Odesszában egy férfi két robbanóanyagot, előzetes információk szerint gránátot robbantott egy családi vita során. A detonáció következtében a házaspár megsérült.
Erről az Odesszai Megyei Rendőrség sajtószolgálata számolt be.
A közlemény szerint az eset december 3-án, szerdán este történt egy panelház egyik lakásában.
„Előzetes megállapításaink szerint a 34 éves nő és 44 éves férje között vita alakult ki, amely során az utóbbi két robbanóanyagot, előzetes információk szerint gránátot használt. A házaspár testi sérüléseket szenvedett, és kórházba szállították” – közölték a rendőrségnél.
A helyszínen a területi rendőri egység nyomozó-operatív csoportja, a robbanóanyag-szakértők, mentők és tűzoltók dolgoztak.
A nyomozók két eljárást indítottak szándékos emberölés kísérlete és robbanóanyaggal való jogellenes bánásmód gyanúja miatt. Ezen bűncselekmények maximális büntetése életfogytig tartó szabadságvesztés.
Családi veszekedés közben kézigránátot vágott a feleségéhez és a fiához egy 57 éves részeg férfi a Kijev megyei Bila Cerkvában, az asszony meghalt a detonáció következtében, a gyerek repeszsérüléseket szenvedett – számolt be pénteken az rbc.ua hírportál a Kijev megyei rendőrség Facebook-közlésére hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint a férfi ittas állapotban érkezett a házba, ahol felesége és fia tőle külön laktak. A vita során az egyik szobában felrobbantott egy RGD-5 típusú kézigránátot. A detonáció következtében mindkét családtag repeszsérüléseket szenvedett testszerte. A nő az újraélesztés során meghalt. A robbantó 36 éves fiának az állapota stabil.
Az elkövetőt őrizetbe vették, jelenleg vizsgálati fogdában van. Emberölési kísérlettel és robbanószerkezet illegális birtoklásával gyanúsították meg. A férfit 15 év börtön fenyegeti.

A jelentés szerint délután 15:36-kor érkezett a rendőrségre a bejelentés, hogy a Preobrazsenszkij utca egyik házában egy 1979-es születésű férfi holtteste található szúrt sebbel a mellkasán. A helyszínre kiérkező nyomozók kiderítették, hogy a férfi halálos sérülését a 10 éves fia okozta családi veszekedés közben. A rendőrök azt is megállapították, hogy a férfi rendszeresen italozott, és a neve szerepelt a családon belül erőszakoskodó személyek rendőrségi nyilvántartásában.
Az ügyben szándékosan elkövetett emberölés címén indult büntetőeljárás. A folytatódó vizsgálatnak meg kell állapítania a gyilkosság elkövetésének körülményeit.
