A városvezető elmondta: „Lembergben és a megyében szinte az összes elektromos alállomást tönkretették. Emiatt nagy probléma az áramellátás, de a villanyszerelőink nem szabványos okos megoldásokat találnak, így az ipar és az intézmények, amelyeknek a várost kell ellátniuk, működnek.”
A polgármester hozzátette azt is, hogy a kritikus infrastruktúra sok más létesítménye is megsemmisült a városban és a megyében. A legtöbbjüket már nem javítják ki, hanem újjáépítik – mutatott rá Andrij Szadovij.
A hírportál emlékeztetett arra, hogy a legutóbbi, február 10-i rakétatámadás során a légvédelmi erők 9 rakétát lőttek le Lemberg megye fölött. Ennek ellenére találatok érték a kritikus energetikai infrastruktúra létesítményeit.

A kedd délutáni masszív orosz rakétatámadás következtében Lemberg mintegy 80%-a áram nélkül maradt, és részben a fűtés is szünetel a városban – közölte Andrij Szadovij lembergi polgármester a Telegram-csatornáján, adta hírül az rbc.ua hírportál.
A jelentés szerint a városvezető azt írta: „Lemberg 80%-a áram nélkül maradt. Az áram hiánya miatt a hőszolgáltatás is átmenetileg szünetel. Nincs melegvíz-szolgáltatás. Közműcégeink már indítják a dízelgenerátorokat.”
Szadovij közlése szerint egy ember megsérült a rakétatámadás következtében. A sebesültet azonnal kórházba szállították. Villamosok és trolibuszok nem járnak a városban. A helyreállítási munkálatok a légiriadó lefújása után elkezdődtek. A polgármestere azt is megjegyezte, hogy minden iskolás és óvodás menhelyen volt a tanárokkal és pedagógusokkal együtt, amíg el nem múlt a légi veszély.
Mint hírportálunk ma beszámolt róla, minden eddiginél hatalmasabb rakétatámadást intéztek az oroszok több hullában Ukrajna energetikai infrastruktúrája ellen az ország szinte egész területén, aminek következtében sok nagyváros van áram nélkül, és országos vészhelyzeti áramszünetek kezdődtek.

A jelentés szerint bejegyzésében Szadovij azt írta: „tárgyaltunk a védelmi tervről és a város irányítása alatt álló erőkről és eszközökről. A helyzet változóban van, így a védelmi stratégiáinkban is változtatásokra és frissítésekre van szükség.”
A polgármester jelezte, hogy a város minden kerületében védelmi parancsnokságot hoznak létre, a területvédelmi önkéntes alakulatok tagjainak pedig további kiképzéseket tartanak. „Egyelőre nem állítjuk át őket 24 órás ügyeletre. De ez a döntés bármikor megváltozható” – emlékeztetett.
A városvezető azt is megjegyezte, hogy fontolgatják tartalékos önkéntes zászlóaljak felállítását a városi tanács és a kommunális vállalatok alkalmazottaiból, és folytatják a stratégiai terméktartalékok kialakítását az ellátási útvonalak elzárásának esetére. „Fel kell készülni a hideg télre, és biztosítani kell a fűtés lehetőségét egy gázellátás nélküli városban” – hangsúlyozta Andrij Szadovij, hozzátéve, hogy Lemberg jelenleg biztonságos.

Mint Kozickij írta, „éjszaka az ellenség rakétákkal lőtte a Lembergi Vasút infrastrukturális létesítményét a Javorivi járásban. A robbanás megrongálta a vasúti infrastruktúrát. Sebesültekről vagy halottakról nem érkezett jelentés.”
Szadovij azt közölte, hogy a kilőtt rakéták számát tekintve a kedd éjszakai az egyik legnagyobb támadás volt Lemberg megye ellen. „Az éjszaka két légiriadó és két hullámban tömeges rakétatámadás volt. Lemberg területén egyetlen rakéta sem csapódott be. Jól működött a légvédelem. Ezért nem tudjuk, hogy ezúttal célpont volt-e a városunk” – írta a polgármester.
A városvezető azt is megerősítette, hogy a javorivi járás egyik falujában a rakéták darabjai részben megrongálták a vasúti infrastruktúrát, és a környező házakban kitörtek az ablakok. Hozzátette: mindez az Európai Unió határának 20 kilométeres körzetében van. „Valóban ez volt az egyik legnagyobb támadás Lemberg megye ellen a rakéták számát tekintve. Nehéz megjósolni, mi fog ezután történni. Szóval mindenki menjen az óvóhelyre! Senki ne rögzítse a rakéták becsapódását vagy a légvédelem működését. A moszkvai ügynököknek ilyen videókra van szükségük. Kérem, ne váljanak a ruszkikhoz hasonlóvá!” – figyelmeztetett Andrij Szadovij.

A kormány ostoba döntést hozott azzal, hogy szigorítja a karantén-intézkedéseket a hétvégéken, ezzel ugyanis „eltemeti” a kis- és középvállalkozásokat – nyilatkozta Andrij Szadovij, Lemberg (Lviv) polgármestere szerdán az rbc.ua hírportálnak.
A városvezető a hétvégi karantén kapcsán annak a meggyőződésének adott hangot, hogy először ki kellene dolgozni a vállalkozói és üzleti szféra kárpótlásának a rendszerét. „Még nem láttuk a kormánydöntés végleges változatát, de az eddigi információk a józan ész hiányát mutatják” – tette hozzá, emlékeztetve arra, hogy például a kávézók hétvégi forgalma a bevételük 40-50%-át teszi ki, amit a kormánynak kompenzálnia kellene. Úgy vélte, a német, francia, olasz vagy lengyel példát kellene követnie Ukrajnának is, azaz először kárpótolnia kellene a veszteséget, s csak utána kerülhetnének szóba a korlátozások.
Szadovij szerda délelőtt a Lemberg megyei állami adminisztráció épületénél tüntető vendéglátósok előtt jelentette be, hogy a lembergi városi önkormányzat nem fogja betartani a hétvégi karantén bevezetésére vonatkozó kormánydöntést. „Szerintem ostobaság a hétvégi karantén, mi veletek voltunk és veletek leszünk, a város semmilyen ésszerűtlen kormánydöntést nem fog elfogadni” – mondta a városvezető a tiltakozóknak.
