 „A 2022. november 30-i adatok szerint a fegyveres agresszió következtében több mint 291 millió négyzetméter földterület lett szennyezett, és több mint 8 milliárd négyzetméternyi ukrán földterületet borít különböző hulladék, a kár összege 448,9 milliárd hrivnya” – áll a közleményben.
 A háború miatt jelenleg Ukrajna földalapjának több száz hektárját borítja különböző hulladék, valamint a detonáció következtében felszabaduló káros anyag, ami súlyosan károsítja a talaj szerkezetét. Ezek a tényezők a mezőgazdasági területek megrongálódásához, a vetési műveletek végrehajtásának ellehetetlenüléséhez vezetnek, és ennek eredményeként a katonai agresszió következtében szennyezett területek alkalmatlanok a termés betakarításához.
 „Az ukrán földterületek tönkretétele Ukrajna környezete elleni bűncselekmény és olyan globális probléma, amely magában hordozza az élelmiszerválság kockázatát és azt, hogy a jövőben lehetetlenné válik az emberiség élelmezésbiztonságának garantálása.
