Turistákat szállító sétahajó borult fel hétfő este a Duna-deltában – négy utas, köztük egy gyermek életét vesztette, számolt be róla a News.ro a Tulcea megyei katasztrófavédelem tájékoztatása alapján.
A tragédia a Sulina-ágon a torkolathoz közeli Mosura-öbölben történt viharos időjárási körülmények közepette. A 112-es segélyhívón érkezett bejelentés nyomán helyszínre érkező mentősök a felborult vízi jármű 14 utasa közül négyet eszméletlen állapotban találtak, újraélesztésük nem járt sikerrel.
A sétahajó utasai közül mentőmellényt viselő hat turistának sikerült önerőből partot érnie. A többiek kimentésében az ISU, a parti őrség, a román tengeri életmentő ügynökség (ARSVOM), a Tulcea megyei közlekedésrendészet és a kikötői kapitányság hajói vettek részt, de több helyi lakos is segédkezett a keresésben és mentésben – közölte az ISU Tulcea.
A mentőakciónak helyi idő szerint 22 óra 30 perckor vetettek véget, amikor a hatóságok meggyőződtek arról, hogy a sétahajó valamennyi utasát megtalálták. A tíz túlélőt kórházba szállították, a hatóságok szerint egyikük sincs életveszélyben – számolt be a hirado.hu az MTI nyomán.

A Duna vízszintje Budapestnél jelenleg 830 centiméter, és várhatóan órákon belül tetőzik – közölte a magyar Országos Vízügyi Főigazgatóság (OVF) szóvivője az M1 aktuális csatorna szombat reggeli műsorában.
Siklós Gabriella közölte: nem valószínű, hogy a 830 centiméternél már sokkal tovább nőne a Duna vízszintje, mert a Lajtán a vártnál kevesebb víz érkezett.
Hozzátette, hogy a Dunakanyarban a 2013-as rekord árvízhez képest 50 centiméterrel alacsonyabb volt a tetőzés vízszintje.
Felhívta a figyelmet arra, hogy a szakemberek folyamatosan találnak buzgárókat, csurgókat a védműveken, és ezek megjelenése a tetőzésnél egyre gyakoribb lesz.
Kérdésre elmondta azt is, hogy Pilismaróton megcsúszott (suvadt) a töltés, de a szakemberek ezt gyorsan kezelték és leterhelték a védművet.
Kitért arra is, hogy nem értesült semmilyen különleges eseményről a budapesti védekezés kapcsán; a Margit-szigeten a védművek tartanak, szivárgásról egyelőre nincs hír.
A Duna főváros alatti szakaszáról szólva megjegyezte, hogy egy korábbi nagy árvíz miatt ezen a részen nagyon magas a partfal, és a mostani védművek is már készen állnak.
Siklósi Gabriella elmondta azt is, hogy a védekezés például a Dunakanyarban most sokkal korábban, hatékonyabban, gyorsabban és tervszerűbben ment, mint 2013-ban.

Újabb részletek derültek ki a Verőcénél történt hajókatasztrófáról. A Heidelberg nevű szállodahajó, amely szombat éjjel ütközött a kisebb hajóval, jelenleg a komáromi kikötőben áll, és addig nem hagyhatja el senki, amíg nem hallgatták ki őket a történtekről.
Mint ahogy arról mi is beszámoltunk, a szombat késő éjjeli hajóbalesetben egy 110 méteres luxushajó ütközhetett egy másik, kisebb hajóval, amelyről még most is keresik az öt eltűnt utast. Kiderült az is, hogy a Heidelberg szállodahajó épp Budapestről Passauba tartott, amikor ütközött a motorcsónakkal.
A svájci bejegyzésű, kétszintes luxushajó jelenleg Komáromnál állomásozik, a hatóságok már megkezdték a helyszínelést a fedélzetén. A Telex információi szerint 110 ember van a hajón, akiknek mindegyikét kihallgatja a rendőrség. Akár estig is eltarthatnak a kihallgatások, addig pedig senki nem szállhat le a hajóról. A BRFK szóvivője, Csécsi Soma egyelőre nem osztott meg további információkat azzal kapcsolatban, mikor távozhatnak az utasok a fedélzetről.
A portál szerint a Heidelbergen egy 25 fős turistacsoport is tartózkodik, akikért már megérkezett a busz, hogy a tervezett pozsonyi helyszín helyett továbbvigye őket, azonban a rendőrség erre még nem adott engedélyt. A partról is jól látható az ütközés nyoma, azonban a hatóságok a jármű mindkét oldalát alaposan átvizsgálták.
A cikk szerint a luxushajó vezetője egy szlovákiai magyar férfi, aki már 35 éve hajózik a Dunán. A mostani Budapest-Passau közötti utat is többször megtette már és csak egy éve volt a nyugdíjba vonulásáig.
A kapitány nem is vette észre, hogy ütközött a másik hajóval. A baleset után még két órán keresztül haladt tovább a luxushajóval, majd éjfélkor, a műszakváltás után lefeküdt aludni és csak ébredés után értesítették róla, hogy baleset történt. Egyelőre sem az utasok, sem a kapitány nem léphet kapcsolatba a külvilággal.

Elsüllyedt egy műtrágyaszállító hajó a Duna Szerbia és Horvátország közötti szakaszán pénteken, az illetékesek komoly környezetvédelmi károktól tartanak.
A szerbiai közszolgálati televízió (RTS) hatóságokra hivatkozó beszámolója szerint a német felségjelzésű, Antonia nevű hajó nem sokkal éjfél után nekiütközött a szerb-horvát határon található Duna-híd egyik oszlopának a vajdasági Palánkánál. A sérült hidat lezárták, a forgalmat más határátkelőkhöz terelik.
A szerb környezetvédelmi minisztérium tájékoztatása szerint hajó uszálya ezer tonna műtrágyával süllyedt el. Szakemberek vizsgálják, hogy milyen következményei lehetnek a környezetre a műtrágyaszennyezésnek.
Dusan Blagojevic környezetvédelmi szakértő az N1 regionális hírtelevízióban arról beszélt, hogy az ezer tonna műtrágyát tartalmazó uszály elsüllyedése minden bizonnyal negatív hatással lesz a vízi növény- és állatvilágra, közvetve pedig az emberekre is. „Nem tudjuk pontosan, hogy milyen műtrágyáról van szó, csak feltételezhetjük, hogy ammóniás műtrágyáról beszélünk. Annyi bizonyos, hogy tápanyagfelesleg alakul majd ki (nitrogén és foszfor), ami elkerülhetetlenül az algák túlvirágzásához vezet, ez pedig túlzott oxigénfogyasztást okoz a felszíni vizekben. Elszaporodnak a kórokozók és növekszik a nitrátkoncentráció, végül pedig kellemetlen szagok és gázok keletkeznek” – magyarázta a szakember. Mint mondta, a vízinövények elszaporodása az oxigén mennyiségének csökkentését eredményezi, ez pedig halak és más élőlények megfulladásához vezethet. Hozzátette, az ammónia már alacsony koncentrációban is mérgező az állatokra nézve.

Románia kiterjesztette a tavaly májusban bevezetett, civil és katonai repülőkre egyaránt érvényes repülési korlátozást az ukrán határszakasz déli, dunai szakasza mentén – közölte csütörtökön a bukaresti védelmi minisztérium.
A védelmi és a szállításügyi minisztérium által elrendelt repülési korlátozás szerdán lépett érvénybe, amikor az ukrán folyami kikötőket ért orosz légitámadások során immár harmadik alkalommal estek dróndarabok román területre.
A civil és katonai pilótáknak szóló légiforgalmi navigációs figyelmeztetés (NOTAM) szerint Dobrudzsa északi részén, az ukrán határ mentén 20-30 kilométeres mélységben 4000 méter magasságig tilos bármilyen légi eszköz, illetve jármű közlekedése az állami járművek kivételével, beleértve a SMURD rohammentő-szolgálat gépeit és a vészhelyzetben lévő repülőket.
Eddig a légtérzár a határ térségében 1000 méteres magasságig és nyolc kilométeres mélységig terjedt.
A védelmi tárca közleménye megjegyzi, hogy a légtér hatékonyabb ellenőrzését lehetővé tevő repülési korlátozás kiterjesztését az ukrán folyami kikötők elleni orosz légitámadások erősödése tette szükségessé. Az intézkedés a – könnyű gépeket kiszolgáló, a határtól 18 kilométernyire lévő – tulceai repülőtér civil légiforgalmát nem érinti.
Múlt héten a Dunától 400, illetve 2500 méternyire, szerdán pedig a határfolyamtól mintegy 15 kilométernyire találták meg Romániában lezuhant – feltehetően az ukrán légvédelem által lelőtt, az orosz hadsereg által használt – drónok darabjait.
A román védelmi tárca elismerte, hogy ezeket sem a radarok, sem a járőrszolgálatot teljesítő harci repülőgépek nem észlelték. A becsapódott, méteres krátert okozó, adott esetben több ezer négyzetméteren szétszóródott dróndarabokat a lakossági bejelentések alapján a térséget átkutató katonák találták meg.

Egy romantikus mesterség éli a virágkorát manapság Romániában: a kalózkodás. A beszámolók szerint a Duna Konstanca megyei szakaszán hajózó uszályok személyzetének fokozottan ébernek kell lennie, ha nem akarja, hogy megdézsmált rakománnyal érjen célba – írja a Főtér.
A kalózkodás reneszánszára az hívta fel a figyelmet, hogy a román hatóságok házkutatást tartottak egy olyan csoportnál, akik 12 tonna napraforgómagot és 2 tonna gázolajat loptak az éjszaka leple alatt egy dunai uszályról.
Az ügy miatt kiderült, hogy rendszeresen megtámadják az uszályokat a Duna Konstanca megyei szakaszán. Egy nyilvánosságra került felvételen például az látszik, hogy a motorcsónakkal és tömlővel felszerelt kalózok megközelítik az uszályt, majd mintegy hat tonnányi gázolajat lopnak ki az üzemanyagtartályból.
A román kalózok „fejszékkel és vasvillákkal felfegyverkezve hajtják végre akcióikat”, az uszályok személyzete emiatt sem mer közbelépni.

A német BILD beszámolója szerint Passauban is emelkedést mértek a vízszintben, ami óráról órára egyre nagyobb. A rendőrség elővigyázatosságból elvontatta az autókat a Duna menti parkolókból, amiről egy szóvivő tett jelentést vasárnap.
Egyes lakosok az árvízvédelmi figyelmeztetések ellenére sem álltak el az autóikkal, ami veszélyes lehet. A rendőrségi szóvivő tisztázta, ha nem vontatják el a járműveket, akkor azok egészen Ausztriáig lebegnének a vízen.
A Duna vízszintje a szombati nap folyamán csaknem két méterrel emelkedett, ami most 7,80 métert jelent az árvízi hírszolgálat szerint. Az Inn vízszintje például az elmúlt 12 órában 3,30 méterről 5,40 méterre emelkedett.
