 Az információt későbbi sajtóértekezletén Mateusz Morawiecki miniszterelnök is megerősítette, és felhívta a lengyeleket, hogy ne adjanak hitelt a következő napokban várhatóan terjesztett álhíreknek.
 Kormányfőhelyettesként a nemzetbiztonsági és védelmi ügyek felügyeletéért felelős Kaczynski hivatalos közleményében megírta, a kibertámadás a legfontosabb lengyel tisztségviselők, miniszterek, különféle irányultságú tömörülések parlamenti képviselői ellen irányult.
 Beszámolt arról is, hogy az ügyet továbbra is vizsgálják, rögzítik a bizonyítékokat, a támadás által érintett személyeket pedig a rendőrség tájékoztatja a további teendőkről, a többi között e-mailfiókjuk védelméről.
 Kaczynski megfontoltságra kérte a lengyeleket, arra, hogy ne keveredjenek bele a különféle irányultságú politikusok ellen irányuló műveletbe, melynek egyik fő célja az, hogy megtámadja a lengyel társadalmat, destabilizálja az országot.
 A kibertámadások témája múlt hét óta foglalkoztatja a lengyel közvéleményt, akkor a kormányfői hivatal vezetője, Michal Dworczyk számolt be a közösségi médiában arról, hogy feltörték e-mail és Twitter-fiókját, valamint a feleségéét is.
 Dworczyk esete nyomán szerdán zártkörű ülésen tárgyalt a szejm a kibertámadásokról. Ezt követően Piotr Müller kormányszóvivő közölte, hogy a lengyel politikusok a következő hetekben egy dezinformációs támadás célpontjává fognak válni. Hozzátette, hogy  a lengyel titkosszolgálatok e kapcsán megfelelő lépéseket tesznek.
