Szemtanúk szerint a tálib fegyveresek házak ellenőrzése közben azonosították a szépségszalonokat, majd megsemmisítették vagy elkobozták a felszereléseiket.
„Ezek a lépések súlyos csapást mértek az ágazatban dolgozó nők gazdasági életére” – áll a jelentésben.
Becslések szerint a döntés előtt körülbelül 60 000 nő dolgozott fodrászszalonokban, akik közül sokan családjuk fő kenyérkeresői voltak.
A kritikusok ezt a lépést a tálibok azon politikájának részeként látják, amely fokozatosan kizárja a nőket a társadalmi és gazdasági élet minden területéről.
„A tálibok által megvalósítani kívánt politika nem hagy teret a nők jelenlétének és tevékenységének”, összegezte a kiadvány.

Több mint 200 korábbi katonát, rendőrt és kormánytisztviselőt öltek meg Afganisztánban a szélsőséges tálibok hatalomátvétele óta, a hivatalosan meghirdetett általános amnesztia ellenére – jelentette be az ENSZ afganisztáni missziója (UNAMA) kedden.
A jelentés szerint legalább 218, a tálib vezetéshez köthető önkényes, bírósági ítélet nélküli kivégzést regisztráltak a 2021 augusztusi tálib hatalomátvétel és 2023 júniusa között. „A legtöbb esetben a tényleges biztonsági erők által őrizetbe vetteket gyakran csak rövid ideig tartották fogva kivégzésük előtt” – fogalmazott az ENSZ-jelentés.
A legfőbb tálib vallási vezető rendelkezése alapján általános amnesztia vonatkozott a korábbi kormánytisztviselőkre és a fegyveres erők korábbi tagjaira.
A tálibok által vezetett afgán külügyminisztérium a jelentésre reagálva leszögezte, hogy a tárca nem kapott értesítést a rendelkezés megszegéséről, de ha történt is ilyen, azt kivizsgálják.
Az UNAMA által feljegyzett gyilkosságok mintegy felét a tálib hatalomátvételt követő négy hónapban, 2021 augusztusa után követték el, miután az amerikai hadsereg által vezetett külföldi erők kivonultak a közép-ázsiai országból. Tavaly 70 ilyen esetet jegyeztek fel.
„A jelentésben szereplő erőszakos bűncselekmények többségével kapcsolatban csak korlátozott információ áll rendelkezésünkre az afgán hatóságok által tett nyomozati intézkedésekről és az elkövetők felelősségre vonásáról” – áll az ENSZ-dokumentumban, amely a tálib kormányzatra utalt.

Hangszereket égettek a tálibok Afganisztánban arra hivatkozva, hogy a zene az „erkölcsi romlás okozója” – írta hétfőn internetes hírportálján a BBC brit műsorszolgáltató.
Több ezer dollár értékű hangszer vált füstté egy máglyán szombaton a nyugat-afganisztáni Herát tartományban. A tálibok 2021. évi hatalomátvételük óta számos korlátozást vezettek be, betiltották a nyilvánosság előtti zenélést is.
Ahmad Szarmaszt, az afganisztáni Nemzeti Zene Intézet alapítója „kulturális népirtásnak és a zenei vandalizmusnak” nevezte a hangszerégetést.
„Afganisztán népét megfosztották a művészi szabadságtól. A heráti hangszerégetés csak egy kis példa a tálib uralom alatt Afganisztánban folyó kulturális népirtásra” – mondta Ahmad Szarmaszt a BBC-nek.
A tálib uralom alatt elhallgattak a zeneiskolák is.
Az interneten közzétett felvételek szerint a Herátban elégetett hangszerek között volt egy gitár, egy harmónium, valamint egy tabla nevű dob, továbbá erősítők és hangszórók. Az eszközök nagy részét lakodalmak helyszínéről kobozták el.
A zene minden formája tilos volt a társasági összejöveteleken, a televízióban és a rádióban a tálibok első uralma alatt, a 1996 és 2001 között.
A tálibok bukását követő két évtizedben felvirágzott a zenei élet, de az iszlamisták 2021. augusztusi visszatérése után sok zenész elmenekült az országból. Az országban maradt zenészek és énekesek bántalmazásról és hátrányos megkülönböztetésről számolnak be.
Az elmúlt két évben a tálibok az iszlám jog szigorú értelmezése szerint számos súlyos korlátozást vezettek be, melyek elsősorban a nőket sújtják, nem járathatnak középiskolába és egyetemre, és nem dolgozhatnak humanitárius szervezeteknél sem.
Július elején a tálibok elrendelték a fodrászatok és a szépségszalonok bezárását országszerte.

Az afganisztáni tálibok azt állítják, hogy megölték az északi Parván tartományban az ellenállás egyik vezéralakját.
A tálibok „védelmi minisztériuma” kedden közölte, hogy Akmal Amiri annak a nyolc „lázadónak” az egyike volt, akikkel végeztek egy akció során a rejtekhelyükön.
Amiri volt az Afganisztáni Szabadság Front tálibellenes fegyveres ellenzéki csoport katonai vezetője.
A radikális iszlamisták 2021 augusztusában vették át ismét a hatalmat a dél-ázsiai országban. Amiri, aki korábban a nemzetközileg elismert afgán kormány különleges erőinek egyik parancsnoka volt, a hatalomátvételt követően a Kabultól 80 kilométerre északra fekvő Pandzsír-völgyben csatlakozott az ellenálláshoz.
A jó helyi összeköttetésekkel rendelkező Bilal Szarvari újságíró a Twitteren úgy fogalmazott, hogy a művelet komoly csapást mért a tálibellenes csoportra, amely azonban eddig hivatalosan nem erősítette meg az állításokat.
Amióta a tálibok ismét magukhoz ragadták a hatalmat, számos fegyveres ellenállási mozgalom bontakozott ki, jelentősebb sikereket azonban nem tudtak elérni. Az Afganisztáni Szabadság Front például a Nemzeti Ellenállási Fronthoz (FNR) képest a kisebb lázadószervezetkhez tartozik. Ezek a csoportok tagjaikat rendszerint az afgán hadsereg és a különleges erők egykori tagjaiból toborozzák. Erősen korlátozottan tudnak csak támogatáshoz jutni külföldről, ami a fegyvereket és a logisztikát illeti.

Murszal Nabizadát, aki még a tálibok hatalomátvétele előtt a kabuli parlament törvényhozója volt, ismeretlenek lelőtték a lakásában – közölte a rendőrség vasárnap.
Az éjjel történt támadásban meghalt a volt politikusnő egyik testőre is. Egy másik biztonsági őr és a testvére megsebesült. A rendőrség nem közölt részleteket a támadókról. A helyi rendőrfőnök annyit mondott még, hogy egy biztonsági őr ékszerekkel és pénzzel elmenekült.
Nabizada egyike azon kevés volt törvényhozóknak, akik Afganisztánban maradtak, miután Amerika és szövetségesei távozását követően a keményvonalas tálib fegyveresek teljesen átvették az ország irányítását. Ez volt az első alkalom, hogy a korábbi politikai rendszerben aktív politikust a tálibok ellenőrzése idején öltek meg.
A 29 éves nőt 2019-ben választották meg Kabul városának képviseletére. Korábban a parlamenti védelmi bizottság tagjaként, valamint egy humán erőforrásokkal és fejlesztéssel foglalkozó civil szervezetnél dolgozott. Két évre rá, a tálibok visszatérése után folytatta munkáját az NGO-jánál, amelyről mintegy négy hónappal ezelőtt a helyi televízióban is beszélt.
Nabizada elítélte, hogy a tálibok egyre jobban korlátozzák az afgán nők szabadságjogait.
Néhány napja derült ki, hogy már 150 segélyszervezet és civil szervezet függesztette fel munkáját Afganisztánban egészen vagy részben, amiért a tálibok decembertől megtiltották számukra, hogy afgán nőket foglalkoztassanak.
Szintén decemberben a kabuli iszlamista vezetés megtiltotta, hogy az afgán nők egyetemre járjanak. A lépést világszerte elítélték, Afganisztán több városában tüntetések robbantak ki.

A kivégzést a nyugati Faráh tartományban hajtották végre több száz ember, köztük számos magas rangú tálib tisztségviselő előtt − tette hozzá Zabihulláh Mudzsáhid.
Az ítéletet az ország három legmagasabb szintű bírósága és Hibatullah Ahundzada, a tálibok legfelsőbb vezetője is jóváhagyta. A kivégzett férfi Herát tartományban élt. Azért ítélték el, mert öt évvel korábban meggyilkolt egy másik férfit, valamint ellopta a motorkerékpárját és a mobiltelefonját.

Tizenkilenc embert korbácsoltak meg a tálib hatóságok Afganisztán északkeleti részén az ország legfelsőbb bíróságának vasárnapi közleménye szerint. Afganisztánban most először került sor nyilvános korbácsolásra azóta, hogy a tálibok bejelentették, ismét alkalmazni fogják a büntetést.
Abdul Rahím Rasid, a testület egyik tisztségviselője azt mondta, 10 férfit és kilenc nőt korbácsoltak meg Tahar tartományban múlt hét pénteken. A büntetéseket lopás és szökés miatt szabták ki, a végrehajtáson a város több tekintélyes figurája, köztük hitszónokok is részt vettek.
A tavaly augusztusban ismét hatalomra kerülő tálibok a múlt héten jelentették be, hogy újra bevezetnek több, az iszlám törvénykezés (saría) által megengedett büntetést bizonyos vétségek esetén. E büntetések között szerepel a végtagcsonkítás és a megkövezés is.
Első, 1996-tól 2001-ig tartó kormányzásuk idején a tálibok többször rendeztek nyilvános kivégzéseket, sok embert megkorbácsoltak vagy megköveztek. Jóllehet ismételt hatalomra kerülésük után megígérték, hogy nem térnek vissza régi kormányzási módszereikhez, egyre több szigorítást rendelnek el országszerte. A rendelkezések zöme a nőket sújtja, akiket egy múlt héten kiadott rendeletben kitiltottak az edzőtermekből és a parkokból is.

A tüntetők „kenyeret, munkát és szabadságot” követeltek, és egy „augusztus 15-e, a fekete nap” feliratú transzparenst vittek, utalva arra a napra, amikor a tálibok 2021-ben elfoglalták Kabult. A tálib hatalomátvétel óta a nők jogait súlyosan korlátozzák.
„Másképp viselkedtek, mint a korábbi tüntetéseken, amikor megvertek minket. Lövéseket adtak le a levegőbe. Bár félünk, azért jöttünk ki, hogy a lányok jogaiért kiálljunk, hogy legalább iskolákat nyissanak számukra” – mondta el az egyik tüntető.
A tálibok a hatalomba való visszatérésük óta eltelt egy évben különböző rendeleteket adtak ki, amelyek korlátozzák a nők szabadságát, eltiltották őket a legtöbb kormányzati állásból, a középfokú oktatásból és attól, hogy férfi gyám nélkül 70 kilométernél messzebbre utazzanak. Májusban a harcosok elrendelték, hogy az afgán nőknek évtizedek óta először viselniük kell a burkát. Ha egy nő nem hajlandó ennek eleget tenni, a férfi gyámja három napra börtönbe kerülhet, bár ezt nem mindig hajtják végre.

Az afganisztáni tálibok elengedtek négy, eltűntnek hitt nőjogi aktivistát és családtagjaikat, akik sorsáról sokáig nem lehetett tudni – közölte vasárnap az ENSZ afganisztáni missziója (UNAMA).
Csaknem egy hónapja Parvana Ibrahimhel és Tamana Parjáni nőjogi aktivistát őrizetbe vették, és elhurcolták kabuli otthonukból. Parjáni még közzé tudott tenni egy segítségkérő videóüzenetet, mielőtt őt és nővéreit elfogták.
Murszal Ajar és Zahra Mohammadi aktivistát pedig február elején vették őrizetbe.
A tavaly augusztusban hatalomra került radikális iszlamista tálibok elleni békés tüntetéseket szervező aktivisták önkényes őrizetbe vétele nagyszabású nemzetközi felháborodást váltott ki.
A tálibok a történtek idején nem erősítették meg az őrizetbe vételeket, és azzal vádolták az aktivistákat, hogy hamis videókat készítenek, amelyekre hivatkozva nyugati országokban folyamodhatnak menedékért.
Rina Amiri, az Egyesült Államok afgán nők, lányok és az emberi jogok ügyében illetékes különmegbízottja Twitter-oldalán arról írt, hogy a tálibok negyven embert, köztük 29 nőt vettek őrizetbe pénteken.
„Véget kell vetni ezeknek az igazságtalan őrizetbe vételeknek” – hangsúlyozta Amiri üzenetében, amelyet azonban nem sokkal később minden indoklás nélkül törölt oldaláról.
Ugyanakkor továbbra sincs hír Alia Azizi afgán rendőrnőről, akinek több hónapja veszett nyoma Afganisztán nyugati részén.
A dpa hírügynökség megjegyezte, hogy a tálibok hatalomra kerülésük óta számos olyan intézkedést vezettek be, amelyek korlátozzák a nők és a lányok jogait, sőt ha tüntettek ezek ellen, akkor a demonstrálókat őrizetbe vették, megverték, megfenyegették. Arról is keringenek információk, hogy egyes nők végleg eltűnnek, meggyilkolják őket, és ezért senkit nem vonnak felelősségre.
