Egy 39 éves férfi holttestét találták meg Barcelonában, egy dinoszaurusz szobrában. A hatóságokat szombaton értesítette egy férfi, miután fiával együtt furcsa szagot éreztek egy papírmaséból készült dinoszaurusz-szobor mellett Barcelonában.
Nem sokkal később egy repedésen keresztül észre is vették a holttestet a dinoszaurusz lábában. A holttestet végül a tűzoltók vágták ki a szoborból. Az áldozat eltűnését családja már korábban bejelentette.
Helyi médiumok szerint a férfi valószínűleg a mobiltelefonjáért mászhatott be a szoborba. Eközben viszont beesett, fejjel lefelé beszorult a szobor lábába, és nem sikerült segítséget hívnia. A hatóságok egyelőre még vizsgálják a baleset pontos körülményeit, amelyekre vonatkozóan a halottkémi jelentés deríthet fényt. A szobrot – ami egyébként több másik alkotással együtt egy régi mozit reklámozott korábban – azóta teljesen eltávolították a helyszínről.
