Újabb bizonyítékokat csatolt a parajdi bányakatasztrófa ügyében a román legfőbb ügyészséghez benyújtott bűnvádi feljelentéséhez az állampolgárokat az állam visszaéléseitől védő FACIAS alapítvány – közölte csütörtökön a civilszervezet.
Az alapítvány június elején tett bűnvádi feljelentést a parajdi sóbánya elárasztása kapcsán a román legfőbb ügyészségnél. Ebben azt állítja, hogy a bányát működtető Országos Sóipari Társaság (Salrom) és a román vízügyi hatóság felelős a történtekért, mivel évek óta tudtak a veszélyről, de nem tettek ellene semmit. Beadványukban a civilek a két állami vállalat érintett alkalmazottainak a felelősségre vonását kérik.
A FACIAS közleményében kifejti: az újabb bizonyítékok alátámasztják, hogy a román állami hatóságoknak 2007 óta tudomásuk volt a veszélyről.
„Ennek ellenére 18 éven keresztül semmit sem tettek azért, hogy megakadályozzák a katasztrófát, mely 2025 májusában bekövetkezett” – mutatnak rá.
A civilek szerint a vízszivárgások megakadályozása 1,9 millió euróba került volna, miközben a Salrom csak 2022-ben 4 millió eurót fizetett alkalmazottainak különböző jutalékokra. Arra is rámutatnak, hogy abban az évben a Salrom nettó profitja 22 millió euró volt, és ahelyett, hogy egy részét a sókészlet megőrzésére fordította volna, csaknem 30 millió eurót költött személyi kiadásokra.
A civil szervezet szerint a Románia számára stratégiai jelentőségű parajdi sókészlet meghaladja az 500 millió tonnát, bruttó értékét 12 milliárd euróra becsülik.ű
A FACIAS szerint az ügyészek elé terjesztett hivatalos iratok és tanulmányok azt mutatják: a parajdi bányakatasztrófa az állami hatóságok visszaéléseinek közvetlen következménye, mivel ezek megszegték törvényes kötelességüket, hogy megvédjék az emberi életeket, vagyont és nemzeti örökséget.
Rámutatnak: már egy 2007-ben publikált tanulmány felhívta a figyelmet, hogy a Korond-patak „valós veszélyt” jelent a bánya épségére, mivel oldja a sótömböket. Ennek ellenére a szakemberek által javasolt műszaki megoldások – a patak elterelése és egy megfigyelési állomás létrehozása – nem ültették gyakorlatba. És a sószorost magába foglaló természetvédelmi területet felügyelő civil szervezet sem tett konkrét lépéseket a védelmében – állítja a FACIAS.
Az alapítvány emlékeztet: a Salrom a 2024-es vízszivárgások után sem próbálta elhárítani a veszélyt, hanem „gyorsan” megnyitotta a bányát a látogatók előtt.
A román állami tulajdonban lévő parajdi sóbányába májusban tört be ismét a felette folyó Korond-patak vize. Az áradat néhány nap alatt teljesen elöntötte a bánya valamennyi részét. A sóbánya Székelyföld egyik leglátogatottabb turisztikai látványossága, amelyet évente százezrek kerestek fel, és amelytől nemcsak az ott dolgozó bányászok, hanem a településen és a környékén létrejött több száz vendéglátóhely üzemeltetőinek és alkalmazottainak a megélhetése is függ.
Beomlott egy régi sóbánya a máramarosi Rónaszéken, több személyt kilakoltattak és lezárták a területet – közölte hétfő este a Máramaros megyei prefektusi hivatal.
Az Agerpres hírügynökség jelentése szerint a Máramaros megyei Rónaszék (Costiui) régi sóbányájának beomlása nyomán egy 30 méter átmérőjű, 10-15 méter mély kráter keletkezett. Ennek mélyén az egykori bánya bejárati része látható. A földomlás nyomán hét személyt ki kellett lakoltatni és 4000 négyzetméteren lezárták az érintett területet. A földmozgások miatt egy közeli megyei úton is korlátozni kellett a gépkocsiforgalmat.
A helyszínen tartózkodó Rudolf Stauder alprefektus a román hírügynökségnek úgy nyilatkozott, hogy az egykori sókitermelés nyomán megmaradt régi galéria omlott be, és mintegy 150 négyzetméteren további földmozgások érzékelhetők.
Közölte: a lakosság védelme érdekében öt házból kiköltöztették a lakókat, ők rokonoknál húzták meg magukat.
A házak közül egy van közvetlen veszélyben, de az lakatlan. A földmozgások ennek melléképületeit és a gyümölcsfákat is érintették. A 186A jelzésű megyei úton is korlátozták a gépkocsiforgalmat, miután az omlás mintegy 50 méteres szakaszon az úttestet is érintette. A forgalmat más útvonalakra terelték.
Az alprefektus szerint a hatóságok állandóan felügyelik a környéket, és szükség esetén a bányaomlás körül kijelölt védelmi zónát tovább bővítik. A történelmi Máramarosban található Rónaszéken a sóbányászat kezdetei még a bronzkorra vezethetők vissza, majd a só kitermelése a római korban is folytatódott. A település 1474-es első említésekor már sóhivatala, vára is volt.
A helységben a 19. század utolsó éveiben 370 bányász fejtette a sót. A bányákat egy bányaomlás után, 1928 és 1931 között zárták be. Ezután a falu lakóinak egy része elhagyta a települést, akik maradtak, azok kitanulták a kádármesterséget és tölgyfahordókat készítenek. A Felsőróna (Rona de Sus) községhez tartozó településnek közel 700 lakosa van, közülük mintegy 300 magyar nemzetiségű.

Az Indira Gandhi Nemzetközi Repülőtér 1-es termináljának tetőszerkezete helyi idő szerint kora reggel omlott be az indulási oldalon. A járatokat a területen délutánig leállították – közölte India légi közlekedésért felelős minisztere, Ram Mohan Naidu Kindzsarapu.

A keddi többórás mentési műveletben egyesével, kerekes hordágyakon húzták ki az embereket egy 90 cm átmérőjű csövön keresztül. Az alagút előtt többtucatnyi mentő kötéllel és létrával állt sorba, és mentőautók érkeztek, hogy elszállítsák a 41 férfit a mintegy harminc kilométerre lévő kórházba.

A helyi hatóságok közlése szerint többen betegek lettek az indiai Uttarakhand államban beomlott, épülő alagútban rekedt építőmunkások közül, akiknek kimentésén negyedik napja dolgoznak.
A vasárnap óta folyó mentést nehezíti a sok törmelék, amely a beomlott alagutat eltorlaszolja. A mentőcsapatok a törmeléken át próbálnak széles átjárót ásni, hogy a vasárnap óta az alagútban csapdába esett mintegy 40 munkást ki tudják hozni.
Az alagút bejáratánál várakoznak a munkások hozzátartozói és barátai is, akik egyre elkeseredettebbek, mert a jelentések szerint néhány munkás megbetegedett. A hatóságok közlése szerint üzenetet küldtek, amelyben lázról, fájdalmakról és szorongásról számolt be.
A törmeléken átjuttatott csöveken keresztül már korábban vizet, élelmiszert és gyógyszereket küldtek be a munkásoknak, akik közül ketten kisebb sérüléseket szenvedtek az alagút beomlásakor.
A hatóságok közlése szerint a mentésben mintegy 200 fős mentőalakulat vesz részt munkagépekkel. Kedden megérkeztek a helyszínre azok a 76 centiméter átmérőjű csövek, amelyeket át akarnak tolni a törmeléken, hogy azon át tudják kihozni a bent rekedteket.
A 4,5 kilométeres alagút vasárnap a bejáratától mintegy 200 méterre omlott be. A hegyvidéki területen gyakoriak a földcsuszamlások.
Uttarakhandnak jelentős az idegenforgalma, mert hindu templomai sok zarándokot és turistát vonzanak. Az alagutat egy nagy forgalmú úthoz építik.

Beomlott egy középiskola tornatermének tetőszerkezete vasárnap az északkelet-kínai Csicsihar városában, tizenegy diák meghalt, és többen megsérültek – jelentette a Hszinhua kínai állami hírügynökség a helyi hatóságokra hivatkozva hétfőn.
A tető beomlásakor tizenkilencen tartózkodtak a teremben, de négy diáklánynak sikerült kimenekülnie. A helyi rádió szerint a csapat edzőjét is maga alá temette a törmelék.
A Hejlungcsiang tartomány második legnagyobb városában található 34-es számú középiskola tornatermének beton tetőszerkezete röplabdázó diáklányokat temetett maga alá. Edzést tartottak, amikor a tető beomlott. Tizenegyen a helyszínen életüket vesztették, többen megsérültek, őket kórházba szállították.
A helyi hatóságok szerint a tetőn szabálytalanul felhalmozott építőanyagok okozhatták a tragédiát. Az előzetes vizsgálat megállapította, hogy egy, a tornateremhez csatlakozó oktatótermen dolgozó munkások szabálytalanul helyeztek el a tetőn perlitet, amelyet általában szigeteléshez használnak és jelentős mennyiségű vizet képes elnyelni. Ebben a térségben és Kína más részein is az elmúlt hetekben szokatlanul heves esőzések voltak.
Az esők nagy területeket árasztottak el, helyenként sárlavinákat okozva, amelyek házakat sodortak el, megrongálták az infrastruktúrát, és több ember halálát okozták. A helyi rendőrség őrizetbe vette az építőipari cég vezetőit.
Kínában már többször elrendelték az iskolaépületek statikai vizsgálatát, mivel a földrengések során számos iskola összeomlott a hibás szerkezet és a selejtes építőanyagok miatt.
