A nyilvántartás 2023. júniusi elindulása óta több mint 141 000 felhasználót regisztráltak, közülük csaknem 50 000 már fegyvertulajdonos.
Az ukránok 485 798 kérelmet nyújtottak be különböző típusú fegyvertartási engedélyekre. Erről a Belügyminisztérium számolt be.
Megjegyzik, hogy a kérelmek feldolgozásának eredménye alapján a rendőrök már több mint 461 ezer határozatot hoztak a vonatkozó engedélyezési dokumentumok kiadásáról.

Az öt éjszakán át tartó zavargások után a kedélyek csillapodni látszottak a franciaországi elővárosokban, ahol nem történtek nagyobb incidensek hétfőre virradóra – közölte a francia belügyminisztérium.
A tárca összesítése szerint országszerte 157 embert állítottak elő, míg szombaton még 1300-at, három rendőr megsérült. A tűzoltókat 352 köztéri tűzesethez riasztották, 297 gépkocsit gyújtottak fel. Egy rendőrőrsnél és egy csendőrségi laktanyánál megjelentek rendbontók, de összecsapásokról, fosztogatásokról nem érkeztek hírek.
Egy 24 éves tűzoltó meghalt egy földalatti parkolóházban kigyulladt gépkocsi oltása közben, de a hatóságok szerint a tűzesetnek nem volt köze a zavargásokhoz. Az ügyben vizsgálat indult.
Hétfőn délben állampolgári tiltakozó gyülekezéseket tartottak a polgármesteri hivatalok előtt a zavargások elleni tiltakozásul. A Francia Önkormányzatok Szövetsége azt követően szólított fel „állampolgári akcióra a köztársasági rend visszatérése érdekében”, hogy előző nap vandálok egy gépkocsival betörték a Párizstól délre található L’Hay les Roses nevű település polgármestere házának a kapuját, majd a kertben hagyott gépkocsit felgyújtották azzal a céllal, hogy a ház tűzbe boruljon.
Az eset országos felháborodást váltott ki, valamennyi párt szolidaritásáról biztosította az önkormányzati vezetőt, akinek a felesége és az egyik gyereke megsérült a támadásban.
Az ügyészség gyilkossági kísérlet miatt indított vizsgálatot az ügyben.
A Francia Önkormányzatok Szövetsége elítélte a június 27. óta tartó súlyos zavargásokat, amelynek célpontjai az „állami jelképeket jelentő önkormányzati hivatalok, iskolák, könyvtárak, rendőrőrsök”.
A zavargásokkal kapcsolatban múlt kedd óta 3200 embert állítottak elő. Kétharmaduk büntetlen előéletű, soha nem volt dolga a rendőrséggel, korábban „soha nem is igazoltatták” – mondta az északkeleti-franciaországi Reimsben, a vöröskereszt egyik kifosztott központjában tett látogatásán a belügyminiszter.
„Az elállítottak átlagéletkora 17 év, időnként gyerekek, mert más szó sincs a 12-13 évesekre, akik pirománok vagy akik a rendőrökre vagy önkormányzati képviselőkre támadtak” – fogalmazott Gérald Darmanin.
Ismételten a szülők és a család felelősségét hangsúlyozta a fiatalok felügyeletében, „mert nem az országos rendőrség vagy csendőrség vagy a polgármester és az állam dolga megoldani azt a problémát, hogy egy 12 éves gyerek felgyújt egy iskolát”.
A tárcavezető megerősítette, hogy vasárnap éjjel nem történt nagyobb incidens az országban, a „közrend a határozottságnak köszönhetően helyreáll”.
Jelezte, hogy ugyanakkor a köztársasági elnök kérésére a rendőrök és a csendőrök a következő éjszakákon is nagy erőkkel lesznek az utcákon.
Azt is bejelentette, hogy az állam 20 millió eurót fordít a zavargások során tönkretett térfigyelő kamerák pótlására.
Az elnöki hivatal jelezte: Emmanuel Macron kedden fogadja annak a 220 településnek a vezetőjét, ahol zavargások voltak, Élisabeth Borne miniszterelnök pedig hétfőn egyeztet a parlamenti pártok frakcióvezetőivel.
A zavargások éjszakái alatt a belügyminisztérium szerint ötezer gépkocsit és 10 ezer szemetest gyújtottak fel, csaknem ezer középületben keletkeztek károk és 250 rendőrőrsöt és csendőrségi laktanyát támadtak meg, 750 rendfenntartó megsérült.
A zavargások azt követően kezdődtek, hogy a Párizstól nyugatra található Nanterre-ben kedd reggel egy rendőr agyonlőtt egy 17 éves helyi fiút, aki ellenállást tanúsított egy közúti ellenőrzéskor. A rendőr elmondása szerint veszélyben érezte saját és társa életét. Az igazoltatásról készült felvétel azonban ezt nem igazolta, ezért a 38 éves motoros rendőrt előzetes letartóztatásba helyezték, majd emberölés miatt eljárás indult ellene.
Az igazoltatott gépkocsiban hárman ültek. A nanterre-i ügyészség jelezte, hogy a rendőrség felügyeleti szervének, az IGPN idézésére az eddig szökésben lévő harmadik személy jelentkezett, és kihallgatták tanúként. A fiatal férfi a BFM hírtelevízióban korábban elmondta: az áldozat az igazoltatáskor lehúzta a gépkocsi ablakát, s miközben az egyik rendőr megfenyegette, a fegyverével meg is ütötte. A fiú a harmadik ütés után levette a fékpedálról a lábát, a gépkocsi ezért gurulni kezdett előre, a rendőr ekkor lőtte le – mondta a tanú.
A francia igazságszolgáltatás mindeközben gyorsított eljárásban megkezdte az őrizetbe vett rendbontók elleni eljárásokat is.
