A hivatalos kínai állami média a South China Morning Post friss beszámolója szerint sikeresen tesztelt egy 2 kilogramm tömegű, a hagyományosaktól jelentősen eltérő anyag összetételű robbanószerkezetet a Kínai Állami Hajóépítő Társaság (CSSC) 705-ös számú kutatóintézete, amely alaptevékenysége szerint hivatalosan a víz alatti fegyverrendszerek fejlesztésével foglalkozik.
A hagyományos atombombákkal ellentétben az új robbanó eszköz nem nukleáris anyagot, hanem magnézium-alapú szilárdtest-hidrogén-tárolóanyagot, magnézium-hidridet használ.
Az új robbanószerkezetben az aktiválása után a magnézium-hidrid gyors termikus bomláson megy keresztül, és hidrogéngázt szabadít fel, amely több mint 2 másodpercig 1000 Celsius-fokot meghaladó tűzgolyóvá gyullad fel, ami 15-ször hosszabb ideig tart, mint az egyenértékű TNT robbantásoknál.
Ellenőrzött detonáció mellett a csúcs túlnyomás elérte a 428,43 kilopascalt a bombától két méterre. Ez nagyjából 40%-kal olyan erős volt, mint egy hasonló TNT-robbanás, de a felszabaduló hő messze meghaladta azt, amit a TNT képes elérni.

Az ukrán védelmi erők képviselői is részt vettek a teszteken, és pozitívan értékelték a drón képességeit. A Brave1 klaszter együttműködést tervez a német gyártóval, hogy támogassa az ukrajnai fejlesztéseket.

Törökország sikeresen tesztelte Siper légvédelmi rendszerét – közölte Ismail Demir, Törökország Védelmi Ipari Minisztériumának vezetője a Twitteren.
A Siper rendszer az amerikai Patriot török analógja. 2023-ban ezeknek a rendszereknek a török hadsereg szolgálatába kell állniuk. 2026-ban pedig a Siper légvédelmi rendszernek kell Törökország nemzeti légvédelmének alapjává válnia.
A jelentés szerint a teszt során egy irányított rakétát lőttek ki, amely több mint 100 km-es hatótávolságban érte el a célt. Demir a tesztet a védelmi ipar újévi ajándékának nevezte.

Jól sikerült a Cirkon manőverező robotrepülőgép próbatesztje, amit az orosz fegyveres erők szerdán a Barents-tengeren végeztek el – jelentette Valerij Geraszimov vezérkari főnök Vlagyimir Putyin elnöknek a Rosszija 24 hírtelevízióban bemutatott felvétel szerint.
Geraszimov szerint a Cirkon, amelyet az Admiral Gorskov fregatt fedélzetéről, a Fehér-tengerről indítottak el, sikerrel semmisítette meg 450 kilométerre levő célját a Barents-tengeren.
Átlagsebessége másodpercenként 1,6 kilométer, vagyis óránként 5700 kilométer volt, a csúcssebessége pedig meghaladta az óránkénti 9500 kilométert, vagyis megközelítette a 8 Machot.
A repülés maximális magassága 28 kilométer, időtartama pedig 4,5 perc volt.
Az orosz vezérkari főnök közölte, hogy a hiperszonikus rendszert 2020-ban és 2021-ben állítják hadrendbe a haditengerészet hajóin és tengeralattjáróin.
Putyin korábban említést tett arról, hogy kifejlesztés alatt áll a Cirkon szárazföldi változata.
A RIA Novosztyi szerint a fegyver csúcssebessége kilencszeresen haladhatja majd meg a hangét.
Az indításról az orosz védelmi tárca videofelvételeket tett közzé. Putyin hangsúlyozta, hogy a hiperszonikus fegyver kifejlesztése nemcsak a fegyveres erők, de egész Oroszország számára fontos lépés.
Mint mondta, a hadsereg és a flotta felszerelése a világban példa nélküli fegyverekkel szavatolja az állam védelmi képességeit.
