 A jelentés szerint a kormányfő elmondta: „Tegnap megtörténtek a kazettás lőszerrel végrehajtott első rakétatámadások, amelyek az elosztó alállomásaink ellen irányultak, tucat ilyen rakéta volt.”
 A miniszterelnök szerint a berendezéskárok a számos találat ellenére minimálisak voltak. „Tegnap tíz csapásból nagyon kis mennyiséget veszítettünk el a berendezéseinkből” – állította Denisz Smihal.
