A rendőrségi jelentés szerint a közösségi oldalakon videófelvételeket terjesztenek, amelyeken az látható, ahogy a TCK alkalmazottai civileket vernek, anélkül, hogy megjelölnék a konfliktus hátterét. A rendőrök hangsúlyozták, hogy jelenleg vizsgálják az eset összes körülményét. „Az előzetes információk szerint a lakosság mozgósítása során két civil agressziót tanúsított, és fizikailag ellenállt a katonák akciójának. Az egyik férfi réz bokszerrel arcon ütötte a TCK alkalmazottját, ami verekedéshez vezetett” – áll a rendőrségi közleményben.
A rendőrség szerint az agresszió megállítása és az önvédelem érdekében a TCK egyik alkalmazottja – megfelelő engedéllyel rendelkezve – traumatikus fegyvert használt, több lövést is leadva a földbe, hogy megakadályozza a konfliktus továbbfejlődését. Az ügyben a nyomozati cselekmények jelenleg is folynak az incidens valamennyi résztvevője, tanúk és szemtanúk bevonásával.
Ezzel kapcsolatban a rendőrség felszólította az állampolgárokat a hatályos ukrán jogszabályok normáinak betartására, a kölcsönös tiszteletre, és emlékeztetett arra, hogy minden vitás kérdést kizárólag a törvényes keretek között, erőszak alkalmazása nélkül kell megoldani. „Valamennyi résztvevő cselekményének végső jogi értékelése az előzetes nyomozás befejezése után születik meg” – zárta jelentését a rendőrség.

Az újév előestéjén konfliktus alakult ki két férfi között a szumi városi területi toborzási és szociális támogatási központ (TCK) területén, de az illetők nem az intézmény alkalmazottai, az eset következtében egyikük megsebesítette a másikat – közölte a Szumi megyei TCK, számolt be az rbc.ua hírportál.
A TCK tájékoztatása szerint a sérültet mentőautóval egészségügyi intézménybe szállították, amit az ügyeletes műszak hívott a helyszínre. „A verekedés tényét a Szumi megyei rendőrség rögzítette, amelyről tájékoztató közleményt tettek közzé a Nemzeti Rendőrség megyei főosztályának hivatalos Telegram-csatornáján. A nyomozás folyamatban van” – írta a TCK.
A Szumi megyei TCK munkatársai kijelentették, hogy teljes mértékben támogatják a nyomozást, és segítenek a rendőrségnek, amely az eset összes körülményének feltárásán dolgozik. „A térfigyelő kamerák összes videofelvételét átadták a rendvédelmi szerveknek” – hangsúlyozta a TCK.

Szumiban egy katona halálos sérüléseket okozott egy helyi lakosnak, az elkövetőt már meggyanúsította a rendőrség – számolt be az rbc.ua hírportál a Szumi megyei rendőrségre és a helyi médiára hivatkozva.
A helyi média szerint december 29-én, délután 3 óra körül Jevhen Krivodub szumi lakos ismeretlen számról felhívta az élettársát és közölte vele, hogy bevitték a területi toborzási és szociális támogatási központba (TCK), és már átesett a katonaorvosi vizsgálaton. A férfival nem volt több kapcsolatfelvétel.
Másnap a hozzátartozók felhívták azt a számot, amelyről Krivodub telefonált, de közölték velük, hogy Jevhen megivott fél liter vodkát, rosszul lett, és kórházba szállították. A hozzátartozók a férfit a megyei kórházban találták meg, ahol közölték velük, hogy Jevhent agyi sérüléssel szállították be, és a műtét után kómában van.
A rendőrség közlése szerint „a 40 éves sértett élettársa tett feljelentést a rendőrségen. A közlése szerint a férfit sérülésekkel szállították kórházba. A helyszínen a rendőrség nyomozó- és operatív csoportja dolgozott”.
Később a rendőrség pontosította, hogy az előzetes vizsgálat során megállapították, hogy egy helyi lakos és egy katona között hirtelen konfliktus alakult ki. „A vita hevében a katona nem tartotta vissza a dühét és testi sérüléseket okozott a férfinak. A sértett kórházba került, de a kórházban belehalt a sérüléseibe” – tette hozzá a hatóság.
Időközben a rendőrség meggyanúsította az elkövetőt.

A Dezinformáció Elleni Központ szerint az ellenséges média a péntek este Kijevben kialakult helyzetet „törvénytelenségként” mutatja be, és megpróbálja felnagyítani, nagyobb jelentőséget tulajdonítani ennek az eseménynek, mint amilyen valójában.
A médiában és a közösségi hálózatokon növekszik azoknak a kiadványoknak a száma, amelyek a következő mozgósításellenes narratívákat népszerűsítik: „az ukrajnai mozgósítás társadalmilag igazságtalan”; „az ukrán hatóságok az utolsó ukránig harcolni akarnak”; „Ukrajnának nincs jövője”.
Ugyanakkor az ellenség propagandistái elhallgatják az Oroszországban zajló kemény mozgósítási intézkedéseket. A központ azt is megjegyezte, hogy az általános mozgósítást Ukrajnában a teljes körű orosz invázió kezdete kapcsán hirdették meg, mint kényszerintézkedést, és az egyetlen módja az ország megmentésének a betolakodóktól. „A TCK alkalmazottai a hatáskörükön belül járnak el” – szögezte le a Dezinformáció Elleni Központ.
