Ez Andrij Molocsnij, nem ügyész, hanem az ügyészség alkalmazottja, köztisztviselő. Sajnos az áldozat a kórházban meghalt. „Őszinte részvétem az elhunyt családjának és barátainak” – írta a Legfőbb Ügyészség vezetője.
Kravcsenko hozzátette, hogy Andrij Molocsnijt már tájékoztattáka Ukrajna Büntető Törvénykönyvének 286-1. cikkelye 3. része értelmében felmerült gyanúról – közlekedési szabályok megsértése ittas állapotban, amely személy halálához vezetett. A teszt eredménye 1,77 ppm volt.
Ragaszkodunk egy 60 napos megelőző intézkedés alkalmazásához, óvadék nélküli előzetes letartóztatás formájában. „Személyesen figyelemmel fogom kísérni az ügy fejleményeit, mint ügyész, kezdve a megelőző intézkedés kiválasztásával, és támogatni fogom a vádat a bíróságon” – biztosított a főügyész.
