A Legfelsőbb Korrupcióellenes Bíróság elutasította az ügyészek indítványát, miszerint mentsék fel Pavlo Kirilenkót, az Ukrán Monopóliumellenes Bizottság elnökét, számolt be a Szlovo i Gyilo az ülés közvetítésére hivatkozva.
Az ügyészek indítványának alapja egy kijelentés volt, amely a vád szerint arra utal, hogy hivatalos pozícióját felhasználva befolyásolhatta a büntetőeljárás résztvevőit.
Annak ellenére, hogy elutasították a felmentését, a Legfelsőbb Korrupcióellenes Bíróság ismét elrendelte Kirilenkónak számos eljárási kötelezettség teljesítését.
Többek között meg kell jelennie a bíróság, az ügyész vagy a nyomozó idézésére, be kell jelentenie lakcíme változását, le kell adnia külföldi útleveleit, nem hagyhatja el Ukrajnát, és tartózkodnia kell a tanúkkal való kapcsolattartástól. Ezek a korlátozások két hónapig lesznek érvényben.

A Nemzeti Antikorrupciós Iroda (NABU) és a Speciális Antikorrupciós Ügyészség (SZAP) befejezték Ukrajna Monopóliumellenes Bizottsága vezetője, Pavlo Kirilenko ügyében végzett nyomozást. Törvénytelen meggazdagodással és hamis vagyonnyilatkozattal vádolják.
A nyomozás során kiderült, hogy 2020 és 2023 között, miközben az illető a megyei állami adminisztráció vezetője volt, 21 ingatlant és egy luxusautót szerzett, mindezt a felesége rokonainak nevére regisztrálva.
A következő ingatlanokat találták nála:
- hét lakás Kijevben és Ungváron, összesen 688,5 m² területen;
- ház Kijev közelében, több mint 220 m²-es területtel, valamint két telek;
- két garázs;
- hat parkolóhely;
- három nem lakóhelyiség, összesen több mint 190 m²-es területtel;
- BMW X3 típusú autó.
A hivatalnok és családja törvényes jövedelmei azonban nem indokolták az ilyen vásárlásokat.

Több mint 56 millió hrivnya értékű törvénytelen vagyonosodással gyanúsítják Pavlo Kirilenkót, a Monopóliumellenes Bizottság vezetőjét, akinek egyebek mellett hét lakása van Kijevben és Ungváron – számolt be szerdán az rbc.ua hírportál az Ukrán Nemzeti Korrupcióellenes Iroda (NABU) sajtószolgálatára hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint a bűnüldöző szervek nem hozták nyilvánosságra a gyanúsított nevét. A hírportál forrása szerint ugyanakkor a gyanúsított Pavlo Kirilenko, a Monopóliumellenes Bizottság jelenlegi vezetője és a Donyeck Megyei Katonai Adminisztráció korábbi vezetője.
A nyomozás szerint 2020–2023-ban a Donyeck Megyei Katonai Adminisztráció vezetői posztjának betöltése során Kirilenko 21 ingatlant és egy luxusautót szerzett, és az ingatlant felesége rokonainak a nevére jegyeztette be.
A NABU közlése szerint hét lakásról van szó Kijevben és Ungváron 688,5 négyzetméter összterülettel, és van egy ház Kijev közelében, amelynek területe több mint 220 négyzetméter, két garázsbox, hat parkolóhely, három nem lakáscélú helyiség, amelyek összterülete meghaladja a 190 négyzetmétert és egy BMW X3 autó. Ugyanakkor az ingatlanok értéke és a tisztviselő és felesége rendelkezésre álló pénzeszközök között 56,2 millió hrivnya a különbség. Ezenkívül Kirilenko nem tüntette fel az ingatlant a 2020., 2021., 2022. és 2023. évi vagyonnyilatkozatában.
Pavlo Kirilenko a Donyeck megyei Makijivkából származik. A Bölcs Jaroszlav Ukrán Nemzeti Jogi Akadémián szerzett jogász diplomát. 2008 után az ügyészségen dolgozott, különböző tisztségeket töltött be. 2017-ben a nyugat-ukrajnai régió ungvári helyőrségének katonai ügyészévé nevezték ki. 2019 júliusában Ukrajna elnöke Kirilenkót a Donyeck Megyei Állami Adminisztráció vezetői posztjára nevezte ki. Ezt a tisztséget 2023 szeptemberéig töltötte be. Ugyanekkor a Monopóliumellenes Bizottság élére nevezték ki.

Pavlo Kirilenko, a Doneycki Megyei Katonai Közigazgatás vezetője elmondta, hogy az áldozatok száma 50-re nőtt. Hozzátette, hogy az elhunytak közül öt gyerek.
„50 halott, közülük 5 gyerek. A jelenlegi adatok szerint ennyi áldozata van az oroszok Tocska–U típusú rakétával végzett támadásának. A kórházakba 98 embert szállítottunk. Az elkövetkezendő egy–két napban valószínűleg többen is fordulnak majd segítségért, ezért az áldozatok száma folyamatosan módosul” – mondta el.
A 98 sérült közül 16 kiskorú.

Elmondása szerint a megye déli és központi részében jelentősek a támadások. A reggeli órákban Vuhledart érte támadás, ahol négyen meghaltak és négyen megsérültek ezt követően pedig az Ocseretinszka kistérségre lőttek, ahol egy személy vesztette életét, s legalább hat lakóház sérült.
