Emmanuel Macron szerdán egy piacra látogatott a Clergy nevű településen, Val-d’Oise megyében, ám kellemetlen meglepetésben volt része, ugyanis a tömegből valaki váratlanul felé dobott egy paradicsomot.

A lap arról is beszámol, hogy az incidenst követően nem dobtak több paradicsomot az elnök felé, zavartalanul folytathatta a piacon tett látogatását.
A francia elnök ezen a nyilvános szereplésen jelentette be azt is, hogy a leköszönő miniszterelnök, Jean Castex helyett olyasvalakit jelöl majd a posztra, aki fontosnak tartja a szociális, a környezetvédelmi és a produktív kérdéseket.
