A harci cselekmények következtében Dnyipropetrovszk, Donyeck, Szumi, Herszon és Harkiv megyék egyes fogyasztói ideiglenesen áramellátás nélkül maradtak. Erről az ukrán energiaügyi minisztérium sajtószolgálata számolt be.
A közlemény szerint az energetikai szakemberek megerősített üzemmódban dolgoznak annak érdekében, hogy a lehető leghamarabb helyreállítsák az áramszolgáltatást minden fogyasztó számára. A helyreállítási munkálatok éjjel-nappal folynak.
A minisztérium emlékeztetett arra is, hogy a csernobili övezetben továbbra is zajlik annak a tűznek az oltása, amely május 7-én keletkezett a csernobili sugárzási és ökológiai bioszféra-rezervátum területén.
A tüzet sikerült körülhatárolni, az állami katasztrófavédelmi szolgálat munkatársai pedig a kizárási övezet szakembereivel közösen folytatják az oltást.
A kizárási övezetben nem észleltek a megengedett szintet meghaladó gamma-sugárzást. A sugárzási háttér szintje nem haladja meg a havi átlagértékeket.
A minisztérium szerint ma nem várhatóak korlátozások az energiaellátásban. Az esetleges változásokról a fogyasztók az áramszolgáltatók hivatalos felületein tájékozódhatnak.

Kárpátalján az erős szél miatt április 26-án (17:00 órai adatok szerint) napközben 5 esetben dőltek ki fák az utakra és járművekre a munkácsi és ungvári járásokban.
A mentőegységek utak és területek megtisztításán dolgoztak, összesen 5 fát távolítottak el.
A rossz időjárás következtében 5 autó és egy lakóépület teteje is megrongálódott.
Sajnos az Ungvári járás egyik településén egy kidőlt fa következtében egy férfi meghalt.
Az Oblenerho információja szerint április 26-án 17 óráig 15 település maradt áram nélkül a rossz időjárási körülmények miatt (9 teljesen, 6 részben). 5 brigád vett részt az áramszolgáltatás helyreállításában.
Az Állami Rendkívüli Szolgálat 20 személyt és 6 technikai eszközt vont be a rossz időjárás következményeinek elhárításába.

Csütörtökön Oroszország Kijev elleni hatalmas légitámadásának következtében összesen 3700 panelház maradt fűtés és mintegy 107 000 család ideiglenesen áram nélkül – közölte Vitalij Klicsko, a főváros polgármestere, számolt be az rbc.ua hírportál.
A jelentés szerint Klicsko elmondta, hogy az ellenség által célba vett kritikus infrastrukturális célpontokban keletkezett károk miatt közel 2600 lakóépület maradt fűtés nélkül. A város bal és jobb partján található magas épületekről van szó. Elsősorban Kijev következő kerületeiben regisztráltak problémákat a hőellátással: Deszna, Dnyipro, Pecserszk, Szolomjanka.
A polgármester megjegyezte, hogy a közműszolgáltatók már dolgoznak az érintett épületek hőellátásának helyreállításán. Ezzel egyidejűleg van még több mint 1100 többemeletes ház is, amelyek a Deszna és Darnica kerületekben a korábbi légitámadások után maradtak fűtés nélkül. A Darnicai hőerőmű kritikus sérülései miatt jelenleg lehetetlen fűtéssel ellátni ezeket az épületeket.
Ezenkívül a fővárosban történt nagyszabású támadás után 107 ezer család maradt ideiglenesen áram nélkül. A Deszna kerület egyes házaiban sem volt áram, jelentette a DTEK. Az energetikai szakemberek ott gyorsan helyreállították a kritikus infrastrukturális létesítményeket. Vészhelyzeti áramszünetek vannak érvényben a Deszna kerületben, és ideiglenes ütemtervek vannak érvényben Kijev más fogyasztói számára.

Az orosz erők szombaton hatalmas támadást hajtottak végre Nyugat-Ukrajna energiainfrastruktúrája ellen, ami rendkívül nehézzé teszi az energiahelyzetet, Ivano-Frankivszkban hosszú és súlyos áramkimaradások várhatók – jelentette be Ruszlan Marcinkiv, Ivano-Frankivszk polgármestere, számolt be az rbc.ua hírportál.
A jelentés szerint a polgármester elmondta, hogy a városban és a megyében lehetségesek olyan ütemtervek, amelyek szerint az áramellátás csak a nap 4-5 órájában lesz, és ez a helyzet több napig is eltarthat. Jelenleg minden közműszolgáltató és energiaszolgáltató dolgozik a rendszer stabilizálásán, de a lakosokat arra kérik, hogy készüljenek fel az esetleges hosszú áramkimaradásokra, és töltsék fel a szükséges eszközöket.
A támadás energiatermelő létesítmények, köztük alállomások és a Burstini Hőerőmű ellen irányult. Károkat jegyeztek fel a régió Rohatin és Hohalickij közösségeiben, de a lakosság körében nem volt áldozat. „A megyei katonai adminisztráció vezetője szerint Rohatin és Hohalickij településeken károk keletkeztek. Ezek a települések a Burstini Hőerőmű közelében fekszenek. Vannak károk, de senki sem sérült meg” – mondta a városvezető.
A polgármester megjegyezte, hogy az áramkimaradások miatt átmenetileg szünetelhet a vízellátás, elsősorban a többszintes épületekben, ahol a vizet szivattyúk biztosítják. A fő szivattyútelepeket generátorok működtetik, de a lakosoknak azt tanácsolják, hogy rövidtávú kimaradások esetén tartalékoljanak vizet.
Ismételten hangsúlyozom, hogy több napig szoros ütemterv lesz. Különösen Ivano-Frankivszk és a megye számára. Ezért a lehető legjobban fel kell készülnünk. Eddig minden rendben van, a generátorok dolgoznak, azok a kapcsolt energiatermelő egységek, amelyeket egyidejűleg telepítettek

A jelentés szerint Zelenszkij ma rendkívüli energetikai távértekezletet tartott. Szerinte Kijev és a megye, Harkiv és a megye, Szumi megye, Csernyihiv és a megye, Dnyipro megye azok a régiók, ahol jelenleg legnehezebb a helyzet. A helyreállítási munkálatokban javítócsapatok, az állami katasztrófavédelem, energiaszolgáltatók és közműszolgáltatók vesznek részt. A munkálatokat teljes kapacitással végzik.
„Ma reggelig Kijevben mintegy 4000 ház továbbra is fűtés nélkül volt, a főváros közel 60 %-a áram nélkül. A fővárosi hatóságok jelentései szerint elegendő erő van jelen, de időbe telik. Nem értek egyet ezzel az értékeléssel – további intézkedésekre, erőforrások további bevonására van szükség” – mondta az államfő.
A Belügyminisztérium beszámolt a legyőzhetetlenségi és melegedőpontok kiépítéséről, a meleg étkezés szervezéséről, valamint a mobilkommunikáció támogatásáról is. Ezenkívül megbeszéléseket tartottak a kormánnyal és az Ukrenerho állami vállalattal a hálózatok és alállomások javításának felgyorsításáról. Zaporizzsja jelentést nyújtott be további erők bevonásáról a Shahedek megsemmisítésére.
Az elnök bejelentette, hogy a miniszterelnök és a védelmi miniszter ellenőrizni fogja az orosz csapások következményeinek elhárításában részt vevő energetikai és közműszolgáltató vállalatok alkalmazottainak mozgósítás alóli felmentésével kapcsolatos információkat. Az ilyen vállalatok esetében már döntés született a személyzet 100 %-ának felmentéséről.
Az államfő hangsúlyozta, hogy a helyszíni hatékony reagálás hiánya nem magyarázható a személyzet hiányával – a városoknak megvannak az erőforrásaik ahhoz, hogy további embereket vonjanak be. Emellett az elnök külön jelentést vár a kormánytól az állampolgárok és vállalatok támogatását célzó programokról a vészhelyzet idején. Ezek olyan megoldások, amelyek valóban segíteni fognak az embereknek és hozzájárulnak a helyzet stabilizálásához – tette hozzá Volodimir Zelenszkij.

Több mint 150 település maradt áram nélkül keddre virradóra a rossz időjárás miatt Nyugat-Ukrajna három megyéjében, közölték az energetikai szakemberek és a katasztrófavédők – számolt be az rbc.ua hírportál a Rivne, Ivano-Frankivszk és Ternopil megyei rendőrség jelentéseire hivatkozva.
A jelentések szerint fák dőltek ki, részleges útakadályok keletkeztek, a kidőlt fák autókban és épületekben okoztak károkat.
Rivne megyében reggel 8:00 órára 61 település volt teljesen, 2 pedig részlegesen áram nélkül a rossz időjárás miatt. Ugyanakkor a térség összes járásában 13 634 előfizető van áram nélkül. Az energetikai szakemberek és más szolgáltatások munkatársai dolgoznak az áramszolgáltatás helyreállításán.
Ternopil megyében 66 településen nincs áram, ebből 42-n részlegesen. „Zbarazsa, Zboriv, Berezsanszk, Pidvolocsi, Ternopil és Kremenec közigazgatási egységek területén 18 elektromos vezeték rongálódott meg, 8082 fogyasztó van áram nélkül. Az energetikai brigádok azon dolgoznak, hogy a régió lakosainak otthonaiban a lehető leghamarabb helyreállítsák az áramszolgáltatást” – jegyezte meg a megyei katonai Adminisztráció.
A megyében úttestre dőlt fákat is jelentettek. Az állami utakat azonban nem zárták le teljesen. A rendőrök biztosították a forgalom irányítását a problémás útszakaszokon.
Ivano-Frankivszk megyében a mostoha időjárás miatt ma reggelre 29 település maradt áram nélkül, további 36 település részlegesen áram nélkül van. 23 távvezeték is áramtalan. „Nadvirna, Ivano-Frankivszk, Kalush, Kolomyia és Kosziv járások voltak a leginkább érintettek. A villanyszerelő csapatok dolgoznak az áramszolgáltatás helyreállításán” – jegyezte meg a megyei katonai adminisztráció.
Az Ukrenerho közlése szerint július 8-án 07:00 óráig 701 településen nem volt áram a rossz időjárási körülmények miatt a következő megyékben: Vinnica – 66, Lemberg – 206, Voliny – 172, Ternopil – 66, Kárpátalja – 133, Ivano-Frankivszk – 63, Rivne – 61.

A Milton hurrikán, amely röviddel a Helen hurrikán pusztítása után újabb komoly károkat okozott Floridában, mostanra elhagyta az államot és hamarosan elcsendesül az Atlanti-óceán felett. A mentési és kárfelmérési munkálatok még hetekig eltartanak, így jelenleg nem lehet pontosan felmérni a károk nagyságát. Eddig 11 halálos áldozatról tudni, de a hatóságok szerint sikerült elkerülni a legsúlyosabb forgatókönyvet.
12 óra alatt száguldott keresztül Floridán a Milton hurrikán. Legalább 11 ember meghalt, de egyelőre nincs arról adat, hogy hány embert tartanak nyilván eltűntként. A hurrikán partot érése előtt 19 tornádót regisztráltak. A PowerOutage.us nyomkövető szolgáltatás szerint több mint 3,4 millió ügyfél van áram nélkül.
A vihar fákat döntött ki, törmeléket hordott az utakra, lerombolt legalább 100 épületet és leszakította a Tampa Bay Rays baseball-csapatnak otthont adó stadion kupoláját. A vihar egyes területeken csaknem fél méternyi esőt zúdított. Legalább 340 embert és 49 háziállatot mentettek ki a folyamatban lévő kutatási és mentési műveletek során.
Két héten belül a második hurrikán
A Milton hurrikán két héttel azután érkezett, hogy az Egyesült Államok délkeleti részét lerohanta a Helene hurrikán, amely több mint 200 ember halálát okozta, és többen eltűntek. Az akkori tapasztalatok alapján most a hatóságok lényegesen hamarabb kezdték el a lakosság tájékoztatását és evakuálását, valószínűleg ennek is köszönhető, hogy a Milton kevesebb halálos áldozatot követelt. Egyesek szerint túlzó is volt a figyelmeztetés, a korábban legnagyobb, 5-ös kategóriába sorolt hurrikán 3-asra szelídült, mire partot ért. Így is 200 km/órás széllökéseket okozott.
Elkerülték a legrosszabbat
Ron DeSantis floridai kormányzó szerint az állam elkerülte a „legrosszabb forgatókönyvet”, bár figyelmeztetett, hogy a károk így is jelentősek, és az áradások továbbra is aggodalomra adnak okot.
Újranyitások
A tampai nemzetközi repülőtér közép-európai idő szerint ma kora délután nyit újra, addigra már több öböl menti kikötő, köztük Panama City, St Joe és a floridai Key West is újra fogad hajókat. Tampa környékén újranyitják a hidakat is.
Ismét lehet szórakozni a floridai vidámparkokban: a Disney World, a Universal Studios és a SeaWorld is bejelentették, hogy némileg csökkentett üzemben, de ismét várják a közönséget.
Aligátorok a vízben
Aligátorokat láttak az árvízben – mondta egy hurrikánkutató a Sky Newsnak. Arra figyelmeztetett, hogy az embereknek óvatosnak kell lenniük, amikor a vízben járnak.
50 kilométerre a parttól
A parti őrség kimentett egy férfit, aki egy hűtőbe kapaszkodva lebegett a vízen, mintegy 50 kilométernyire a parttól a Mexikói-öbölben, Longboat Key-nél. A túlélését és megtalálását nagyban segítette, hogy mentőmellény volt rajta, amin működött a helymeghatározó és a jelzőfény. A férfi a hajójáról került a vízbe.
Százakat mentettek ki a lakóparkból
A Tampától mintegy 20 mérföldre nyugatra fekvő Clearwaterben egy apartmankomplexumban rekedt emberek százait sikerült kimenteni a helyenként nyakig és mellkasig érő árvízből.
Temetés a vihar szemében
A National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) meteorológusai a tavaly meghalt díjnyertes tudósnak, Peter Dodge-nak tisztelegtek azzal, hogy hamvait a Milton hurrikánba dobták. A maradványokat kedd este engedték ki a hurrikán szemébe, kevesebb mint 24 órával azelőtt, hogy a Milton partot ért a floridai Sarasota melletti Siesta Key-ben.

Houstonban és környékén szombaton is mintegy félmillió háztartás és vállalkozás maradt áram nélkül a súlyos viharok következtében. A halálos áldozatok száma eközben hétre emelkedett.
Texas sűrűn lakott délkeleti részének hatóságai további három halálos áldozatról számoltak be helyi idő szerint péntek este, köztük egy 85 éves asszonyról, akinek a háza villámcsapás nyomán gyulladt ki. Előzőleg Houston polgármestere már négy halálos áldozatról beszámolt.
A nagyvárosba csütörtök késő este érkezett a vihar, hurrikán erejű, óránkénti 160 kilométeres sebességet meghaladó széllel, aminek nyomán Houston belvárosában számos toronyház ablaka kitört és épületek homlokzata károsodott.
Összesen csaknem egy millió fogyasztónál szűnt meg az áramszolgáltatás, a teljes helyreállítás napokig tarthat még, mert nem csak villanyvezetékek szakadtak le, de magasfeszültségű elektromos elosztó tornyok is ledőltek.
A városi tisztségviselők a helyreállítási munkával párhuzamosan egy közelgő hőhullámra készülnek, és az áramellátás nélkül maradt lakosok számára „hűsölő központokat” nyitottak meg, azaz légkondicionált helyiségeket nyitottak.
A hőség miatt több száz mobil klímaberendezést juttattak el idősek, és mozgáskorlátozottak számára is.
A következő napokban a hőmérséklet napi csúcsértéke tartósan meghaladhatja a 35 fokot, miközben a nagy páratartalom miatt a hőérzet megközelítheti a 40 fokot Houston körzetében, és Texas teljes déli területein.
