Csütörtök délután három autó ütközött össze Romániában, amelyek közül az egyik diplomatarendszámú volt. A balesetnek a hírek szerint biztosan van egy halálos áldozata: Vágó Ferenc, Magyarország bukaresti konzulja.
Meghalt Vágó Ferenc, a bukaresti magyar konzul egy autóbalesetben, Romániában, csütörtök délután.
Egy fával megrakodott teherautó haladt a romániai A1-es autópályán, Déva és Nagylak között, amikor egy ponton az egyik gumiabroncs felrobbant, a teherautó kormányozhatatlanná vált, kipörgött, és áthajtott a szemközti sávba – írja a Mandiner az Adevarul nevű román lap információira hivatkozva.
A hírek szerint összesen három gépjármű karambolozott a balesetben, köztük egy diplomatarendszámmal rendelkező autó, amelynek sofőrje Vágó Ferenc, a bukaresti magyar konzul volt, aki életét vesztette a balesetben.
A rendőrség büntetőeljárást kezdeményezett gondatlanságból elkövetett emberölés bűntette miatt.
A konzul volt a sofőr, gyakorlatilag összezúzta őket a teherautó
Az Agerpres román hírügynökség utóbb megosztott néhány újabb információt az incidensről, valamint megerősítették, hogy valóban egy magyar diplomata a baleset halálos áldozata.
Rendőrségi forrásra hivatkozva azt írták, a kormányozhatatlanná vált teherautó frontálisan ütközött egy személygépkocsival, amelyet egy 60 éves férfi (vagyis Vágó Ferenc) vezetett, aki meghalt a balesetben. A hírügynökség ezenkívül azt is írta, hogy a konzul autója után a teherautó még két másik járművel ütközött, mielőtt egy árokba hajtott, vagyis ennek alapján összesen négy jármű lehetett érintett a balesetben (a korábban említett három helyett).
A Digi24 román hírportál riportere mindeközben azt jelentette a baleset helyszínéről, hogy a konzul autóját teljesen összezúzta a teherautó. Beszámolójuk szerint a balesetet követően a rendőrség tájékoztatta a magyar nagykövetséget az incidensről.
Az Ora de Sibiu regionális román hírportál azt írta, hogy a baleset részleteit a magyar és román hatóságok közösen vizsgálják. Hozzátették: az ütközés rendkívül erős lehetett, és a konzul azonnal életét veszíthette a balesetben.
A bukaresti magyar nagykövetség honlapján Vágó Ferencet II. osztályú tanácsosként, beosztott diplomataként és konzulként tüntették fel.

Nagyjából tizenegy ember tartózkodott a szupermarketben a baleset idején, mivel még éppen nyitásra készültek.
Beomlott egy bukaresti szupermarket mennyezetének jó része csütörtökön. Az esetnek egy sérültje is van, mégpedig egy 70 éves nő – számolt be a HotNews.ro. A lap szerint az áldozatot könnyű sérülésekkel szállították kórházba, további tíz ember pedig elhagyta a helyszínt. A bolt egyébként zárva volt.
A szupermarketben körülbelül két négyzetméteres részen letört a mennyezet egy darabja, amely ráesett a hölgyre. A beavatkozásban két tűzoltóautó és egy mentőszolgálat vett részt.
Ennél súlyosabb eset történt annak idején Budapesten, amikor egy Baross utcai bolt galériája omlott le. Az üzlet tulajdonosa raktárként használta a helyiség galériáját, amely nem bírta el a terhelést és leszakadt. A balesetben egy üzletkötő meghalt, többen megsérültek. Az ügyészség vádat is emelt a tulajdonos ellen.

Ismét nagyszabású tüntetést rendeztek Bukarestben a magasabb bérekért harmadik hete sztrájkoló tanügyi szakszervezetek pénteken, szándéknyilatkozat helyett jogi garanciát követelve a kormánytól a beígért béremelésre.
Az ország minden tájáról összesereglett több ezer szakszervezeti képviselő előbb a kormány székháza előtt demonstrált, majd az elnöki hivatalhoz vonult, órákig megbénítva a járműforgalmat Bukarest belvárosában. Csütörtökön a román kormány szándéknyilatkozatot fogadott el a pedagógusok társadalmi megbecsülésének és bérezésének javításáról.
Ebben – a szakszervezetek követelésének megfelelően – leszögezi: az év végéig kidolgozandó új közalkalmazotti bértörvényben a pedagógusi bértáblát oly módon szabja meg, hogy a legkisebb, kezdő tanári fizetés se legyen kisebb a 2023-as évi országos átlagbérnél.
Múlt héten a kormány a pedagógusoknak havi 1000 lej (8000 hrivnya), a kisegítő személyzetnek pedig 400 (3200 hrivnya) lej bruttó béremelést már idén júniustól bevezető sürgősségi rendeletet fogadott el, ami 18-24 százalék közötti béremelésnek felel meg, az érdekképviseletek által követelt legalább 25 százalékos azonnali béremelés helyett.
A szakszervezeti vezetők azonban a kormány csütörtökön elfogadott memorandumára azt mondták, hogy semmilyen jogi relevanciája nincs, nem szándéknyilatkozatra, hanem számon kérhető jogszabályra van szükségük, és azt sem fogadják el, hogy az új bértörvényben szereplő – a tanárok bérét az országos átlag fölé emelő – bérfejlesztést több év alatt lépcsőzetesen léptessék hatályba.
A pedagógusok sztrájkja miatt Romániában – egyelőre két nappal – elhalasztották az érettségi vizsgák időszakát. A szóbeli vizsgák az oktatási miniszter rendelete szerint nem hétfőn, hanem szerdán kezdődnek, ha addig véget ér a sztrájk.

Bukarestben két gyanús boríték miatt riasztották kedden a hatóságokat Ukrajna nagykövetségéhez, miután múlt héten levélbomba robbant Ukrajna madridi nagykövetségén, és Kijev tájékoztatása szerint Európa-szerte több ország ukrán nagykövetségére érkeztek állatszemeket tartalmazó, véres csomagok.
Az Agerpres hírügynökség szerint a román rendőrséget 11 óra körül értesítették a 112-es segélyhívón arról, hogy egy bukaresti, első kerületi diplomáciai képviselet két gyanús borítékot kapott. Később a Román Hírszerző Szolgálat (SRI) megerősítette, hogy az ukrán nagykövetségről van szó.
Az MTI beszámolója szerint a helyszínre kiszálló tűzszerészek megvizsgálták, majd elszállították a borítékokat további elemzés végett – tájékoztatott a SRI.
A román külügyminisztérium (MAE) keddi közleményében azt írta: a román illetékes hatóságok a lehető leggyorsabban reagáltak, lezárták a környéket, és elszállították a gyanús küldeményeket, amiért az ukrán külképviselet köszönetet mondott.
A MAE teljességgel elfogadhatatlannak tart minden terrorista fenyegetést, és határozottan elítél bármely, a külképviseletek megfélemlítésére irányuló cselekedetet – zárul a román külügyi közlemény.

Bukarestben szerdán reggel egy személygépkocsi letért az útról és nekiütközött az orosz nagykövetség épülete kerítésének. A jármű kigyulladt, a sofőr a helyszínen meghalt – adta hírül szerdán a román média, amely szerint a hatóságok nem zárják ki a szándékosság lehetőségét.
A nagykövetség épületénél kedden tiltakozást szerveztek, amelyen a résztvevők elítélték a bucsai vérengzést. A tüntetésen az épület előtt gyerekcipőket helyeztek el, amelyek az ukrajnai háborúban megölt gyerekekre emlékeztettek.
A megmozduláson többnyire ukrán nők vettek részt, akik a háború befejezését és a vérengzések elkövetőinek felelősségre vonását kérték.

Bukarestben második napja nincs felszíni tömegközlekedés a járművezetők általános sztrájkja miatt, miután a dolgozók a munkabeszüntetésük törvénytelenné nyilvánítása ellenére sem voltak hajlandók felvenni a munkát, és továbbra is a vállalat igazgatójának a lemondását követelik.
A villamosok, buszok és trolibuszok csütörtökön hajnal óta nem közlekednek. A járművezetők magasabb béreket és a bukaresti fővárosi önkormányzat tulajdonában levő vállalat igazgatójának a leváltását követelik. Közben a felszíni tömegközlekedési vállalattól független metró teljes kapacitással működött, hogy enyhítse a torlódásokat és fennakadásokat. A lakosság egy részének azonban így is nehézséget okozott a sztrájk, mert a metró Bukarest számos részére nem jut el.
Csütörtökön már született egy bírósági ítélet, amely felfüggesztette a sztrájkot, ennek ellenére a dolgozók nem voltak hajlandók felvenni a munkát pénteken hajnalban sem. Pénteken egy másik bírósági ítélet is kimondta, hogy a dolgozók munkabeszüntetése törvénytelen.
Adrian Crit, a vállalat igazgatója kijelentette, hogy nem hajlandó engedni a nyomásnak és nem mond le. Nicusor Dan főpolgármester is támogatásáról biztosította a vállalat vezetőjét. Crit pénteken tárgyalásokra hívta a szakszervezeti vezetőket, hogy egyeztessenek az új kollektív munkaszerződésről, de ezzel sem sikerült áttörést elérnie. A főpolgármester pénteken délután bejelentette, hogy az esti órákban újabb tárgyalás lesz a szakszervezetekkel.
A bukaresti felszíni tömegközlekedési vállalatnak több mint 11 ezer alkalmazottja van, ebből mintegy 4500 járművezető.

A járványügyi korlátozásokban meghatározott létszámkorlátozást elutasítva, több ezer résztvevővel tartották meg szombaton Bukarestben az LMBT-közösség hagyományos utcai felvonulását, előtte pedig az Új Jobboldal Párt rendezte meg szintén hagyományosnak számító tiltakozó megmozdulását, a homoszexualitás és a genderideológia népszerűsítése ellen.
Bukarest önkormányzata eredetileg nem járult hozzá, hogy a Bucharest Pride-ot a hagyományos útvonalon, a Victoriei (Győzelem) sugárúton rendezzék meg, arra hivatkozva, hogy a térséget a nyári időszakban sétálóövezetté alakítják minden hétvégén, de a melegfelvonulást szervező Accept egyesület nem volt hajlandó más útvonalat elfogadni, és végül elérte, hogy a melegfelvonulás miatt szombaton felfüggesszék a városháza vakációs programját.
Az Accept azt is megtagadta, hogy a felvonulás létszámát úgymond egy „egy utcai keresztelő” méretére, vagyis a hatályos járványügyi előírásokban előírt ötszáz résztvevőre korlátozzák. A román média becslése szerint idén mintegy hétszer – többnyire kirívó öltözetű és frizurájú, élénk színű ruhákban táncoló, szivárványszínű óriászászlót hordozó – demonstráló vonult fel Bukarest belvárosában.
A korábbi időpontban és más útvonalon rendezett, a Normalitás menete elnevezésű ellentüntetésen több százan követelték, hogy Románia ne legalizálja az azonos neműek házasságát, élettársi kapcsolatuk bejegyzését, vagy azt, hogy gyerekeket fogadhassanak örökbe. A résztvevők egy része ortodox ikonokat és román nemzeti színű zászlókat hordozott, mások Románia nem Szodoma, Ne terjesszék a genderideológiát az iskolákban feliratú táblákat emeltek a magasba.
Mindkét tüntetést jelentős rendőri erőkkel biztosították, incidensekről nem számolt be a román média.
A hatályos román alkotmány nem zárja ki a melegházasság hivatalos elismerését, ugyanis a „házaspárok önkéntes elhatározásával alapított család” fogalmát használja, de a 2011-ben hatályba lépett új román polgári törvénykönyv egyértelműen leszögezi: házasságot csak egy férfi és egy nő köthet. A bukaresti parlament többszöri nekifutásra sem fogadott el olyan törvényt, amely legalizálná az azonos neműek élettársi kapcsolatát.
Egy polgári kezdeményezés nyomán 2018-ban népszavazást is tartottak Romániában a férfi és nő házasságán alapuló család fogalmának alaptörvénybe iktatásáról – megakadályozandó a melegházasság későbbi legalizálását – a referendumon azonban a részvétel nem érte el a 30 százalékos érvényességi küszöböt.
Románia 2001-ben törölte a büntetőtörvénykönyvből azt a cikkelyt, amely öt évig terjedő börtönnel sújtotta a „nyilvánosság előtt mutatkozó, botrányt okozó homoszexuális kapcsolatokat”.

Egyes hozzátartozók vallomása szerint hősugárzókat vittek a pénteken kigyulladt bukaresti Matei Bals járványtani kórház koronavírusos betegeket ápoló részlegére, mert túl hideg volt a kórtermekben, a feltételezések szerint akár egy ilyen hősugárzó is okozhatta a több halálos áldozatot követelő tüzet.
A román média szombati beszámolói szerint több beteg hozzátartozója is említést tett arról, hogy kénytelenek voltak hősugárzót bevinni a kórházba, ugyanis a távhő nem volt elegendő, és fáztak a kórtermekben. Az egyik beteg lánya szerint az egyik kigyulladt kórteremben is volt ilyen villanymelegítő, amelyet elvileg tilos bevinni a kórházba.
A feltételezéseket táplálja, hogy a kórháznak nincs saját hőközpontja, és a bukaresti távhőrendszer az idén télen hatalmas problémákkal küzd: az elavult vezetékek sokszor meghibásodnak, szolgáltatáskimaradást okozva, emellett a hálózaton belül nagy a vízveszteség, így a fogyasztókhoz eljutó melegvíz már nem képes kimelegíteni kellőképpen a lakások, intézmények helyiségeit.
Ugyanakkor a hatóságok cáfolták, hogy az elmúlt hetekben gondok lettek volna a kórház fűtésével, s a kórház részéről senki nem erősítette meg, hogy a hozzátartozók valóban vittek volna hősugárzókat a kórtermekbe. A vizsgálat még folyamatban van, a hatóságok közölték, hogy ezt a lehetőséget is szem előtt tartják. Az előzetes vizsgálatokat követően az ügyészek úgy nyilatkoztak, hogy a jelek szerint a tűz kitörése után két oxigénpalack is berobbant.
Szombaton az egészségügyi minisztérium közölte, hogy életét vesztette egy hatodik beteg is, akit a kigyulladt kórházból menekítettek ki és égési sérüléseket nem szenvedett. A tűz miatt evakuálni kellett több olyan koronavírusos pácienst is, akik súlyos állapotuk miatt lélegeztető gépen voltak.
Raed Arafat katasztrófavédelmi államtitkár közlése szerint a Matei Bals járványtani kórháznak nem volt végleges tűzvédelmi engedélye, csak a tűzoltók által kibocsátott ideiglenes jóváhagyással rendelkezett.
A pénteken hajnalban keletkezett tűzben a helyszínen öt beteg vesztette életét. Az elmúlt két és fél hónapban ez már a második nagyobb romániai kórháztűz volt, de a kisebbekkel együtt immár öt ilyen balesetet jegyeztek fel. Klaus Iohannis államelnök pénteken az egészségügyi rendszer gyors és átfogó reformját sürgette, Vlad Voiculescu egészségügyi miniszter új kórházak építését ígérte.
