Május 7-én késő este érkezett bejelentés a tűzoltósághoz egy égő autóról az aknaszlatinai Európa utcában. Mint kiderült, a 24 éves tulajdonos hazatért a munkából, majd a ház közelében parkolta le járművét. Néhány órával később helyi lakosok vették észre a tüzet, értesítették a nőt és kihívták a tűzoltókat.
Elsőként az Aknaszlatinai Közösségi Biztonsági Központ tűzoltói érkeztek a helyszínre, majd csatlakoztak hozzájuk a nagybocskói 23-as állami tűzoltó- és mentőegység munkatársai.
A tüzet sikerült lokalizálni, majd teljesen eloltani. A lángok megrongálták az autó utasterét és karosszériáját, azonban a tűzoltók megakadályozták a jármű teljes megsemmisülését.

Újabb kárpátaljai magyar esett el az Ukrajnában tomboló háborúban, az áldozat családjának a kormány megad minden lehetséges segítséget – közölte Szijjártó Péter magyar külgazdasági és külügyminiszter pénteken.
Magyarország Külgazdasági és Külügyminisztériumának közleménye szerint a tárcavezető szörnyűnek és egészen tragikusnak nevezte, hogy most már nem múlik el úgy egyetlen nap sem, hogy ne kapnánk hírt Kárpátaljáról újabb magyar áldozatról, újabb magyar emberről, aki ebben az „értelmetlen háborúban” hal meg. Az aknaszlatinai nagyközségből kaptuk az értesítést, hogy egy 36 éves magyar férfi halt meg, akit édesanyja várt volna otthon. Most már sajnos hiába – tájékoztatott.
„Természetesen a család számára a kormány az ilyenkor szokásos támogatást eljuttatja. Most már közel száz olyan magyar emberről tudunk, aki meghalt a háborúban” – tette hozzá. Szijjártó Péter leszögezte, hogy ez a friss eset is jól mutatja, hogy továbbra is mindent meg kell tenni a béketeremtés érdekében

Az Ukrán Biztonsági Szolgálat (SZBU) folytatja azoknak az árulóknak és kollaboránsoknak a leleplezését, akik az Oroszország teljes körű inváziója óta az agresszor oldalára álltak.
Kárpátalján az SZBU operatív munkatársai dokumentálták egy aknaszlatinai születésű férfi bűnös tevékenységét, aki hosszú ideig Oroszországban dolgozott.
A nyomozás szerint a 34 éves áruló önként csatlakozott az ellenséges 69. gárdához, helyettes parancsnoki pozícióra.
Megállapították, hogy az „eskü” letétele után az áruló Ukrajna Védelmi Erejei ellen harcolt, többek között a harkivi irányban, Vovcsanszk térségében is.
Az árulót életfogytig tartó szabadságvesztés és vagyonelkobzás fenyegeti.

Június 6-án éjjel tűz ütött ki a Técsői járásban található Aknaszlatinán, az Ozerna utcai szabadidőközpont épületeiben.
A Kárpátaljai Rendkívüli Helyzetek Állami Szolgálatának (DSZNSZ) tájékoztatása szerint a tüzet a helyi lakosok jelentették a hatóságoknak.
A lángok mintegy 400 négyzetméteren terjedtek szét, és csak a hajnali órákban sikerült teljesen eloltani őket. A tűzben az épületek teteje, mennyezete, valamint a berendezések megsemmisültek. Személyi sérülés szerencsére nem történt.
A tűz keletkezésének oka egyelőre ismeretlen.

2025. június 3-án Aknaszlatinán összeütközött egy rendőrautó és egy kisbusz.
A rendőrség közlése szerint a Renault típusú szolgálati jármű éppen egy bevetési helyszínre tartott, és ennek megfelelően bekapcsolt fény- és hangjelzéseket használt.
Az előtte haladó Mercedes kisbusz sofőrje azonban nem biztosított elsőbbséget, és balra kanyarodva összeütközött a rendőrautóval.
A hatóságok tájékoztatása alapján senki sem szenvedett súlyos sérülést a baleset során.
Az eset kapcsán belső vizsgálat indult, és a hatóságok jelenleg is vizsgálják a baleset pontos körülményeit.

Bejelentés érkezett a hatóságokhoz, miszerint a técsői járási Aknaszlatinán tűz keletkezett egy üdülőhelyen.
A helyszínre a helyi, a técsői és a nagybocskói tűzoltóság érkezett ki, ekkorra a lángok 500 négyzetméterre terjedtek már szét. A tűzoltók további segítséget hívtak Husztról, Técsőről és Viskről, a helyszínen 6 jármű és 30 munkás dolgozott.
A lángokat sikerült megfékezni és megmenteni a közelben lévő épületeket. Az esetben senki nem sérült meg, a tűz kitörésének pontos okát vizsgálják.

Egy 31 éves aknaszlatinai férfi ügyében adta át az ügyészség a vádiratot a bíróságnak. A férfit azzal vádolják, hogy hadköteles korú személyeket juttatott külföldre.
A vádlott összedolgozott egy ivano-frankivszki férfivel, együtt szállították az „ügyfeleket” a határvonalhoz. Először 2023 őszén fogták el, amikor három személy akart Románia területére juttatni, a férfiaktól 5500 dollárt kért. Később azonban kiderült, hogy több hasonló bűncselekményben is részt vett.
A bírósági tárgyalásra hamarosan sor kerül. A tettesre 7-től 9 évig terjedő szabadságvesztés várhat. A hírt a megyei ügyészség sajtószolgálata közölte.
