Gladkov a következő szöveget tette közzé a Telegramon: „Döntés született a terrorelhárító hadművelet jogi rendszerének törléséről Belgorod megye területén”. Bejegyzéséhez a vonatkozó dokumentumot is csatolta.
Arról viszont nem árult el semmit, hogy a lakók, akik elhagyták otthonaikat, mikor térhetnek vissza, és a térség határ menti településeinek helyzetéről sem nyilatkozott.
