Mint Rajkovics írta: „A mai napon ismét drónokkal és rakétákkal támadta meg Ukrajnát az orosz agresszor. Kirovohrad megyében becsapódások vannak. Hajnali három óra körül három Gerany-2 (Shahed) drónnal támadott meg egy olajraktárat a megyeközpontban.”
A katonai megyevezetőjének közlése szerint a támadásnak nem voltak áldozatai, minden szolgálat gyorsan működött. „A támadás következményeinek felszámolása azonnal megkezdődött. A kárral kapcsolatos információk tisztázása folyamatban van” – tette hozzá Andrij Rajkovics.
