Franciaországban július 14-én minden városban és faluban megemlékeznek a nemzeti ünnepről, amelynek eredetét az 1789. július 14-én elfoglalásra kerülő Bastille eseményéhez kötik, de nemzeti ünneppé csak 1880. július 6-tól nyilvánították. Idén Bastille-napján kezdődtek meg az „egészségügyi tanúsítvány” (pass sanitaire) bevezetése elleni tiltakozások, amelyet Emmanuel Macron elnök előző nap jelentett be. Az ország számos pontján tiltakozó gyűlésekre került sor, többek között Párizsban, Lyonban, Bordóban, Strassburgban, Lille-ben és másutt.
Érdekesség, hogy Párizsban két akcióra került sor – az egyiket a szervezők előre bejelentették, a másikat nem. A Le Figaro információja szerint a Köztársaság téri „be nem jelentett” tiltakozáson csak néhány százan vettek részt. Ugyanakkor a „bejelentett” tüntetés résztvevői „a diktatúra” és „az egészségügyi tanúsítvány” ellen léptek fel.
A jól ismert France Bleu Paris rádióállomás arról számolt be, hogy a francia fővárosban több ezer ember vett részt az akciókban.
A helyi rendőrség többször könnygázt vetett be, hogy megnyugtassa a tömeget. Emellett a fent említett rádió újságírói videofelvételen rögzítették a rendőrség és a tüntetők összecsapásának pillanatát.
Ennek eredményeként a rendőrség adatai szerint „15 óráig 7800 állampolgárt regisztráltak”, akik részt vettek az akciókban Franciaország különböző városaiban, ugyanakkor incidens vagy összecsapás nem történt. Egyes régiókban és városokban a tüntetések kezdeményezőiként a „sárga mellényesek” aktivistái léptek fel.
Emlékeztetőül, azt, hogy az „egészségügyi tanúsítvány” július 21-től kötelezővé válik a 12 éven felüliek számára Franciaországban, mintegy belépési engedély a szórakozóhelyeken, Emmanuel Macron jelentette be július 12-én. Az ilyen helyek, ahol a résztvevők száma meghaladja az 50 főt a koncertek, fesztiválok, vidámparkok stb. Az „egészségügyi tanúsítvány” az oltásról, vagy a negatív PCR -tesztről szóló információkat tartalmazhatja.
Jelenleg erre a dokumentumra csak nagy koncertekre és fesztiválokra való belépéskor van szükség, ahol több mint 1000 fő van jelen, ellenben augusztus elejétől az „egészségügyi tanúsítványt” be kell mutatni kávézók, éttermek, bevásárlóközpontok, kórházak, idősotthonok látogatásakor, valamint repülőtereken, vasút- és autóbusz állomásokon távolsági járatokra való felszállás során.
Az „egészségügyi tanúsítványra” nemcsak az ügyfeleknek és az utasoknak lesz szükségük, hanem ezen intézmények és a tömegközlekedésben dolgozóknak is. Ugyanakkor a PCR vizsgálatok, amelyeket nem az orvos ír elő, ősztől fizetős lesz Franciaországban. Ez az oltás népszerűsítése érdekében lesz, mivel a tesztek alapján is lehet „egészségügyi tanúsítványt” igényelni.
