A jelentés szerint a helyettes tárcavezető a Dom csatornának nyilatkozva új részleteket árult el a zavargások szervezőinek leleplezéséről, megjegyezve, hogy a hamis véren kívül harci gránátok használatát is tervezték. „Rendkívül felzaklatott bennünket, hogy az összeesküvők a nyilvános rendezvényen a főcsoporton kívül egy tartalék csoportot is be akartak vonni, amely a zavargások megrendelője szerint a főcsoport tevékenységét lett volna hivatott biztosítani” – mondta. Úgy vélte, a Nemzeti Rendőrség még sokáig figyelhette és ellenőrizhette volna a bűnözők tevékenységet, ha nem került volna képbe a biztosító csoport, amely a kiszámíthatatlansága miatt kézigránátok robbantásáig és egyéb meglepetések okozásáig elmehetett volna, emberek életét és egészségét veszélyeztetve.
Jenyin hozzátette, hogy a cselszövők fő tervei között szerepelt a hamis vér, tűzoltó készülékek és a petárdák használata a helyzet destabilizálása érdekében. Ezen kívül szerinte gumiabroncsok égetését is tervezték, aminek a szervezők szerint agresszív összetűzéseket kellett volna kiváltania a rendfenntartókkal, az összecsapások „áldozatairól” szóló hamis híreknek a médiatérbe történő későbbi bedobásával.
A belügyminiszter-helyettes azt is elmondta, hogy az egyik gyanúsított, aki pénzért szervezett gyűléseket, a rendőrséghez fordult. Nyilván meglepték a megrendelők által szabott igen magas árak – jegyezte meg. Mint közölte, a rendőrség az Ukrán Biztonsági Szolgálattal (SZBU) közösen ellenőrzi a zavargások szervezőinek az orosz titkosszolgálatokkal való kapcsolatáról szóló információkat. A nyomozók most olyan személyeket keresnek, akik Ukrajna más városaiban is hasonló zavargásokat akartak szítani – mesélte Jevhen Jenyin.

A jelentés szerint a First nevű Telegram-csatorna azt jelentette, hogy a kelet-ukrajnai harcokban részt vett veteránok ostrom alá vették a brovari polgármesteri hivatal épületét, hogy a helyi képviselők ne tudják megtartani a városi tanács földügyben összehívott ülését. A rendőrség próbálja megakadályozni, hogy a tüntetők bejussanak az épületbe. A harcias obsitosok elkezdték bezúzni az ajtók üvegtábláit.
A volt ATO-sok attól tartanak, hogy megfosztják őket a törvény által biztosított joguktól, hogy földrészleget kapjanak a város földalapjából. A tiltakozók azt állítják, hogy Brovariban csak a „tűzhöz közel ülőknek” juttatnak földet a városi elöljárók.

A jelentés szerint szombatra virradóra konfliktus alakult ki egy 24 éves és egy 41 éves helyi lakos között, amikor az idősebb férfi késsel mellbe szúrta az ATO-s veteránt. Az utóbbi barátja azonnal mentőt hívott, de sérül a kórházban meghalt. A rendőrök a tettest, aki büntetett előéletű, egy órán belül elfogták.
A Szuszpilne televízió közlése szerint az elhunyt Vszil Popadics, aki korábban a kelet-ukrajnai háborúban harcolt. Az elkövetőt a hatóságok már meggyanúsították, tettéért 15 évre börtönbe kerülhet.

A jelentés szerint Olena Verbicka, Ukrajna védői emberi jogainak betartásáért felelős elnöki hivatali tanácsadó Facebook-oldalán közölte, hogy a bebörtönzött ATO-sok az amnesztiára vonatkozó elnöki rendeletnek köszönhetően szabadultak. Hozzátette, 31 családba tér vissza nagyon hamar a férj, gyermek, fivér, és nem utolsó sorban a bajtársak is kezet foghatnak velük.
A hírportál emlékeztetett arra, hogy Andrij Jermak, az Elnöki Hivatal vezetője a napokban bejelentette, hogy a független Ukrajna történetében első alkalommal szabadulnak bebörtönzött katonák amnesztiarendelettel. Kézigránát-robbanás végzett egy ATO-s veteránnal kedd este az Ivano-Frankivszk megyei Kalusban, az 51 éves férfit holtan találták egy ötszintes tömbházban lévő lakásában – adta hírül szerdán az rbc.ua hírportál a megyei rendőrség sajtószolgálatra hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint kedd este 20:15 órakor egy férfi értesített a rendőrséget, hogy sérülésekkel a testén holtan találta a fiát annak lakásában. A helyszínre érkezett nyomozók által megkérdezett lakók elmondták, hogy 16:00 óra tájban robbanásra emlékeztető hangot hallottak, de nem tudták megállapítani, hogy honnan jött.
A rendőrségi szakértők a robbanás helyszínén megállapították, hogy az 51 éves férfi valószínűsíthetően kézigránát robbanása által okozott sérülések következtében vesztette életét. A tűzszerészek megtalálták a robbanószerkezet maradványait, amelyeket szakértői vizsgálatra küldtek. Az ügyben folytatódik a nyomozás.

A kiadványt a rendőrségi informátorai úgy tájékoztatták, hogy a rablóbandát egy sportedző szervezte és irányította, aki Kijev Darnica kerületében gyermekeknek tanított keleti harcművészeteket. Az alvilági tevékenységbe edzőkollégákat és ATO-s veteránokat vont be.
A jól szervezett bűnözők a többi között fegyveres rablást követtek el a Kijev Megyei Fellebbviteli Bíróság egyik bírájának házai és egy kijevi kerületi bíróság bírájának, valamint más állami tisztségviselők lakásai ellen. A banditák minden esetben szigorú konspirációt alkalmaztak, fedőnéven nevezve egymást, mint a kelet-ukrajnai konfliktusban a katonák. A megtámadottakat fegyverrel fenyegették, a gyermekek kezébe kézigránátot nyomtak, hogy a szülők csendben maradjanak, aki ellenállást tanúsítottak, azokba habozás nélkül belelőttek. A rablás során a tisztségviselőknek azt mondták, hogy a vagyonukat korrupcióval szerezték, ezért azt el kell kobozni.
A rablóbanda tagjai az információkat a kiszemelt áldozatokról oknyomozó újságírói honlapokról gyűjtötték, amelyeknek az anyagaiban részletesen le van írva, milyen vagyonnal rendelkeznek a bírák és hivatalnokok, drónfelvételekkel illusztrálva. Ennek köszönhetően a rablóknak még csak helyszíni szemlét sem kellett tartaniuk a birtokok elleni támadás előtt. A rendőrségen a hírportálnak azt mondták, hogy a bűnözők annyira magabiztosak voltak, hogy mobiltelefonon fenyegették a nyomozókat, amikor már körözés alatt voltak.

Bántalmaztak egy 28 éves beregszászi lakost, aki részt vett a kelet-ukrajnai harcokban. A rendőrség büntetőeljárást indított az ügyben, a fiatalkorú tetteseket sikerült előállítani.
Az eset március 30-án az éjjeli órákban történt, a hatóságokat hajnali 2-kor hívta az áldozat, miszerint egy beregszászi szupermarket közelében több ismeretlen személy is rátámadt és fizikailag bántalmazta.
Az információk szerint az áldozat vitába keveredett két fiatalkorúval, akik kővel dobálták meg. Ezt követően a tettesek „erősítést” kértek, majd közösen megverték az ATO-s katonát.
A térfigyelő kamerák segítségével sikerült kézre keríteni a bántalmazókat, egy 14 és egy 17 éves helyi lakost.
Az ügyben továbbra is folyik a nyomozás, a verekedés többi résztvevőjét még keresik.

Kézigránát felrobbantásával fenyegette élettársát egy ATO-s veterán szerda hajnalban a Zsitomir megyei Ovrucsi járás Korenyivka településén, de egy idő után megadta magát a helyszínre érkezett rendőröknek – írta az unn.com.ua hírportál rendőrségi forrásra hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint a volt ATO-résztvevő hajnali öt órakor kézigránát felrobbantásával kezdte fenyegetni a nőt, akivel egy háztartásban élt. A riasztás után a rendőrség elindította a Túsz fedőnevű szabadítási akciót. Az 1980-as születésű férfi végül megadta magát a rendőröknek, akik őrizetbe vették. Az incidensben senki nem sérült meg.

Ismeretlen támadó késsel támadt Vitalij Klicsko kijevi polgármester Udar (Ütés) pártjának egyik ATO-s veterán aktivistájára szerdán a fővárosban, a sérültet súlyos állapotban szállították kórházba – adta hírül az rbc.ua hírportál.
Mint Klicsko a Facebook-oldalán közölte, az incidens Kijev Szolomenszki kerületében történt, ahol egy erőszakosan viselkedő ismeretlen belekötött a pártaktivista önkéntesekbe, majd kést rántott, és egyiküket nyakon szúrta. A fővárosi ügyészség jelentése szerint a támadót már elfogták, és őrizetbe vették.
Nagyija Makszimec, a kijevi ügyészség sajtószóvivője Facebook-oldalán jelezte, az elkövető ellen előre megfontolt szándékból elkövetett gyilkossági kísérlet címén indítanak eljárást. Mint írta, csütörtökön születik döntés az ügyben az őrizetbe vételi megelőző kényszerintézkedés foganatosításáról.
Szerdán verekedésbe, majd lövöldözésbe torkollott a vita egy pártagitációs sátornál a Csernyihiv megyei Bobrovica város központjában egy férfi és két pártagitátor között, a támadó a gumilövedéktől a vállán sérült meg.

Melegházakban termesztett marihuánát és dolgozott fel droggá laboratóriumban az Egyesített Erők műveleti övezetében egy ATO-s veterán közbűntényes társával, kábítószer csomagolása közben vették őket őrizetbe az Ukrán Biztonsági Szolgálat (SZBU) munkatárasai – adta hírül szombaton a korrespondent.net hírportál az SZBU honlapjára hivatkozva.
A nyomozás adatai szerint két Luhanszk megyei férfi – egy önkéntes ATO-s veterán és egy bűnöző – drogüzletbe fogott, melegházakban termesztett marihuanából állított elő kábítószert. Az ültetvényeket a háztáji gazdaságaikban létesítették Privolje és Zolote településeken.
Az SZBU közleménye szerint a két díler a elit marihuánafajtákat termesztett modern öntözési technológiával. A drogot egyedül dolgozták fel és csomagolták, majd szállították a Doneck, Harkiv és Dnyipropetrovszk megyei megrendelőknek. Az ügyfeleket az interneten keresték, az árut postán vagy futárral küldték.
A két férfit drogkészítés közben érték tetten. A házkutatás során a melegházakban több mint ezer tő marihuanát, a termesztéshez használt berendezést, 10 kg vetőmagot, 150 kendertövet és becsomagolt drogot foglaltak le a hatóság emberei. A lefoglalt kábítószer feketepiaci értéke 4,5 millió hrivnya. Az ügyben megindult a büntetőjogi eljárás kábítószerek törvénytelen előállítása és terjesztése címén. A két férfit őrizetbe vették és vizsgálati fogságba helyezték.
