A kínai földrengés-megfigyelő központ 6-os erősségű földrengésről számolt be, amely az ország északnyugati részén, Kirgizisztánnal határos területen található Akcsi megyében keletkezett, helyi idő szerint délután 3 óra 44 perckor. fészke 10 kilométeres mélységben volt – derült ki a tájékoztatásból. A hatóságok egyelőre nem kaptak jelentést áldozatokról vagy összeomlott épületekről. A megye közlekedése, áramellátása és távközlése normálisan működik – közölte az állami média.
A földrengés ugyanakkor pánikot keltett a szomszédos Kazahsztán fővárosában, Almatiban. Számos középiskolát, irodát és bevásárlóközpontot kiürítettek, az emberek tömegesen hagyták el otthonaikat és menekültek az utcákra. Az Orda című lap szerint a Turan Egyetemen a földrengés miatt elhalasztották az órákat és a vizsgákat.

Szörnyű tragédia rázta meg a Közép-afrikai Köztársaságot: 29 diák vesztette életét, több mint 280-an pedig megsérültek egy robbanás után kitört pánikban a fővárosban, Bangui egyik középiskolájában.
A diákok épp az érettségi vizsgát írták, amikor a tragédia bekövetkezett – számolt be róla a BBC a helyszíni forrásokra hivatkozva.
A Lycée Barthélémy Boganda nevű iskolában szerda délelőtt történt a baleset, amikor egy transzformátornál – amely a földszinten javítás alatt állt – robbanás történt, nem sokkal az áramszolgáltatás visszaállítása után.
A történtek megrémítették a vizsgázó fiatalokat. A Ndeke Luka helyi rádióállomás szerint „a robbanás zaja a füsttel kombinálva” pánikot keltett a közel 6000 jelen lévő diák körében.
A legtöbben menekülni próbáltak, de az épület kijáratai szűkek voltak, ezért a pánik következtében halálos tumultus alakult ki.
A Radio France Internationale-nek (RFI) nyilatkozó egyik túlélő, Magloire – akinek arca vérzett, miután az ablakon keresztül menekült ki – így nyilatkozott: „A diákok meg akarták menteni az életüket, de menekülés közben a halált látták, mert nagyon sokan voltak, és az ajtó nagyon kicsi volt. Nem mindenki tudott kijutni”.

Az esetről a Mirror számolt be a La Razón nyomán. A férfi nézeteltérésbe bonyolódott az egyik utassal, majd rugdosni kezdte az üléseket és fenyegetőzött. Nem sokkal később már a gép konyhájában talált eszközöket is az utasok felé dobálta. Az egyik biztonsági őr felajánlotta, hogy rendet tesz, viszont a légiutas kísérők ezt ellenezték, szóban próbálták nyugalomra inteni az önkívületi állapotban lévő férfit.
A helyzet még tovább fokozódott, ugyanis a férfi a jármű ajtajának kinyitásával kezdett fenyegetőzni – ekkor azonban már a biztonsági őr leteperte és a székéhez kötözte.
A pánik olyan méreteket öltött, hogy a pilótának egy időre el kellett hagynia a kabinját, hogy segítsen kezelni a zűrzavart. A repülőgép végül nagyobb késéssel tudott csak leszállni. A rendőrség Budapesten várta a férfit, akit a Liszt Ferenc Nemzetközi Repülőtéren elő is állítottak.
Az ügyről a Police.hu is beszámolt, egy közleményben megerősítette a történteket, és az incidens pontos dátumát – november 11-ét – is nyilvánosságra hozta. A randalírozót előállították a Repülőtéri Rendőri Igazgatóságra, garázdaság miatt felelhet. A 29 éves szerb férfi azzal védekezett, hogy a gépen bepánikolt, s alig várta, hogy leszálljanak. Agresszív magatartására elmondása szerint nem emlékezett.

Помічник народного депутата від «Слуги народу» Олександра Куницького - Дмитро Ніконов вистрілив у чоловіка з травматичного пістолета і поранив його в ногу. Зазначимо, що Ніконов також є директором ТОВ «Автоентерпрайз», яке займається експлуатацією зарядних станцій для автомобілів.За словами Ніконова, незнайомий йому водій припаркувався біля зарядної станції. Ніконов попрохав чоловіка переставити автомобіль на інше місце, але той повівся агресивно і вдарив Ніконова в обличчя. Захищаючись, директор «Автоентерпрайз» вихопив травматичний пістолет і вистрілив у землю, випадково поранивши опонента у палець ноги.За словами пораненого чоловіка, коли він припаркував свій автомобіль, до нього підійшов Ніконов і попрохав переставити машину на інше місце. Він відмовився. Тоді помічник нардепа став грубити, бити по його машині, а коли водій вийшов, вдарив його декілька разів і вихопив пістолет. Водій вдарив Ніконова у відповідь, намагаючись вибити пістолет з рук, але це йому не вдалося, після чого Ніконов почав стріляти і поранив його.Зауважимо, що в Україні обмежено право на володіння травматичної зброєю. Таке право мають кілька груп громадян, одна з яких – журналісти. Саме журналістський дозвіл має Дмитро Ніконов. Ми декілька разів запитали у директора «Автоентерпрайз», журналістом якого видання він є - відповіді не почули. На фотографіях, що з’явилися у мережі, вказано, що Ніконов є журналістом ТОВ «Громадська преса України». Згідно з реєстром друкованих ЗМІ, компанія видає журнал «Новини Батьківщини» - знайти сайт або публікації журналу в Інтернеті нам не вдалося.На місце події прибула депутатка Харківської міської ради від «Слуги народу», помічниця нардепа Олександра Куницького - Аліна Мустафаєва, а також інші особи. Один з чоловіків - знайомий Ніконова, намагався перешкоджати «Антикорупційному блоку» у законній журналістській діяльності, за цим фактом до поліції подана відповідна заява та відомості внесені до ЄРДР.
