A Nemzeti Rendőrség Kárpátaljai Főigazgatóságának nyomozói büntetőeljárást indítottak egy mentőautó által okozott halálos kimenetelű baleset ügyében. Az ügyben szakértői vizsgálatot fognak elrendelni.
Augusztus 12-én éjszaka a rendőrség bejelentést kapott egy halálos kimenetelű közúti balesetről, amelyben egy mentőautó is érintett volt a técsői járási Aknaszlatinán. A járási rendőrség nyomozó és operatív csoportja, valamint a Nemzeti Rendőrség Kárpátaljai Főigazgatóságának nyomozói a bejelentésre azonnal kivonultak.
A rendőrök tisztázták a baleset előzetes körülményeit. Jelenleg ismeretes, hogy a mentőautó sofőrje, egy 53 éves alsó-apsai lakos, elütött egy gyalogost, aki éppen átkelt az úton, és az ütközés idején az út közepén tartózkodott. A 68 éves lucki lakos a helyszínen belehalt sérüléseibe.
Kárpátaljai Főigazgatóság nyomozói közlekedésbiztonsági szabálysértés alapján a Büntető Törvénykönyv 286. cikkelyének 2. része alapján regisztrálták az információkat az előzetes nyomozások egységes nyilvántartásában. Az ügyben szakértői vizsgálatot fognak elrendelni, amelynek következtetései alapján a rendőrség ezt követően állapítja meg a baleset összes objektív körülményét, és eljárási döntéseket hoz. A nyomozás folyamatban van, számolt be a Nemzeti Rendőrség Kárpátaljai Főigazgatósága kommunikációs osztálya.

A szolgálat teljesítése közben, egy a megye bejáratánál felállított ellenőrzőpontnál, előzetesen kapott operatív információk alapján a Rahói Járási Rendőrkapitányság munkatársai lelepleztek egy 31 éves lembergi férfit, aki megpróbált két hadköteles korú férfit a határ menti területre szállítani.
Ehhez az elkövető átalakította a Renault Trafic típusú autóját mentőautóvá, az egyik férfit mentőtiszt egyenruhájába öltöztette, a másik pedig betegnek adta ki magát. Maga az elkövető a sofőr szerepét játszotta.
Így próbáltak eljutni a határ menti zónába, majd a bűnöző illegálisan át akarta juttatni a férfiakat a szomszédos Romániába.
Az ügyben nyomozás indult, a vizsgálatok tartanak.
