Nem minden külföldről hazatért ukrán állampolgár tartja be a 14 napos önkaranténra vonatkozó kötelezettségét, ezért a Belügyminisztérium elkezdheti a karantén-rendelkezések betartásának mobilszolgáltatókon keresztüli ellenőrzését – jelentette be kedden Anton Herascsenko belügyminiszter-helyettes a tárca hivatalos honlapján.
A helyettes tárcavezető azt írta, a rendőrség automatikusan megkapja a határőrségtől azoknak az állampolgároknak az adatait, akik személyes kötelezettségvállalást írtak alá arról, hogy 14 napos önkéntes karanténba vonulnak. „Nem tartom kizártnak, hogy Dél-Korea, Izrael és Lengyelország mintájára a mobilszolgáltatókhoz kell fordulnunk, hogy a hálózatokon keresztül ellenőrizzük a karantén feltételeinek betartását” – mutatott rá Herascsenko.
A belügyminiszter-helyettes a felelőtlen viselkedés példájaként hozta fel annak a nőnek – az ő tudomására jutott – esetét, aki Spanyolországból hazatérve azt állította, hogy a boriszpili repülőtéren nem írt alá semmilyen kötelezettségvállalási nyilatkozatot a 14 napos önkéntes karanténról, miközben a határőrök megküldték a belügynek a dokumentum másolatát. A nő hazudott az anyjának, hogy Kijevből Lembergbe (Lviv) utazhasson a fiához, de sehová nem fog menni – közölte, megjegyezve, hogy amennyiben az illető elutazott volna, akkor megsértette volna az önkarantén feltételeit, és ha a rendőrség ezt megállapítja és előállítja, akkor 17 vagy akár 34 ezer hrivnyára büntetik.
