Ki kellett üríteni az angliai Dibden Purlieu városában található egyik általános iskolát, miután az egy diák robbanószerkezettel jelent meg az intézményben, egy házi feladat részeként. A rendőrség nagy erőkkel vonult ki az iskolába, azt azonban nem hozták nyilvánosságra, hogy milyen robbanószerkezetet vitt magával a tanuló, ahogyan azt sem, miként került hozzá – írja a The Daily Mail.
Az iskola közleményében az áll, hogy a szükséges eljárást követték, a „diákok és a személyzet biztonságát szem előtt tartották”. A tanintézmény állításaival teljesen eltérő véleményen volt az egyik szülő, aki arról beszélt, hogy pánik uralkodott az iskolában, a tanulók féltek és sírtak.
A hírek szerint az érintett intézménytől nem messze lévő középiskolában biztonsági okokból aznap szintén beszüntették a tanítást.
