Az Ukrán Főügyészség tájékoztatása szerint egy odesszai magánklinikáról két orvost gyanúsítanak azzal, hogy szakszerűtlenül látták el szakmai feladataikat, aminek következtében meghalt egy ismert üzletember és ingatlanfejlesztő.
A rendőrség pontosítása szerint a gyanúsítottak egy sebész és egy onkológus, akik egy odesszai magánorvosi intézményben dolgoznak.
Az ügy
A nyomozás szerint az áldozat 2024 májusa és októbere között kezeltette magát a magánklinikán.
A Nemzeti Rendőrség közlése szerint a 62 éves üzletember több hónapon át rákos megbetegedés miatt részesült kezelésben.
A két orvos felelt a beteg kezeléséért és megfigyeléséért.
A szakértői vizsgálat eredményei
A bizottsági igazságügyi orvosszakértői vizsgálat megállapította, hogy a kezelés során nem történt megfelelő reagálás a komplikációk jeleire, és nem tették meg a szükséges orvosi lépéseket a beteg állapotának időbeni stabilizálása érdekében.
A szakértők következtetése szerint a szakszerűtlen ellátás és az orvosok hanyagsága közvetlen ok-okozati összefüggésben állt a beteg halálával.
A jelentésben az is szerepel, hogy a halál megelőzhető lett volna: ha időben történt volna a diagnózis, az állapot felmérése és a megfelelő kezelés, a beteg jelentősen tovább élhetett volna.
Az orvosi hibák következtében a beteg szepszist (vérmérgezést) kapott, amely az alapbetegség súlyosbodásával együtt a halálához vezetett.
További lépések
A rendőrség a gyanúsítottakat házi őrizetbe helyezték, valamint felfüggesztették a munkakörükből.
A bűncselekményért legfeljebb két év szabadságvesztés szabható ki, továbbá öt évre való eltiltás a szakmai tevékenységtől vagy bizonyos tisztségek betöltésétől.

A hatóságok Kijevben őrizetbe vettek három orvost az egyik kijevi városi kórházban, akik pénzért rokkanttá nyilvánítottak hadköteles állampolgárokat, hogy külföldre távozhassanak – számolt be kedden az Ukrajinszka Pravda hírportál az Állami Nyomozó Iroda (DBR), Legfőbb Ügyészség és a Belügyminisztérium közlésére hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint „az elkövetők fiktív fekvőbeteg-ellátást szerveztek azok számára, akik el akarták kerülni a katonai szolgálatot egy kitalált diagnózis alapján. A fiktív fekvőbeteg-ellátás során ezek a betegek még csak fel sem keresték az egészségügyi intézményt, hanem egyszerűen telefonon keresztül jelentkeztek be, vagy hetente egyszer látogattak oda. Az állítólagos kezelésről szóló orvosi dokumentumok alapján ügyfeleik rokkantsági kategóriát kaptak, amely lehetővé tette a férfiak számára, hogy problémamentesen külföldre utazzanak. Egy ilyen szolgáltatás fejenként 10-15 ezer amerikai dollárba került”.
A hírportál forrásai szerint a főváros kezelésébe tartozó Pszichiátriai Klinikai Kórházról van szó. Az ukrán büntetőeljárási törvénykönyv 208. cikkelye szerinti őrizetbe vételre közvetlenül azután került sor, hogy az intézmény vezetője megkapta a jogellenes juttatás utolsó részét, 5 ezer amerikai dollárt a rokkantság diagnosztizálásáért. A befolyt kenőpénzek teljes dokumentált összege 11 ezer amerikai dollár és 4196 hrivnya.
Jelenleg házkutatásokat folytatnak, lefoglalják a dokumentumokat, és azonosítják az illegális tevékenységben részt vevő összes személyt, valamint azokat az állampolgárokat, akik illegálisan vették igénybe az ilyen „szolgáltatásokat”. Az ügyészek hozzátették, hogy a fogvatartottak ellen gyanúsítási jegyzőkönyvet készítenek, és döntenek a megelőző intézkedés megválasztásának kérdéséről.

Egy Los Angeles-i orvos, Salvador Plasencia bűnösnek vallotta magát, hogy ketamint adott Matthew Perrynek, a Jóbarátok színészének, aki túladagolás következtében halt meg. Az orvos emiatt akár negyven év börtönbüntetésre számíthat − írta a Sky News.
Plasencia az egyik vádlottja annak a pernek, melyet a színész halála miatt indítottak, akinek holttestét 2023 októberében találta meg az asszisztense a jakuzzijában. Szakértői vélemény szerint ketamin okozhatta Matthew Perry eszméletvesztését és fulladását.
A színész háziorvosától kapta a szert depressziójának kezelésére, majd egyre jobban emelték az adagot. Emiatt azzal vádolják Salvador Plasenciát, hogy ő látta el Perryt ketaminnal utolsó heteiben. Rajta kívül további három vádlott vallotta magát bűnösnek együttműködésükért cserébe.
Jasmine Sangha lehetett a színész fő drogellátója, és ő adhatta azt az utolsó adagot, amely Perry halálát okozta, viszont a nő volt az egyetlen, aki nem vallotta magát bűnösnek az ügyészség szerint.
Egy hónappal a színész halála előtt Plasencián kívül egy orvostársa, Mark Chavez szerezte be a kábítószert. Előbbi azt írta kollégájának, hogy „vajon mennyit fog fizetni ez az idióta”. Az üzlet keretében négy fiola ketamin cserélt gazdát, Matthew Perry mintegy 4500 dollárt fizetett érte.

Mint megjegyezték, a diagnózis megállapítását követően a magánklinika egészségügyi alkalmazottjai műtétet javasoltak a betegnek.
„Az orvosok azonban nem biztosították sem a beteg megfelelő felkészítését a műtétre, sem a műtét után szükséges megfigyelést” – közölte a rendőrség.
2020 decemberében egy 48 éves nő műtét után meghalt egy magánklinikán.
„Az előzetes nyomozás során megállapították, hogy az orvosok – a szülész-nőgyógyász és az altatóorvos – szakmai feladatainak nem megfelelő teljesítése a beteg halálához vezetett” – közölte a rendőrség.
A bíróságra benyújtották a vádemelést tartalmazó dokumentumokat.

Egy neve elhallgatását kérő magas rangú szomáliai hírszerzési tisztségviselő az AP amerikai hírügynökségnek nyilatkozva elmondta, hogy az orvosok szabadon engedését a hétvégén sikerült elérni a túszejtőkkel folytatott több hónapnyi tárgyalást követően. Egyéb részletet nem tárt fel.
Az AP saját forrásaiból úgy értesült, hogy a szomáliai hírszerzés a kubai kormány kérésére tárgyalt az orvosok szabadon engedéséről, miután néhány hónapja a terroristák egy videót tettek közzé a túszaikról.
Juan António Fernández Palacios kubai külügyi tisztségviselő ugyanakkor cáfolta az Assel Herrera Correa és Landy Rodriguez Hernández elengedéséről szóló értesüléseket. Hozzátette, hogy Kuba hatalmas erőfeszítéseket tesz elengedésük és biztonságos hazatérésük érdekében.
Egyelőre nem tudni a két kubai állampolgár hollétéről.
Az iszlamista szélsőségesek a két orvost 2019 áprilisában a kenyai Mandera megyében rabolták el amikor éppen munkába tartottak. A fegyveresek megölték a védelmükre kirendelt testőrség egyik tagját. Az ortopéd sebész és az általános orvos 2018 óta dolgozott Kenyában.
Az al-Shabaab megtorlást hirdetett Kenya ellen, amiért csapatokat küldött a szélsőségesek elleni harcra a szomszédos Szomáliába.

Június 23-án jelent meg az információ, hogy Ukrajnában megkezdődött a Covid-19 betegeket kezelő orvosok halálának epidemiológiai vizsgálata. Ezt jelentették Volodimir Zelenszkij ukrán elnöknek a koronavírus terjedésének megakadályozásáról szóló hagyományos konferenciabeszélgetés során. A halál okának megállapítása után, az államfő kezdeményezésére, megkezdik biztosítási kifizetéseket családjaik számára. „A Covid-19-nél gyorsabban kell haladnunk a biztosítási kifizetésekkel. És ez nem csak azokra vonatkozik, akik a pandémia elleni küzdelem miatt elvesztették szeretteiket, hanem azokra az orvosokra is, akik feláldozták az egészségüket” – hangsúlyozta Volodimi Zelenszkij.
Makszim Sztepanov egészségügyi miniszter a nyugati megyékben tett látogatása után elmondta, hogy Lemberg (Lviv) megyében napi újabb 300 tesztet végeznek a helyzet megfigyelése és a sorok kialakulásának elkerülése érdekében. Azt is hozzátette, hogy az egészségügyi minisztérium vizsgálja az egészségügyi intézmények gyógyszerellátását és felkészültségét a koronavírus esetleges második hulláma esetére. Ezen kívül a miniszter elmondta, hogy megvitatják a Covid-19-es betegek segélycsomagjai finanszírozásának lehetőségeit.
Miután megállapítják a halál okát, az orvosok családjai, az államfő kezdeményezésére, biztosítási kifizetésekben részesülnek. Május 7-én a Parlament elfogadta „A lakosság fertőző betegségekkel szembeni védelméről” szóló törvény 39. cikkelyének módosításáról törvényt (az egészségügyi dolgozók és egyéb munkavállalók jogainak kiegészítő garanciáiról). Ennek a dokumentumnak megfelelően azok az orvosok, akik szakmai feladataik során fertőződtek meg koronavírussal, és ennek következtében 1 éven belül fogyatékossági csoportba sorolták be őket, 300 létminimum összegű, jelenleg ez 608 ezer UAH, támogatásban részesülnek. Koronavírus okozta halál esetén az egészségügyi dolgozó halála családja 750 létminimum összegű, jelenleg ez 1 520 250 UAH, támogatást kap.
