Amikor kiszálltak a metróból, a vita elfajult, a fiatalok lökdösni kezdték az idősebb férfit, aki ekkor pisztolyt rántott, több lövést leadott a levegőbe, majd egyet az egyik diák lábába.
Az ügyben eljárás indult, a tettesre háromtól hét évig terjedő szabadságvesztés várhat.
