Hét gyermek meghalt, ketten pedig megsebesültek szombaton, amikor a dél-szíriai Deraa város közelében fekvő Szanameinben felrobbant egy pokolgép – jelentette a SANA szíriai állami hírügynökség rendőrségi forrásra hivatkozva.
Az Emberi Jogok Szíriai Megfigyelő Központja (OSDH) nevű emigráns aktivista szervezet szerint nyolc különböző korú gyermek halt meg a robbanásban, amelynek egy sebesültje is van.
A SANA egy deraai rendőri vezetőre hivatkozva militáns csoportokat vádol a pokolgépek elhelyezésével, a nagy-britanniai székhelyű, és Szíriában kiterjedt megfigyelő hálózattal rendelkező OSDH szerint egy kormánybarát milícia helyezte el a robbanószerkezetet gyilkossági kísérlet céljából, de további részleteket nem közölt.
Deraa a Basár el-Aszad elnök elleni, 2011. évi felkelés bölcsője, de 2018-ban egy Oroszország által támogatott tűzszüneti megállapodás keretében Damaszkusz ellenőrzése alá került. Azóta a tartományban egymást követik a gyilkosságok, összetűzések, és nagyon nehezek az életkörülmények.
Az OSDH szerint a tartományban 2024-ben ez volt a nyolcvanharmadik dokumentált incidens, ezekben eddig összesen mintegy százan haltak meg. A 2011-ben kitört szíriai háborúban több mint 507 ezren haltak meg, milliók menekültek el otthonukból, és az ország mély gazdasági és humanitárius válságba süllyedt.

A német rendőrség segítséget kért egy öt-hat évesnek vélt gyermek azonosításához, akinek holttestét több mint egy évvel ezelőtt találták meg a Dunában Németország területén.
A kisfiú holttestét 2022 májusában fedezték fel Bajorországban.
Az Interpol közölte, hogy közzétette az ügy részleteit abban a reményben, hogy megtudják a kisfiú nevét és megállapítsák a halála körüli gyanús körülményeket.
Az Interpol közölte, hogy a fiú holttestét fóliába csomagolva találták meg a Dunában 2022. Május 19-én.
A rendőrség közzétette az arcának rekonstrukcióját is.
Az Interpol a BBC-nek azt nyilatkozta: „szokatlan, hogy egy gyermek holtteste ilyen sokáig azonosítatlan maradjon”, szerintük ez arra utal, hogy a fiú egy másik országból származhatott.

Odesszában a rendőrség egy négyéves kisfiú és nővére halálának okait vizsgálja – jelentette a korrespondent.net az Odessza Megyei Rendőrségre való hivatkozással.
A rendfenntartók tájékoztatása szerint a gyerekek május 14-én este lettek rosszul. Az édesanya eleinte maga próbálta elsősegélyben részesíteni őket, majd amikor ez nem segített, ápolót hívott.
Később a gyerekek állapota romlott, és az anya hívta a mentőket. A fiú még az orvosok kiérkezése előtt meghalt, a lány pedig az egészségügyi intézményben. A gyerekek halálának előzetes oka ismeretlen anyag okozta mérgezés.
A rendőrség büntetőeljárást indított. Eljárás indult egészségügyi dolgozó vagy gyógyszerész szakmai feladatainak nem megfelelő ellátása miatt is.
A korrespondent.net az Antikor kiadványra való hivatkozással írta, hogy egy Herszonból áttelepült családról van szó. Az anya zöldséget vásárolt a piacon és megetette a gyerekeket, akiknek ezután fájni kezdett a hasuk és hánytak.

Megkezdődött az Új-Zélandon holtan talált gyerekek ügyének tárgyalása, a gyilkossággal az anyát vádolják. Két bőröndbe rejtett holttestet talált egy család az új-zélandi Aucklandben nyáron. A nyomok alapján az 5 és 10 év közötti áldozatok anyját vádolják a gyilkosságokkal, akinek a kiadatását a hónap elején rendelték el.
Gyilkossággal vádolják azt a 42 éves nőt, akinek a gyerekeit holtan találták két bőröndbe rejtve Új-Zélandon – tájékoztat a New York Post.
A gyanúsítottat a hét elején szállították át Dél-Koreából Új-Zélandra, az előzetes meghallgatása szerdán vette kezdetét. Amennyiben bűnösnek találják, úgy életfogytiglani börtönbüntetés vár rá, legkorábban tíz év után helyezhető feltételesen szabadlábra.
Az aucklandi Manukau kerületi bíróság úgy döntött, hogy a tárgyalás végéig a vádlott és az áldozatok személyazonosságát is titokban tartja.
A szerdai meghallgatáson a vádlott öt perc után elhagyta a tárgyalót, a bírósági döntés értelmében a december 14-i tárgyalásig őrizetben kell maradnia.
Mint az már ismert, egy család két 5 és 10 év közötti gyerek maradványaira bukkant két bőröndben az új-zélandi Aucklandben augusztus 11-én. A két hasonló méretű poggyászt egy raktárban találták, amit egy árverésen vásároltak. A holttesteket megtaláló családot nem gyanúsítják, a sokkoló eset feldolgozásához szakszerű segítséget kapnak.
