Az al-Shabaab iszlamista terrorszervezet fegyveresei csütörtök este megtámadtak egy hotelt a szomáliai fővárosban, Mogadishuban. A harcok jelenleg is zajlanak.
A biztonsági erők egyik tagja, Ahmed Dahir a sajtónak azt mondta, a fegyveresek helyi idő szerint este 10 körül törtek be az elnöki palotától nem messze lévő szállodába, ahol lövöldözni kezdtek.
A támadás hírét az al-Shabaab is megerősítette Telegramon, a Garowe Online nevű szomáliai hírportál pedig úgy tudja, a terroristák elbarikádozták magukat az épületben.
A támadás után nem sokkal érkező hírek szerint legalább öten megsebesültek, pontos részleteket azonban nem tudni.
Az utóbbi években az al-Kaida terrorszervezettel is kapcsolatokat ápoló al-Shabaab támadásai rendszerint fokozódtak az iszlám böjti hónap, a ramadán idején, mely ebben az évben március 11-én kezdődött.
A mogadishui kormány ellen több mint egy évtizede fegyveres felkelést folytató al-Shabaab célja, hogy kiűzze az Afrikai Unió békefenntartóit az országból, megdöntse a Nyugat támogatását élvező kabinet hatalmát, és az iszlám radikális értelmezésen alapuló jogrendet, a saríát vezesse be Szomáliában.

Beomlott egy hotel szombaton a Spanyolországhoz tartozó Mallorca üdülőszigeten, a szálloda két munkatársa súlyos sérüléseket szenvedett – közölte a Diario de Mallorca című helyi lap.
A szerencsétlenség a sziget északi részén található Port d’Alcúdia településén történt. Értesülések szerint a Bluesea Piscis hotel edzőterme omlott rá az alagsorban lévő konyhára.
Óvintézkedésként a szálloda mintegy háromszáz vendégét evakuálták és más szállásokon helyezték el.
A tűzoltóság közlése szerint a sérültek kimentése a romok alól nagyon nehéznek bizonyult. Három közeli település tűzoltósági és rendőrségi alakulatai órákon át voltak bevetésen. A két sérültet, egy 59 éves férfit és egy 57 éves nőt kórházba szállították.
A városvezetés és a tűzoltóság szakemberei a balesetet követően megkezdték a lezárt épület statikai vizsgálatát.

Hét ember tartózkodott a hotelben, mindannyian biztonságban kijutottak.
Egy sziklafalból letört darab zúdult az észak-olaszországi Bolzanóban található Hotel Eberlre kedden – írja a Tageszeitung cikke alapján a HVG.
A tűzoltók elmondása szerint a dél-tiroli szálloda felét betemette a törmelék.
A hotel zárva volt, vendégeket nem fogadott, de a hatóság közlése szerint hét ember, köztük a tulajdonosok az épületben voltak, nekik sikerült biztonságban kijutniuk.
A tűzoltóság még vizsgálja, hogy vannak-e emberek a törmelékek alatt.
Az Euronews január 3-án számolt be egy dél-tiroli tragédiáról. A híroldal szerint egy lavina ölt meg egy házaspárt az olaszországi Schnalstalnál, az áldozatok között volt a Raiffeisen Bank korábbi igazgatója, a 65 éves Michael Gruener és felesége is.

Szeptemberben már beszámoltunk Wesley Barnes és a thaiföldi Koh Chang szigetén található Sea View Hotel and Spa közötti konfliktusról. A történet azzal kezdődött, hogy Barnes összeveszett a személyzet egyik tagjával, majd negatív kritikát írt a hotelről a Tripadvisorra, mire a szálló a helyi rágalmazási törvények alapján letartóztattatta a Thaiföldön dolgozó férfit – derül ki az Travelo cikkéből.
Barnes ezt írta a Tripadvisorra, a világ legnagyobb utazási oldalra: „Barátságtalan a személyzet, soha senki sem mosolyog. Úgy viselkednek, mintha nem akarnák, hogy bárki is ott legyen. Az étterem vezetője volt a legrosszabb. Csehországból származik. Rendkívül durva és udvariatlan a vendégekkel”.
Az üdülőhely jogi lépésekkel válaszolt, Barnest azzal vádolva, hogy kárt okozott a szálloda jó hírnevének, így a férfi két éjszakát kénytelen volt börtönben tölteni, majd bocsánatot kért a hoteltől. A történet azonban itt nem ért véget.
A Tripadvisor azt írta, jogos, ha a többi potenciális vendéget figyelmeztetik arra, mi várhat rájuk egy szállodában, és a cég fontosnak tartja, hogy minden utazó leírhassa az élményeit, legyenek azok jók vagy rosszak, és ellenzi, hogy valaki a helyi törvényekre hivatkozva küldjön valakit börtönbe egy vélemény miatt.
Ezért figyelmeztetést írtak a hotelhez: „Ez a szálloda büntetőeljárást indított az egyik felhasználóval szemben annak online írt véleménye miatt. A bírálót ennek eredményeként fogva tartották.” A Sea View Hotel and Spa a New York Times-nak azt mondta, hogy mélységesen csalódott a Tripadvisor figyelmeztetése miatt, mely rendkívül félrevezető és hiányos. Hozzátették, hogy megkérték Barnest, hogy távolítsa el véleményét, de teljesen figyelmen kívül hagyta a kérést.
A rágalmazási törvények Thaiföldön rendkívül szigorúak, két évig terjedő börtönbüntetéssel és pénzbírsággal sújthatják azokat, akiket elítélnek.

Anasztaszija Pocsta, aki március 30-án érkezett haza Ukrajnába Baliról, megmutatta a hotelt, melyben obszervációra helyezték, s elmondta, miért gondolja törvénytelennek a kormány intézkedéseit.
Anasztasziját a kijevi Kozacke hotelben szállásolták el, itt
fogja tölteni az elkövetkezendő 14 napját. A szobában ketten laknak
barátnőjével. „A hotelszoba normális, tiszta. Nem hagyhatjuk el az épületet, s
hozzánk se jöhet senki, rendelhetünk ennivalót. Az ételrendelés fizetett. A
miniszter elmondása szerint a szobák ingyenesek” – mondta el a hölgy.
A szobát a videó 8:30 percénél láthatjuk.
Anasztaszija a beköltözés ellenére törvénytelennek tekinti a kormány intézkedését, hiszen a kötelező karanténról szóló rendeletet március 29-én est fogadták el, elhelyezésükkor a határozat még nem jelent meg az Urjadovij Kurjerben, így az még nem lépett hatályba. Elmondása szerint többen is bejelentést tettek a rendőrségnél az üggyel kapcsolatban.
Az információk szerint a repülőjárat utasait Dohában arra
kérték, hogy írjanak alá egy nyilatkozatot, melyben beleegyeznek az
obszervációba, s nem veszik fel a kapcsolatot a sajtóval. A Belügyminisztérium
cáfolja az ezzel kapcsolatos feltételezéseket.

Összeomlott egy
karanténnak használt, többemeletes szálloda a délkelet-kínai Fucsien
tartománybeli Csüancsouban szombaton, mintegy hetvenen rekedtek a romok alatt –
közölte honlapján a város önkormányzata.
Az épület helyi idő szerint este fél nyolckor omlott össze.
Két óra alatt 34 embert mentettek ki a törmelék alól a helyi hatóságok szerint.
A baleset okát egyelőre nem tudni. Halálesetről nem érkezett
hír. A helyszínen 147 fős mentőcsapat dolgozik.
A nyolcvan szobás szállodát 2018 júniusában nyitották meg a nyolcmillió
lakosú kikötővárosban. A koronavírus-járvány miatt karanténnak használták az
épületet. Fucsien tartományban pénteki adatok szerint 296 koronavírusos esetet
tartottak számon, és csaknem 11 ezer embert helyeztek megfigyelés alá.

A kárpátaljai körzeti adminisztratív bíróság helybenhagyta a Rendkívüli Helyzetek Állami Szolgálatának (DSZNSZ) kárpátaljai kirendeltsége által beadott kérelmét az ungvári Intourist–Zakarpattya hotel életveszélyes állapotára vonatkozólag.
A bíróság intézkedéseket tett az említett intézmény teljes
felfüggesztése érdekében, a bejáratot teljesen lezárták, az áramforrásokról
pedig lekapcsolták a hotelt mindaddig, amíg abban a tűzbiztonságra vonatkozó
