A halálos áldozatok mellett öten súlyosan megsérültek vasárnap egy észak-belgiumi autópályán történt buszbalesetben, a sofőr kábítószertesztje pozitív lett – közölte a La Libre Belgique című, francia nyelvű belga napilap vasárnap az MTI információi szerint.
Sandra Eyschen, a belga szövetségi rendőrség szóvivője arról tájékoztatott, hogy a francia BlaBlaCar nevű fuvarmegosztó szolgáltatás távolsági autóbusza az észak-belgiumi Antwerpent a hollandiai Bredával összekötő E19-es autópályán kora délután szenvedett balesetet.
Az Amszterdamból Párizsba közlekedő, francia rendszámú jármű egyelőre tisztázatlan okból tért le az autópályájáról, majd az oldalára fordult, ablakai betörtek. A pályaszakaszt teljesen lezárták, hosszú autósorok alakultak ki.
Az Antwerpen közelében felborult busz 30, főként francia és spanyol állampolgárságú utast szállított. Az antwerpeni ügyészség tájékoztatása szerint a sofőr kábítószertesztje pozitív lett. A 35 éves, francia állampolgárságú buszvezetőt előállították.

Volodimir Zsilkin, a técsői kerületi ügyészség vezetője elmondta, hogy a férfit eladás közben állították elő. A kereskedő egy cigarettadobozban próbálta meg elrejteni a kábítószert, s így akarta átadni a vevőnek. A dobozban a hatóságok metamfetamint véltek felfedezni.

A dark web a világháló azon része, amit hagyományos böngészőkkel nem igazán érhetünk el, így ha valaki itt szeretne körülnézni, annak speciális szoftverre lesz szüksége. Ebből kifolyólag az internet sötét része kitűnő helyszín a különböző illegális tevékenységek űzésére, így sajnos gyakran előfordul, hogy személyes adatokkal és egyéb cifraságokkal kereskednek egyesek itt. Nem túl meglepő módon még drogot is lehet rendelni.
A Győr-Moson-Sopron Megyei Főügyészség ugyanis jelentős mennyiségű kábítószerre elkövetett kábítószer-kereskedelem bűntettével vádol egy mosonmagyaróvári férfit, aki rendszeresen rendelhetett ilyen anyagokat a Dark Webről. A vád szerint a 22 éves elkövető összesen nyolc alkalommal rendelt így drogot. Ezek közül három megrendelés sikertelen volt, mert egyszer nem fizetett, kétszer pedig belföldi postaszolgáltatást választott a külföldről érkező küldeményekhez.
Az öt sikeres tranzakció után viszont 200 gram amfetamin paszta, 10 gramm MDMA kristály, 350 darab MDMA tabletta, valamint 5 darab LSD-s bélyeg érkezett a férfihez, aki bitcoinnal fizetett ezekért. A kábítószerek hatóanyag-tartalma simán meghaladja a jelentősnek tekinthető mennyiség alsó határát, egészen pontosan annak 291,9 százaléka volt.
Ha bűnősnek találják a férfit, akkor öttől húsz évig vagy akár életfogytig terjedő börtönbüntetést is kaphat.

A hírt a fővárosi ügyészség közölte. A nyomozás során végzett házkutatás alatt 6 kilogramm kábítószert, 5000 darab extasyt és Xanaxot, valamit 1120 LSD-t találtak.
A lefoglalt tárgyi bizonyítékok értéke 2 millió hrivnya. Az ügyben folyik az eljárás, a vizsgálatok megkezdődtek.

A munkácsi körzeti ügyészség átadta a vádiratot a bíróságnak annak a szánfalvi férfinek az ügyét illetően, akit kábítószer birtoklásával gyanúsítanak.
A nyomozás során kiderült, hogy a férfi jelentős mennyiségű kannabiszt és metamfetamint, valamit fecskendőket rejtegetett otthonában. A kábítószereket ismerősei körében terjesztette.
