesült. Erről az ENSZ Emberi Jogi Főbiztosának hivatala számolt be.
Elmondásuk szerint szerint 4287-en haltak meg és 6324-en megsebesültek a donyecki és luhanszki régiók ukrán ellenőrzése alatt álló részein. 805 halottat és 2815 sebesültet regisztráltak az Oroszország által megszállt területeken.
A hivatal szerint azonban a tényleges számok jóval magasabbak, mivel jelenleg nehéz információkat szerezni egyes helyekről, ahol heves harcok folynak. Különösen Mariupolról, Liszicsanszkról, Popasznáról és Szeverodonyeckről van szó.
Az Ukrajna ellenőrzése alatt álló többi régióban 11 577 áldozatot regisztráltak (3263 halottat és 8314 sebesültet) volt. A megszállt területeken 1641 áldozatról szereztek információt (1346 halottról és 295 sebesültről).

Legalább hat ember megsérült a dél-ukrajnai megyeszékhely, Herszon elleni orosz támadások következtében vasárnap – közölte Roman Mrocsko, a herszoni katonai adminisztráció vezetője a Telegramon.
Az Ukrajinszka Pravda hírportál hozzátette, hogy a helyi hatóságok korábbi közlései szerint délután az orosz erők tüzérségi támadást hajtottak végre Herszon ellen, ezt követően pedig két orosz bomba találta el a várost.
Az ukrán vezérkar esti helyzetjelentésében arról számolt be, hogy az orosz csapatok megpróbálták visszaszerezni elvesztett állásaikat Donyeck megyében Kliscsijivka és Avgyijivka településeknél, de nem jártak sikerrel. A jelentés szerint a nap folyamán 24 katonai összecsapásra került sor az ukrán és az orosz erők között. Az orosz hadsereg egy rakéta- és 44 légicsapást hajtott végre, valamint 52-szer nyitottak tüzet az ukrán csapatok állásaira és lakott területekre. Az ukrán légierő eközben nyolc csapást mért orosz katonai összpontosulásokra, a rakétaegységek pedig eltaláltak két orosz légelhárító rakétarendszert, négy tüzérségi fegyvert és egy lőszerraktárat.
Az orosz támadások következtében civilek vesztették életüket, illetve sérültek meg, lakásokban és más polgári infrastruktúrában keletkeztek károk – írta a vezérkar, az áldozatok számát azonban nem közölte. Hozzátette, hogy a műveleti helyzet Ukrajna keleti és déli részén továbbra is súlyos.
Volodimir Zelenszkij ukrán elnök vasárnap a Telegramon tett közzé üzenetet abból az alkalomból, hogy 17 ukrán településnek esett a mostani hétvégére az alapításának napja, köztük vannak – mint fogalmazott – szabad és ideiglenesen megszállt városok is, mint például a Donyeck megyei Mariupol és a zaporizzsjai régióban lévő Melitopol. Az államfő biztosított afelől, hogy mindkét említett várost felszabadítja az ukrán hadsereg.
„Minden ember és minden város fontos nekünk. Ukrajna és Oroszország határa nemcsak a politikai térképen megrajzolt, abszolút egyértelmű államhatár, hanem az emberek lelkében is. Az ukránok nem rombolnak, hanem helyreállítanak. Nem elfoglalnak, hanem felszabadítanak. Nem a másét veszik el, hanem visszaszerzik azt, ami az övék” – szögezte le Zelenszkij.

„Tisztában vagyunk a problémával, és igyekszünk a lehetségesnél is többet tenni az aknaveszély megszüntetése érdekében. Jelenleg a minket kifejezetten a humanitárius aknamentesítés ügyében támogató országok koalíciójába tartozó nemzetközi partnerek konszolidált álláspontja egyértelmű és megingathatatlan. Ezért bírjuk támogatásukat, ami a modern technikai eszközökkel és speciális felszereléssel való ellátásunkat illeti” – hangsúlyozta Suvarszkij.
Elmondása szerint az egyik ilyen speciális technikai eszköz a mechanizált aknamentesítő gép. Már a tízezerhez közelit a civil halálos áldozatok száma Ukrajnában a háború kezdete óta – közölte kedden az ENSZ Emberi Jogi Főbiztossága (OHCHR).
A kedden közzétett friss jelentés szerint 9444 polgári lakos halálát és 16 940 sebesülését erősítette meg az Ukrajna elleni orosz invázió 2022. február 24-i kezdete óta. Mintegy 500 gyermek életét követelte a háború.
Az OHCHR mindazonáltal felhívta a figyelmet arra, hogy a valós szám ennél jóval magasabb lehet, tekintettel arra, hogy Ukrajna számos térségéből nem tudtak adatokhoz jutni, különösen igaz ez a hosszas harcok árán orosz ellenőrzés alá került Mariupol, Liszicsanszk és Szeverodonyeck városokra. A kijevi vezetés szintén attól tart, hogy több ezerrel vagy akár tízezrekkel is magasabb lehet az áldozatok száma.
Az ENSZ adatai szerint a hivatalosan jelentett áldozatok túlnyomó többsége – 7339-en – ukrajnai térségek ágyúzása során vesztette életét. Az orosz megszállás alatt lévő régiókban 2105 civil halt meg.
A jelentés mindemellett kiemeli, hogy a legtöbb civil halálos áldozat a hadművelet kezdetének első hónapjaiban volt. 2023 tavaszán és nyarán havonta átlagosan 170-180 polgári lakos halálát jegyezték fel.

Körülbelül 10 749 civil halt meg és 15 599 lakos sebesült meg Ukrajnában azóta, hogy Oroszország tavaly februárban megszállta az országot – közölték az ukrán hatóságok.
A halálos áldozatok között 499 gyermek is van – mondta Jurij Beluszov, az ukrán főügyészség háborús bűnökkel foglalkozó osztályának vezetője az Interfax-Ukrajna hírügynökségnek adott interjújában.
Amint Ukrajna megszállt területeit felszabadítják, az elhunytak száma a nyilvántartásban várhatóan a sokszorosára nő.
Csak Mariupolban több tízezer halottra számítanak.
