A helikopter körülbelül 15 percet repült Japán területi vizei felett, ami arra kényszerítette a Japán Légierő Önvédelmi Erőit, hogy vadászgépeket küldjenek a levegőbe.

Kína szombaton háromnapos hadgyakorlatot kezdett a Tajvani-szorosban, a Tajpejjel fennálló feszültségek közepette, miután a tajvani elnök, Caj Jing-ven az Egyesült Államokban találkozott az amerikai képviselőház elnökével, Kevin McCarthyval.
A CCTV kínai állami televízió hétfőn azt közölte, a hadgyakorlat során éles lőszerrel szimulálnak támadásokat Tajvan közelében.
Kína a saját részének tekinti az 1949 óta önálló kormányzattal rendelkező Tajvant, és vezetése korábban aláhúzta: ha kell, erővel gondoskodik az újraegyesítésről.
Ugyancsak hétfőn a japán védelmi minisztérium bejelentette, kínai repülőgép-hordozó műveleteket hajtott végre a hét végén a sziget délnyugati részén lévő Okinava-szigetcsoportnál.
A tárca azt közölte, péntek és vasárnap között 120 alkalommal landoltak vadászgépek és helikopterek a hajón, amely – három másik hadihajóval együtt – 230 kilométerre megközelítette a szigetcsoporthoz tartozó Mijako szigetét.
Mindeközben hétfőn magas rangú japán és kínai tisztségviselők egyeztetnek a Peking és Tokió között lévő vitás tengeri kérdésekről. Az előre betervezett megbeszélések a 2012-ben indult tárgyalássorozat részei.
Márciusban a két ország katonai forródrótot is létrehozott az esetleges tengeri és légi konfliktusok megelőzése céljából.

Az ukrán határőrizeti szerv tájékoztatása szerint munkatársaik Kárpátalján megtalálták azt a Aerospatiale Alouette III típusú helikoptert, amely feltételezések szerint január 31-én az éjjeli órákban megsértette a magyar légteret.
Az Ukrán Állami Határőrszolgálat közleménye szerint azt követően, hogy az ukrán és a magyar hatóságok egyaránt észlelték a Magyarország légterébe belépő ismeretlen légi járművet az Ukrán Biztonsági Szolgálattal közösen kutató akciót indítottak. A helikopterre a Huszti járásban Alsóhidegpatak (Nizsnij Sztudenij) település közelében, egy gyalogosan is nehezen megközelíthető hegyi tisztáson bukkantak rá.
Leszja Fedorova, a Munkácsi Határőrosztag szóvivője azt közölte, hogy munkatársai a gép belsejében csempészcigarettát találtak, de azt sem zárják ki, hogy embercsempézésre is használhatták a 150 ezer dollár értékű helikoptert. A helikopter a két pilótán kívül 6 főt képes szállítani. A magyarul pacsirtának elnevezett egymotoros gép belső hasznos terhelése 750 kg, hatótávolsága: 550 km, utazósebesség: 185 km/h. A helikoptert egyelőre a hatóságok őrzik, tart a nyomozás az ügyben.

A tajpeji védelmi tárca szerint 19 kínai harci repülőgép, köztük nukleáris fegyverek hordozására képes bombázók repültek át Tajvan légvédelmi azonosító zónáján.
Tajvan vasárnap riasztotta légierejét Kína újbóli katonai tevékenysége miatt. A minisztérium közölte, hogy a légtérsértő műveletben tíz darab J-16-os és négy Szu-30-as típusú vadászgép, valamint egy tengeralattjáró elhárításra használt harci repülő mellett négy darab – nukleáris eszközök hordozására képes – H-6 jelű nagy hatótávolságú csapásmérő kínai repülőgép vett részt.

Kína saját területének tekinti a 23 millió lakosú Tajvant, és diplomáciai eszközökkel igyekszik korlátozni mozgásterét a nemzetközi színtéren, gazdasági nyomást alkalmaz vele szemben, és rendszeres hadgyakorlatokat tart a sziget közvetlen közelében, rendszerint a Tajpej fennhatósága alá tartozó délnyugati fekvésű Pratas-szigetek térségében. Legutóbb június 15-én került sor egy nagyobb légtérsértő műveletre.

Az Egyesült Államok a legtöbb országhoz hasonlóan nem tart fenn hivatalos diplomáciai kapcsolatokat Tajvannal, ugyanakkor hallgatólagosan garantálja a sziget biztonságát a helyi vezetés legnagyobb fegyverbeszállítójaként. Kína álláspontja szerint azért van szükség az ilyen jellegű műveletekre, hogy megvédje szuverenitását, illetve elejét vegye a tajpeji és a washingtoni vezetés „összejátszásának”.
A tajvani védelmi minisztérium éppen a múlt héten figyelmeztetett arra, hogy egyre nagyobb fenyegetést jelent Peking, mondván, a kínai fegyveres erők képesek megbénítani a sziget hadseregét, illetve teljességgel nyomon tudják követni a tajvani csapatmozgásokat.

Egy orosz IL-96-os repülőgép pénteken megsértette Észtország légterét Windloo-sziget közelében, kevesebb mint egy percet töltött az észt légtérben – számolt be a Jevropejszka Pravda az EER-re hivatkozva.

Kína példátlan méretű repülőgép-kötelékkel sértette meg Tajvan légterét. A tájékoztatás szerint a kínai légi rajban 18 vadászrepülő, két tengeralattjáró-elhárító, egy légtérfigyelő és négy, atomfegyverek hordozására képes bombázógép is volt – adta hírül az MTI.
Ilyen mértékű légtérsértést eddig nem tapasztalt Tajvan, amióta védelmi minisztériuma tavaly elkezdte közzétenni a kínai légierő tevékenységéről szóló jelentéseit.
A minisztérium szerint riasztották a tajvani légierőt, hogy fogja el, és figyelmeztetéssel riassza el a betolakodókat a Pratas-szigetek térségében, és üzembe helyezték a légvédelmi rakétarendszereket is a kínai kötelék megfigyelésére.
A Jerusalem Post arról ír, hogy Kína, ami saját területének tekinti a szigetet, az elmúlt hónapokban rendszeresen megsértette annak légterét. Tajvan azonban szuverén államként tekint magára. Az orosz légierő három francia vadászgépet fogott el a szerdán a Fekete-tenger fölött, a NATO és Oroszország légi határai közötti, vitatott zónában – közli a Le Point című francia lap internetes oldala az orosz védelmi minisztérium közleményére hivatkozva.
Az orosz forrás szerint két Szu-27-es orosz vadászgép kényszerített visszafordulásra két Mirage 2000 típusú francia harci gépet és egy, a repülőknek utánpótlást biztosító KC-135 Stratonaker típusú légi utántöltő repülőgépet.
Miután az idegen gépek egy fél fordulatot tettek, és nem folytatták útjukat Oroszország határai felé, az orosz vadászgépek visszatértek bázisukra – fogalmaz a moszkvai forrás.
A lap hozzáteszi: a Fekete-tenger térségében keresztezi egymást az oroszok befolyási övezete és az Észak-Atlanti Szövetség által ellenőrzött zóna. A tenger egyetlen kijárata, a tenger nyugati felén fekvő, Törökországhoz tartozó Boszporusz-szoros, míg a keleti medencében fekvő Kercsi-szorost de facto Oroszország ellenőrzi.
A NATO és Oroszország gépei az elmúlt időszakban más alkalommal is kerültek konfliktushelyzetbe, így 2020 júniusában négy orosz bombázót kényszerítettek visszafordulásra 40 kilométere Alaszkától, míg az incidens előtt két héttel az orosz védelmi minisztérium két amerikai, B1-es bombázó fotóját tette közzé, melyek a Balti-tengeren Oroszország közelében végeztek manővereket.
