A korrupcióellenes hatóságok őrizetbe vették Olekszandr Liszenkót, Szumi polgármesterét, amikor kenőpénzt vett át – közölte az rbc.ua hírportál a Nemzeti Korrupcióellenes Hivatal (NABU) Telegram-csatornájára hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint Szumi polgármesterén kívül őrizetbe vették a Szumi Városi Tanács lakásügyi és kommunális szolgáltatások osztályának vezetőjét is. „Szumi polgármesterére és a városi tanács lakásügyi és kommunális szolgáltatások osztályának a vezetőjére akkor csaptak le, amikor a vesztegetési pénz utolsó részletét, 1,4 millió hrivnyát vették át” – áll a közleményben.
A nyomozás megállapította, hogy a vesztegetési pénzt a tisztviselők egy cégtől követelték a tarifa megállapításáról szóló határozat meghozataláért és azért, hogy ne akadályozzák mesterségesen a vállalat tevékenységét. Az Ukrán Biztonsági Szolgálat (SZBU) közölte, hogy a polgármester és a lakásügyi és kommunális szolgáltatások osztályának vezetője a szemétszállítással foglalkozó helyi céget „fejték”. A kenőpénz megtagadásának esetére a céget az üzletmenet akadályozásával fenyegette a két tisztségviselő. A kenőpénz teljes összege 2 millió 130 ezer hrivnya volt.
Olekszandr Liszenko 9 éve Szumi polgármestere. Először 2014-ben választották meg a tisztségbe. A Batkivscsina párt soraiból lett polgármester. 2020-ban újraválasztották. 2022-ben megkapta A bátorságért érdemrendet a III. fokozatát Ukrajna állami szuverenitásának és területi integritásának védelméhez való jelentős személyes hozzájárulásért, a települések orosz megszállóktól való védelmének megszervezése során tanúsított bátorságért és önzetlen cselekedetéért.
