A rendőrség az X-en azt írta, hogy a jármű „emberek egy csoportjába” hajtott Olgaeck negyedben, egy villamosmegállónál, a tűzoltók pedig azt közölték, hogy „többen megsérültek, egyesek súlyosan”.
A helyszínt, ahol tűzoltók, mentők és rendőrök dolgoznak, lezárták. Egy rendőrségi szóvivő szerint a villamosmegállóban leállították a forgalmat. A gépkocsi vezetőjét őrizetbe vették – közölte a rendőrség.
Később a rendőrség is megerősítette, hogy „tragikus közlekedési baleset” történt. Hozzátették: jelenleg nincs arra utaló jel, hogy támadás történt volna, vagy a vezető szándékosan hajtott volna a tömegbe.
A tűzoltóság szerint a három súlyos sérültet kórházba szállították, a többieket a helyszínen látták el.

Szombaton nyolc, vasárnap tíz embert kellett rosszullét miatt a helyszínen kezelni, három esetben orvosi beavatkozásra is szükség volt.
A „Sancta” egy fiatal apáca történetét dolgozza fel, aki többek között meztelenül jelenik meg az oltár előtt, valamint letépi egy Krisztus-szobor ágyékkötőjét.
A blaszfém jelenetek mellett a „mű” a homoszexualitás reprezentálásában is bővelkedik. Az előadás tartalma már a premier előtt is vitát kavart, emiatt a bemutatót jó ideig késleltették. A beszámolók szerint a darab többek között görkorcsolyázó apácákat, egy leszbikus papnőt és több meztelen, keresztre feszített testet is bemutat.
Holzinger azonban visszautasítja azon vádakat, miszerint művével vallást gyalázna. Szerinte a célja az volt, hogy rámutasson a konzervatív intézmények és a szado-mazo kultúra közötti párhuzamokra. A „Sancta” előadása nem meglepő módon hatalmas sikerrel fut Németországban. Nemcsak Stuttgartban, de hamarosan Berlinben is telt házas bemutatókat tartanak majd.

Egy kezelési hiba folytán ugyanis a nagykivetítőn véletlenül olyan szöveg jelent meg, amelyben a látogatókat felszólították a koncertterület vészkijáratokon keresztüli elhagyására. Amikor azonban a tömeg oda ért, zárva találta a vészkijáratokat és tülekedés alakult ki.
Egyesek a kerítésen keresztül próbálták elhagyni a területet, s így sérültek meg. A látogatókat végül a rendes kijárathoz tudták terelni. A rockbanda koncertjére mintegy 90 ezer rajongó érkezett.

A Baden-Württemberg tartományi fővárosban több száz, magát ellenzékinek valló eritreai állampolgár gyűlt össze szombat délután, hogy megzavarják egy egyesület rendezvényét, amelyet a diktatórikus vezetésű kelet-afrikai ország kormányához közel állónak tartanak.
A rendőrség nagy erőkkel, a többi között egy lovas egységgel igyekezett távol tartani a tüntetőket a rendezvény helyszínétől – amely korábban a térségben állomásozó amerikai erők laktanyája volt –, és helikopterrel, valamint egy drónirányító egység közreműködésével próbálta szemmel tartani mozgásukat. A terület számos pontján történtek összecsapások, a rendőröknek csak több óra alatt sikerült feloszlatniuk a demonstrálók kisebb csoportjait, és bekeríteni a legnagyobb, nagyjából kétszáz fiatal férfiból álló csoportot. A rend az után állt helyre, hogy a rendezvény véget ért, és a rendőrök kikísérték a résztvevőket a csarnokból.
Az összecsapásokban 32-en sebesültek meg, köztük 26 rendőr, többen súlyosan. Hat rendőrt kórházba kellett szállítani. A rendőrök az „ütköző” szerepét töltötték be egy eritreai belső konfliktusban, amely „súlyosan erőszakos formában mutatkozott meg a stuttgarti utcákon” – idézték hírportálok Carsten Höfler rendőrfőkapitány-helyettes közleményét, amely szerint 228 tüntetőt őrizetbe vettek.
Hasonló eset júliusban is történt a Hessen tartományi Giessenben, ahol ugyancsak 26 rendőr sérült meg egy kormányközelinek tartott eritreai egyesület rendezvénye ellen szervezett tüntetésen.
Nancy Faeser szövetségi belügyminiszter elítélte a történteket, vasárnapi közleményében hangsúlyozta: nem szabad megengedni, hogy Németország külföldi konfliktusok terepévé váljon.

Az aspergi rendőrség szóvivője a folyamatban lévő nyomozásra hivatkozva nem kívánt nyilatkozni a lakásában letartóztatott személyről. Annyit mondott csupán, hogy szombat hajnalban, nem sokkal hajnali egy óra előtt dördültek el a lövések egy parkolóban, ennek során egy 18 éves fiatal meghalt, egy vele egyidős személyt pedig súlyos sebesüléseket szenvedett. A szóvivő szerint a környéken élők értesítették a rendőrséget.
Asperg körülbelül 20 kilométerre van Stuttgarttól. Az elmúlt hetekben Baden-Württemberg állam fővárosának környékén többször előfordult, hogy emberekre lőttek. A rendőrség egyebek között azt vizsgálja, hogy van-e összefüggés az aspergi bűncselekmény és a régióban lezajlott más lövöldözések között.

Több mint tízezren tiltakoztak a délnyugat-németországi Stuttgart városában a járványkorlátozások ellen szombaton – közölte a rendőrség.
A stuttgarti hatóságok előzetesen arra figyelmeztettek, hogy feloszlatják a demonstrációt, amennyiben résztvevői nem tartják be a koronavírus-járvány idején kötelező előírásokat, de a tiltakozás helyszínére vezényelt több száz rendőr nem avatkozott be. A tüntetés jórészt békésen zajlott, bár a Bildt című nap arról számolt be, hogy a felvonulók többször kövekkel dobálták meg a rendőröket.
Sven Metis, a stuttgarti rendőrség szóvivője rámutatott arra, hogy a baden-württembergi járványügyi előírások nem korlátozzák a gyülekezés szabadságát. Clemens Maiert polgármester pedig arra hívta fel a figyelmet, hogy több ezer szabálysértés történt a tüntetés idején, és mindenki pénzbüntetésre számíthat, aki nem viselt maszkot, vagy nem tartotta be az előírt távolságot.
A tiltakozók a Querdenken mozgalom felhívására vonultak ki a stuttgarti utcákra. A Querdenken egy lazán szerveződő mozgalom Németországban, amelynek tagjai tagadják a koronavírus létét vagy a járvány súlyosságát, azzal kapcsolatos összeesküvés-elméleteket terjesztenek, oltásellenesek, és az elmúlt időszakban többször tüntettek a járványügyi korlátozások ellen.
