Az iráni igazságügyi minisztériumhoz közel álló Mizan hírportál csütörtöki jelentése szerint Mohszen Sekari ellen az volt a vád, hogy részt vett egy teheráni utcai demonstráción, amely akadályozta a közúti forgalmat, és egy machetével rátámadt a biztonsági erők egyik tagjára.
A férfit szeptember 25-én vették őrizetbe, és ügyében november 20-án hozott ítéletet a teheráni Forradalmi Bíróság, amelynek tárgyalásai rendszerint zárt ajtók mögött folynak. A bíróság a férfit mint az Isten, illetve az állam ellen hadakozó bűnöst” ítélte el. Az 1979-es iszlám forradalom óta számos halálbüntetést szabtak ki erre hivatkozva Iránban.
Aktivisták arra figyelmeztettek, hogy hamarosan további kivégzésekre is sor kerülhet, mivel az ügyészség közleménye szerint legalább hét embert ítéltek már halálra a demonstrációkban vállalt szerepük miatt.
„Mohszen Sekari kivégzésére határozott választ kell adni, különben naponta számolhatunk a tüntetők kivégzésével” – írta Mahmud Amiri-Moghaddam, egy oslói székhelyű iráni emberi jogi szervezet igazgatója.
Iránban Mahsza Amini 22 éves kurd nő halálát követően robbant ki országos tiltakozás. Aminit azért vette őrizetbe az iráni erkölcsrendészet, mert nem viselte az előírásoknak megfelelően a kötelező muszlim kendőt, majd fogva tartása alatt kómába esett és szeptember 13-án meghalt. Szemtanúk szerint a hatóságok megverték.

Iránban kivégeztek négy embert, mert a hatóságok szerint együttműködtek Izraellel – számolt be vasárnap a Mizan Online, az igazságügyi hatóság honlapja. Május 22-én jelentette be a Forradalmi Gárda, Irán ideológiai hadserege, hogy letartóztatták „az izraeli hírszerző szolgálatok irányítása alatt működő hálózat” tagjait, anélkül, hogy megadták volna letartóztatásuk helyét. A Forradalmi Gárda közleménye szerint a vádlottak embereket raboltak el, megrongálták a köztulajdont, és hamis beismerő vallomásokat csikartak ki.
Az igazságszolgáltatás szerdán közölte, hogy a legfelsőbb bíróság jogerős döntése értelmében a vádlottakat halálra ítélték, mert együttműködtek a „cionista rendszerrel”. A további vád emberrablás volt.
Emberi jogi szervezetek szerint Irán Kína után a világon a legtöbb foglyot kivégző országok közé tartozik.
Irán többször is bejelentette, hogy külföldi országok, köztük Izrael hírszerző szolgálatainak dolgozó ügynököket tartóztat le. Július végén arról számolt be, hogy a Moszadhoz, az izraeli külföldi hírszerző szolgálathoz kapcsolódó „ügynököket” tartóztattak le, akik egy „érzékeny védelmi központ” elleni támadást terveztek, azt állítva, hogy egy betiltott kurd lázadócsoport tagjai voltak.

Egy izraeli milliárdoshoz köthető olajszállító tartályhajóra bombát szállító drón csapott le Omán partjainál – írja az Index.
Egy tisztviselő szerint fokozódtak a feszültségek Izrael és Irán között, amikor drón csapott le egy izraeli milliárdos olajszállító hajójára.
A támadás kedd este történt Omán partjainál – mondta a közel-keleti védelmi tisztviselő. A tisztviselő névtelenséget kérve nyilatkozott az Associated Pressnek, mivel nem rendelkezett felhatalmazással arra, hogy nyilvánosan beszéljen a támadásról.
Az Egyesült Királyság tengeri kereskedelmi műveleteit és a hajózást felügyelő brit katonai szervezet közölte, „tudomásunk van egy incidensről, és jelenleg vizsgáljuk az esetet”.
A tisztviselő a megtámadott hajót a libériai zászló alatt közlekedő Pacific Zircon olajszállító tartályhajóként azonosította. Ezt a tartályhajót a szingapúri székhelyű Eastern Pacific Shipping üzemelteti, amely cég végső soron az izraeli milliárdos Idan Ofer tulajdonában van.

Az iráni rezsim a CIA külföldi ügynökeiként nevezett meg meg két újságírónőt, akik jelentős szerepet játszottak a Mahsa Amini haláláról szóló tudósításokban − írja a The Guardian.
Niloofar Hamedit és Elahe Mohammadit nem sokkal Amini halálának nyilvánosságra kerülése után tartóztatták le, a hírek szerint a hírhedt Evin börtönben tartják őket fogva. Az iráni hírszerzési minisztérium és az Iszlám Forradalmi Gárda hírszerző szervezete tegnap este kiadott közös nyilatkozatában külföldi ügynököknek nevezte őket.
A nyilatkozat, amely a két nőre csak a monogramjukkal hivatkozott, a tüntetéseket a CIA, a Moszad és más nyugati hírszerző ügynökségek által előre megtervezett akciónak minősítette.
A nyilatkozat, amely mindkét nőt azzal vádolta, hogy „a külföldi média elsődleges hírforrásai”, azzal állítja Hamediről, hogy újságírónak adta ki magát, és arra kényszerítette Mahsa Amini családját, hogy adjon ki információkat lányuk haláláról.

Iránban a hétvégén is folytatódik a hat hete tartó tiltakozáshullám. A délkeleti Zahedanban pénteken a rendőrség legkevesebb hat embert megölt, köztük egy 12 éves fiút.
Az iráni hatóságok csütörtökön menesztették a város rendőrfőnökét, elismerve a súlyos hibákat a szeptember 30-i leszámolásban, amiben legkevesebb 30 ember halt meg. A sebesülteknek és családtagjaiknak kártérítést ígért a tartományi biztonsági tanács.

Az iráni hírügynökség megerősítette, hogy szerdán összecsapásokra került sor a biztonsági erők és a Mahsza Amini sírjánál, az Iránban hagyományos negyvennapos gyászidőszak vége alkalmából rendezett megemlékezésen részt vevő emberek között a Kurdisztán tartománybeli szülővárosában, Szakkezben.
A Reuters azt írja, a fiatal lány sírjánál nagyjából tízezer tüntető gyűlt össze, egy kisebb csoport csapott össze a rendőrséggel. Miután a tömeget feloszlatták, biztonsági okokból az internetet is lekapcsolták a városban.
A 22 éves Mahsza Amini szeptember 16-án halt meg, miután az erkölcsrendészet letartóztatta, mert állítólag nem megfelelően viselte a fejét takaró hidzsábot. Az iráni „erkölcsrendőrök“ gumibotokkal agyonvertek egy 17 éves tüntetőt. Arnica Kaem Maqami katonai kórházba került, nem tudni, mennyi ideig feküdt kómában, míg végül belehalt sérüléseibe.
Iráni jogvédők jelentése szerint újabb fiatal lány halt meg az országban rendőri erőszak következtében. A 17 éves Arnica Kaem Maqamit hátulról, gumibottal verték az iszlamista rezsim rendőrei Teheránban, életveszélyes sérüléseket okozva.
A támadók szerint a lány nem viselte „megfelelően” a fejkendőjét – ugyanez volt az ürügy másfél hónapja a 22 éves Mahsza Amini agyonverésekor. Maqami a verések nyomán kómába esett, majd belehalt sérüléseibe.
A hatóságok a jelek szerint megpróbálják eltussolni a fiatal lány brutális bántalmazását. A biztonságiak egy katonai kórházba vitték, hogy az ügy ne keltsen feltűnést, majd azt állították, hogy a sérüléseket az okozta, hogy a lány kiugrott egy ház a negyedik emeletéről.
A lány halála nagy felháborodást és együttérzést váltott ki a közösségi médiában.
„Egy olyan rendszernek, amely megöli a gyermekeit, nincs jövője” – írta Düzen Tekkal televíziós újságíró. „Arnica Kaem Maqami nem élte túl a mullah-rezsim önkényét és zsarnokságát. Hány tinédzsernek kell még meghalnia ahhoz, hogy a világ megértse, hogy eljött az ideje az iráni forradalomnak?”
Másfél hónapja a 22 éves iráni kurd nő, Mahsza Amini erőszakos halála rendszerkritikus tüntetéseket váltott ki egész Iránban és a világ számos pontján. Az elmúlt hetekben több ezer embert tartóztattak le, jogvédő szervezetek szerint legkevesebb 244-en veszítették életüket, köztük 32 gyermek és 28 rendőr.
A tiltakozások először az iráni állam által a nők számára előírt fejkendő, a hidzsáb miatt törtek ki, de hamarosan az országot irányító klérus elleni megmozdulásokba mentek át. A tüntetők összecsaptak a rendőrséggel, és még magának az Iszlám Köztársaságnak a bukását is követelték.
A közösségi oldalakon található videókon a tüntetők a „Szabadság, szabadság, szabadság!” és „Halál a diktátorra!” jelszavakat kiáltoznak. Az iráni vezetés a tiltakozáshullámért a „külföldi ellenségei” által bíztatott „bűnözőket” okolja.

Hatalmas tűz ütött ki Irán hírhedt Evin börtönében, ahol köztörvényes elítéltek mellett politikai foglyokat és kormányellenes aktivistákat tartanak fogva.
A jelentések szerint lövések dördültek el, amikor a fővárosban, Teheránban lévő börtönben a tűz elszabadult – írta meg a Sky News.
Az amerikai székhelyű Iráni Emberi Jogi Központ szerint „fegyveres konfliktus” zajlik a börtön falain belül. Meg nem erősített jelentések szerint először a börtön 7. szárnyában hallottak lövéseket.
Az IRNA állami hírügynökség szerint legalább nyolc ember megsérült a tűzben, de halálos áldozatokról nem érkezett jelentés. A hírügynökség szerint az egyik kórteremben összecsapások voltak a fogvatartottak és a személyzet között.
Egy névtelenséget kérő tisztviselő az iráni Tasnim hírügynökségnek úgy nyilatkozott, hogy egyetlen »biztonsági« (politikai) fogoly sem vett részt a foglyok közötti összecsapásban.
