 A színészt Judy Huth vádolta meg azzal, hogy szexuális cselekményekre kényszerítette, amikor 16 éves volt. Mindez a Playboy-villában történt, ahová Cosby a szintén fiatalkorú barátnőjével együtt vitte a lányt. Az eset 1970-ben történt, Huth most 64 éves. A nő sírva tett vallomást a bíróságon, ahol Cosby személyesen nem jelent meg.
 Bill Cosbyt több mint ötven nő vádolta meg szexuális zaklatással és nemi erőszakkal, a színész tagadja a vádakat. 2018-ban elítélték az Andrea Costand elleni perben, de három évvel később szabadon engedték.
