Több gyermek is megsérült, miután beomlott egy thaiföldi iskola egyik tantermének padlója – írja a Metro. A diákok 3 métert zuhantak az alattuk lévő zavaros víztömegbe.
A baleset helyi idő szerint csütörtökön történt Csonburi tartományban, a gyerekek épp angolórán vettek részt, amikor az öreg épület padlója beomlott.
Nagyjából 30 diák esett a vízbe, többségük enyhe sérülést szenvedett, kettejüket viszont kórházba kellett szállítani.
Prajocs Keeratipakorn iskolaigazgató szerint a padló akkor dőlhetett össze, amikor a gyerekek a terem elejébe rohantak, hogy kérdésekre válaszoljanak. Mint elmondta, korábban a 47 éves építmény több részénél is felújítást kért, az érintett helyiség viszont jó állapotúnak tűnt, ezért nem javították meg.
Az esetet követően az iskola elnézést kért a gyermekek szüleitől. A terem helyreállítása megkezdődött.
