У понеділок на світанку в центрі Кракова підпалив себе 47-річний чоловік, його доставили в лікарню з серйозними опіками, мотив такого вчинку поки що невідомий, повідомляє MTI з посиланням на польське комерційне радіо RMF FM.
Одяг чоловіка, охоплений вогнем, загасили перехожі, які опинилися неподалік. Згодом пожежники, що прибули на виклик, надали потерпілому першу медичну допомогу, повідомила Катаржина Цисло, речниця поліції Малопольського воєводства.
Наразі чоловік перебуває на лікуванні з важкими опіками четвертого ступеня.
Як повідомляє RMF FM, родом він із населеного пункту поблизу Кракова.
Інцидент стався в День незалежності Польщі під архієпископським палацом. З його вікна під час своїх візитів вітав вірян поляк Іоан Павло ІІ. У 2016 році Папа Франциск також виголосив там промову, коли прибув на Всесвітню зустріч молоді в Кракові.

Пропалестинський фотокореспондент Семюель Мена підпалив собі ліву руку посеред вулиці перед Білим домом під час антиізраїльської демонстрації, повідомляє New York Post. На відео з місця події видно, що після того, як чоловік почав кричати від болю, йому на допомогу кинулися поліцейські та перехожі, яких він почав критикувати.
Мена демонстративно підняв свою палаючу ліву руку, щоб усі присутні побачили, що він зробив. Кілька людей кинулися на допомогу, почали бризкати водою та намагатися загасити вогонь.
При цьому чоловік кричав, що він журналіст і що його затримує поліція.
Фотокореспондент отримав опіки та був доставлений у лікарню.
Того дня Мена також описав свої думки в блозі, де він поставив під сумнів об’єктивність ЗМІ у звітах про війну в Газі.
Поліція Вашингтона, коментуючи інцидент, повідомила, що і надалі підтримуватиме тих, хто висловлює позицію мирно та безпечно. «Ми й надалі будемо притягувати до відповідальності тих, хто скоює злочини в нашому місті», – наголосили у відомстві.

34-річний іноземець намагався підпалити себе біля входу в посольство Ізраїлю в Бухаресті, але співробітники антитерористичної служби, які охороняли будівлю, втрутилися затримали його та передали районній поліції, повідомила в понеділок румунська поліція.
Як повідомляє агентство Agerpres з посиланням на заяву поліції, сирійський чоловік прийшов до будівлі посольства з петардою і погрожував підпалити себе через те, що посольство відмовило йому у розгляді його справи.
Посольство розташоване в центрі Бухареста на першому поверсі висотної будівлі. Інцидент стався на вулиці, біля входу в держустанову.
Будівлю охороняють контртерористичні підрозділи Румунської розвідувальної служби (СРР), які не дали чоловікові заподіяти собі шкоди і загасили пожежу, яку він спричинив і яка пошкодила лише табличку на дверях, йдеться в заяві поліції.
У розмові з телеканалом новин Digi 24 речник румунської поліції Георгіан Драган заявив: поліція отримала повідомлення від Служби розвідки про те, що чоловік намагався підпалити себе біля посольства Ізраїлю. Поліцейські, які прибули на місце події, доставили чоловіка в 14-й поліцейський відділок столиці для допиту.
«За попередньою інформацією, його вчинок не пов’язаний з міжнародною ситуацією, а з особистим невдоволенням після того, як йому відмовили у видачі посвідки на проживання», – підкреслила прессекретар румунської поліції. Однак вона відмовилася коментувати інформацію про національність порушника, пославшись на те, що слідство ще триває.

Інцидент стався вчора після полудня. Офіцери Секретної служби загасили полум’я. Чоловіка госпіталізували з важкими травмами, несумісними зі життям.
Пізніше у Повітряних силах США повідомили, що чоловік був льотчиком.
На місце події правоохоронці відправили групу вибухотехніків через побоювання з приводу підозрілого автомобіля, який міг бути пов’язаний з чоловіком. Однак жодних небезпечних матеріалів вони не виявили. Внаслідок інциденту ніхто не постраждав.
Поліцейське управління Вашингтона зараз проводить розслідування разом з відповідними органами.
У соціальних мережах після інциденту розповсюдили відео, на якому чути, що чоловік кричить під час горіння кричить “Вільна Палестина”.

18-річного хлопця, який вчинив самопідпал, госпіталізували, загрози для його життя від отриманих опіків немає.
У п’ятницю, 21 квітня, 18-річний данець підпалив себе перед посольством США в столиці Данії Копенгагені.
Про це повідомила поліція Копенгагена у Twitter.
„Пожежу ліквідовано, чоловік притомний”, – йдеться у дописі.
Юнака, який вчинив самопідпал, доправили до лікарні для надання медичної допомоги. Згодом у поліції запевнили, що загрози його життю немає.
Як повідомляє данський телеканал TV2, про інцидент поінформували поліцію з американського посольство, зателефонувавши о 10:38.
На опублікованих з місця події кадрах видно поліцію і пожежників.
Невдовзі поліція повідомила, що 18-річному громадянину Данії не висунули звинувачень у жодному злочині. Мотиви його вчинку не коментують.

62-річний українець, який минулого тижня підпалив себе біля консульства України в польському Кракові, помер від отриманих опіків.
Про це, як пише „Європейська правда” з посиланням на RMF FM, повідомила прессекретарка спеціалізованої лікарні імені Людвіка Ридигера в Кракові Едіта Пшибильська.
„Незважаючи на зусилля фахівців Малопольського опікового та пластичного центру, сьогодні вдень помер пацієнт, який 13 квітня був доставлений до лікарні Людвіка Ридигера у важкому стані внаслідок травм, отриманих після підпалу перед українським консульством”, – заявила вона.
Стан чоловіка був критичним від самого початку.
Як повідомлялось, 62-річний чоловік (1960-го р.н.) здійснив самопідпал у черзі до генерального консульства України у Кракові вранці 13 квітня. Очевидці розповіли, що він вигукував українською мовою заклики повертатися на батьківщину і захищати країну від росіян.
У зв’язку з інцидентом Краківська районна прокуратура відкрила провадження. Слідчі з’ясовуватимуть, чи існував ризик для життя або здоров’я кількох людей, які стояли в черзі на вхід до будівлі.

Медики борються за життя чоловіка, який у середу ввечері облив себе якоюсь рідиною, а потім підпалив у центрі Праги, повідомляє novinky.cz. Стан чоловіка тяжкий. За інформацією видання, йдеться про іноземця, більше подробиць справи поліція не повідомила.
«Ми доставили до лікарні чоловіка, який отримав серйозні опіки. Його стан критичний, але ми робимо все, щоб його врятувати», – повідомив виданню прессекретар університетської лікарні Královské Vinohrady, де пацієнт знаходиться в спеціальному опіковому центрі.
Подробиці інциденту поліція не повідомила. Речника Ян Рибанський поінформував лише, що це іноземець, водночас не назвав його національність.
Ознак злочину наразі не встановили. Мотиви інциденту також невідомі, поліція чекає на можливість допитати чоловіка. У поліції також не уточнюють, чим облив себе чоловік і чи були на місці ще якісь інциденти у зв’язку зі справою.
За словами свідків, чоловік облив себе невідомою легкозаймистою рідиною перед рестораном на вулиці Гаштальській, потім щось вигукнув і підпалив. Що він кричав, також незрозуміло. Присутні очевидці загасили полум’я, чоловіка забрала швидка допомога. Обгоріло 50 відсотків його тіла.

Священик однієї з церков УПЦ МП Запоріжжя Володимир Гуменюк повідомив журналістам, що жінка, яка підпалила себе біля римо-католицького храму, свого часу ходила в недільну школу при храмі УПЦ МП, але сповідувала власну філософію, пов’язану з вогнем, повідомляє в четвер, 6 серпня Укрінформ.
„Настя (загибла дівчина – ред.), будучи дитиною, ходила в недільну школу при тоді ще Свято-Покровському храмі, що на Малому ринку – зараз це храм святих Петра і Февронії. Вона була адекватна, нормальна, весела”, – розповів отець Володимир.
За його припущенням, дівчина відвідувала недільну школу просто тому, що цього хотіли її батьки. Батько Насті служив паламарем у храмі при п’ятій міській лікарні.
„Тиснути на дітей не потрібно… У неї була своя філософія, пов’язана з вогнем. Філософія це не православна, не католицька. Я читав її пости в соціальних мережах, було багато фотографій з вогнем, було багато протестів усередині. Цілком можу повірити в те, що вона наклала на себе руки”, – сказав священнослужитель.
Напередодні трагедії в соцмережах дівчина залишила пост, в якому скаржилася на життя, вважаючи себе недооціненою.
Раніше католицьке видання CREDO повідомило подробиці трагедії. Зазначалося, що сторож, який тієї ночі чергував при римо-католицькому храмі, біля якого жінка вчинила самоспалення, був свідком смерті. Побачивши вогонь, він вибіг за ворота, однак не встиг надати допомогу – полум’я було настільки сильним, що жінка миттєво померла.
У РКЦ також наголосили, що загибла була їхньою парафіянкою, а самоспалення сталося не на території храму, а біля нього.
