Nyolc amerikai katona sérült meg csütörtökön egy közúti balesetben, miközben az északnyugat-lengyelországi Drawsko Pomorskiében működő gyakorlótérre utaztak – közölte az interia.pl lengyel hírportál hivatalos lengyel katonai forrásokra hivatkozva.
A tehergépkocsin összesen 24 katona utazott, amikor a jármű Drawsko Pomorskie közelében váratlanul letért az országútról és felborult – mondta el a hírportálnak Tomasz Zygmunt, a katonai rendészet helyi szóvivője.
Előzetes hatósági vizsgálat szerint a balesetet a gépkocsivezető figyelmetlensége okozta.
Az egyik sérült katonát súlyos állapotban, helikopterrel szállították kórházba. További hat bajtársát környékbeli járási kórházakban ápolnak, állapotuk stabil. Egy sérült katona elutasította a kórházba szállítást.
A baleset körülményeit a lengyel katonai rendészet vizsgálja a nyugat-lengyelországi Poznanban működő katonai ügyészség felügyelete alatt.
Lengyelországban mintegy 10 ezer amerikai katona állomásozik, egy részük rotációs, egy másik pedig állandó jelleggel.
13 ember meghalt, hárman pedig megsérültek, amikor egy kisbusz hátulról nekiütközött egy félpótkocsis teherautónak Kína középső részén, Honan tartományban csütörtök hajnalban – közölték a helyi hatóságok.
A baleset helyi idő szerint hajnali 2 óra 40 perc körül történt a Nanjang város közelében húzódó G40-es autópályán. A rendőrség tájékoztatása szerint a kilenc személy szállítására engedélyezett kisbuszban a baleset idején 16-an utaztak.
A hatóságok egyelőre nem közöltek részleteket a baleset pontos okáról. A kínai közbiztonsági minisztérium munkacsoportot küldött a helyszínre, hogy irányítsa a vizsgálatot és a mentési munkálatokat.

Életét vesztette egy görög mentőcsapat négy tagja egy közúti balesetben Líbiában – közölte vasárnap a kelet-líbiai kormányzat egészségügyi minisztere.
A tragikus balesetben tizenöten megsérültek, közülük heten súlyos állapotban vannak – ismertette Uszmán Abdul Dzsalíl televízióban közvetített sajtótájékoztatóján.
Mint mondta, a 19 fős mentőcsapatot szállító jármű az árvízkatasztrófa sújtotta kelet-líbiai Dernánál frontálisan ütközött egy líbiai család autójával. A balesetben a család három tagja is életét vesztette.
Az ENSZ Humanitárius Ügyeket Koordináló Irodája (OCHA) legfrissebb adatai szerint mintegy 11 300 ember életét követelték Dernában az áradások és 10 100 embert tartanak nyilván eltűntként. További 170 ember Líbia más térségeiben vesztette életét az ítéletidőben. A Daniel nevű vihar múlt hétfőre virradóra csapott le a százezer lakosú Dernára, két gát átszakadt, aminek következtében szökőárral felérő víztömeg árasztotta el a városon átívelő völgyet.
„Ezek a számok várhatóan növekedni fognak, ahogy a kutató-mentő csapatok fáradhatatlanul további túlélők után kutatnak” – ismertette az adatokat az OCHA a líbiai vörös félholdra hivatkozva.
Utóbbi segélyszervezet azonban visszautasította a számadatokat. „A hivatalos számokat a líbiai hatóságok által erre felhatalmazott ügynökség teszi közzé” – húzta alá a líbiai vörös félhold.
A dernai polgármester a héten azt mondta, hogy akár a húszezret is elérheti a halálos áldozatok száma, szombaton azonban a kelet-líbiai kormány hivatalosan 3252-re tette a halottak számát.
A tripoli székhelyű líbiai nemzeti egységkormány adatai szerint az ár legkevesebb 891 épületet pusztított el Dernában, másik 211 épületben részleges károk keletkeztek, 398-at pedig elöntött az iszap. A város épületeinek negyedében keletkeztek károk. A tripoli vezetés egyben elrendelte, ivóvíz rendelkezésre bocsájtását a katasztrófa sújtotta régióknak.

Nekihajtott gépkocsival egy rendőrségi autónak, elsodorta a mellette álló rendőrt, majd újabb rendőrségi autóval ütközött egy jogosítvánnyal nem rendelkező 16 éves fiatal Budapesten péntek hajnalban.
A rendőrök pénteken 1 óra 40 perc körül a XV. kerületi Páskom parknál akartak megállítani egy gépkocsit, amely a forgalommal szemben haladt az egyirányú úton. A sofőr a rendőri jelzés ellenére nem állt meg, nekihajtott egy szolgálati gépkocsinak és elsodorta a mellette álló rendőrt, aki könnyű sérülést szenvedett. Több rendőri egység kezdte követni a járművet, amely a jelzéseket figyelmen kívül hagyva tovább száguldozott.
A menekülő autós még egy rendőrautónak nekiütközött, majd onnan is továbbhajtott. A rendőröknek három óra körül végül a XVII. kerületben sikerült megállítaniuk a járművet. A gépkocsiban hárman utaztak, az eddigi adatok szerint a volánnál egy 16 éves fiatal ült, akinek nem volt jogosítványa.
Az akció során az egyik, megkülönböztető jelzéssel haladó szolgálati gépkocsi elütött egy elé lépő asszonyt, akit a mentők súlyos sérülésekkel vittek kórházba – írták, hozzátéve, hogy a baleset körülményeit az ügyészség vizsgálja.
Január 16-én bejelentés érkezett a mentőszolgálathoz, miszerint Kremencsukban egy mikrobusz nekiütközött egy gáztartálynak, a benzinkúton hatalmas tűz keletkezett.
Az eset az esti órákban történt, a tüzet azonban csak másnap reggelre sikerült eloltani, a helyszínen 30 tűzoltó tevékenykedett.
A hírt a Rendkívüli Helyzetek Állami Szolgálatának (DSZNSZ) poltavai kirendeltsége közölte.
