A huszti katonai toborzóközpontban öngyilkossági kísérletet követett el egy hadköteles korú fiatalember. Az ügyben belső vizsgálat indult.
Az információk szerint a férfit március 13-án állították meg a határőrök. A hatóságok azt állítják, határsértési kísérlet közben. Ezt követően szállították a toborzóközpontban, ahol a fiatalember öngyilkossági kísérletet hajtott végre, fel akarta vágni az ereit.
A helyszínre kiérkezett a mentőszolgálat és a rendőrség, a fiatal az intenzív osztályon tartózkodik.
Mindeközben a hadköteles férfi barátnője a közösségi oldalakon számos felvételt osztott meg párjáról, amelyen látható, hogy a fiút bántalmazták. A lány elmondása szerint a barátját bántalmazták a toborzóközpontban, többen is megverték, kitépték a haját – ezért kezelik az intenzív osztályon. A lány ügyvédet fogadott és több feljelentést is tett az ügyben.

A Ternopil megyei területi toborzási és szociális támogatási központ vizsgálatot indít, miután a munkatársai brutálisan megvertek Ternopilban egy hadkötelest az utcán – számolt be vasárnap az rbc.ua hírportál a Ternopil megyei területi toborzási és szociális támogatási központ Facebook-közlésére hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint Ternopilban a közösségi oldalakon terjesztett videóban látható eseményekhez vezető összes körülmény kiderítése érdekében hatósági vizsgálatot rendeltek el. A hadkiegészítő parancsnokság munkatársainak intézkedését értékelő szakértői véleményt átadják a rendvédelmi szerveknek.
Vasárnap egy videófelvétel jelent meg az interneten, amelyen a Ternopil megyei területi toborzási és szociális támogatási központ alkalmazottai megvernek egy hadköteles férfit. Az Állami Nyomozó Iroda (DBR) a tény alapján büntetőeljárást indított.
Szerhij Nadal, Ternopil polgármestere és Dmitro Lubinec, a Legfelső Tanács emberi jogi biztosa is reagált az esetre. Mindketten részletes vizsgálatot sürgettek.
Mint hírportálunk pénteken beszámolt róla, Roman Isztomin őrnagy, a Poltava megyei területi toborzási és szociális támogatási központ sajtószóvivője a Telegraf című kiadványnak nyilatkozva hangsúlyozta, hogy a területi toborzási és szociális támogatási központok alkalmazottainak a behívók kézbesítésekor be kell tartaniuk a törvényi normákat, és nem alkalmazhatnak fizikai befolyásolási módszereket a hadkötelesekkel szemben.
Isztomin számos tabut említett, amelyek a hadkiegészítő parancsnokságok alkalmazottaira vonatkoznak, akik azt a feladatot látják el, hogy értesítik az állampolgárokat arról, hogy fel kell keresniük a területi toborzási és szociális támogatási központot. Mint hangsúlyozta, tilos erőszakot alkalmazni azzal szemben, aki nem hajlandó aláírni a behívó átvételét, tilos őrizetbe venni és megverni az ilyen állampolgárt.

Az Irkutszki régióban található Uszt-Ilimszk városában egy férfi tüzet nyitott az egyik helyi sorozási irodában – értesült a Tajgainfo a lövöldözésről.
Az első híradások alapján a sorozóbizottság vezetője belehalt a lövöldözésbe, ám azóta a Tajgainfo úgy tudja, hogy a férfi mégis túlélte. Egy másik tiszt szintén megsebesült.
Az irkutszki rendőrség sajtóosztálya egyelőre csak annyival kommentálta az esetet, hogy információt gyűjtenek.
Az orosz sajtó arról is ír, hogy az elkövetőt, egy Ruslan Zinin nevű, 1997-ben született munkanélküli férfit, azóta elfogták. A szemtanúk állítása szerint a lövések leadása előtt azt mondja: „Senki sem fog harcolni, mindannyian most menjünk haza!”
