Hétfőn a kora reggeli órákban lezuhant a DHL csomagszállító cég egyik Boeing 737-400-as teherszállító repülőgépe a vilniusi repülőtér közelében. A baleset helyi idő szerint 5:08-kor, magyar idő szerint 3:28-kor következett be – írta az Aerotime hírportál.

A Delfi Plus helyi hírportál beszámolói szerint a repülőgép a Vilniusban a Zirniu utcán, egy lakónegyedben zuhant le, konkrétan egy kétszintes lakóházra zuhant. Az épületben tűz ütött ki.

A repülőgépen összesen négy ember tartózkodott, két pilóta és két DHL-alkalmazott. A mentőknek sikerült kiszabadítaniuk a pilótát a pilótafülkéből, aki magához tért. A Boeing által tervezett és épített távközlési műhold pályára állását követően nem sokkal szétesett. A műhold üzemeltetője, az Intelsat megerősítette az iS-33e „teljes elvesztését”, amely az európai, afrikai és ázsiai-csendes-óceáni térségbeli ügyfeleket érintette.
Az Intelsat azt is elmondta, hogy lépéseket tett az incidens „átfogó elemzésének” elvégzésére.
Az adatok és megfigyelések elemzése érdekében egyeztetünk a műhold gyártójával, a Boeinggel és a kormányzati szervekkel – közölte az Intelsat.
Az amerikai védelmi minisztérium SpaceTrack nevű honlapja szintén megerősítette az incidenst. A platformon közzétett riasztás szerint az amerikai űrhadsereg azt is közölte, hogy „jelenleg mintegy 20 darabot” követ a műholdból – írja a BBC.
Balszerencsés Boeing
Ettől függetlenül két űrhajós a Nemzetközi Űrállomáson (ISS) rekedt, miután a Boeing Starliner kapszula, amellyel júniusban érkeztek, alkalmatlannak bizonyult a visszatérésre. A tervek szerint jövőre utaznak vissza a Földre egy, SpaceX gyártású űrhajóval.

A Szövetségi Légügyi Hivatal (FAA) vizsgálatot folytat a Delta Air Lines egyik járatán történt incidens miatt, miután a gép fedélzetén nyomáscsökkentési problémák miatt egyes utasoknak kiszakadt a dobhártyája és vérezni kezdett az orruk, így a gépnek vissza kellett fordulnia. A Boeing 737-900-as repülőgépén kabinnyomás-problémák merültek fel.
Múlt vasárnap a Boeing 737-900-as repülő Salt Lake Cityből az Oregon állambeli Portlandbe tartott, amikor kényszerleszállást kellett végrehajtania Salt Lake Cityben a nyomáscsökkentési problémák miatt. Az egyik utas, Caryn Allen elmondta, hogy amikor odanézett, észrevette, hogy férje előre dől az ülésében, és mindkét kezét a füléhez tartja. Allen ezután észrevette, hogy más utasoknak is fájdalmai vannak.

Meghibásodás miatt orrfutómű nélkül szállt le a FedEx Airlines egyik Boeing 767-es teherszállító repülőgépe szerdán az isztambuli repülőtéren, sérülés nem történt – közölte a török közlekedési minisztérium.
A párizsi Charles de Gaulle repülőtérről felszállt Boeing pilótája arról tájékoztatta az isztambuli repülőtér irányítótornyát, hogy nem nyílik ki a futóműve, ezért a torony útmutatásával kísérelte meg a landolást és sikerült a kifutópályán tartania a 767-est – áll a tárca közleményében. A hiba okáról egyelőre sem a Boeing, sem a repülőtér nem adott ki tájékoztatást.
A leszállásról készült videofelvételeken az látszik, hogy szikrák repkedtek és füst gomolyog, miközben a repülőgép talajjal érintkező első részével végigsiklik a kifutópályán, majd megállás után a készenlétbe helyezett reptéri mentőegységek tűzoltóhabot fecskendeznek rá.
A Boeing repülőgépgyártó leginkább a 737-es modelleket érintő közelmúltbeli problémák miatt, illetve a légitársaságok, a szabályozó hatóságok és a befektetők nyomására idén úgy döntött, hogy átalakítja vezetőségét.
A problémák közül legutóbb január elején egy szinte vadonatúj 737 Max 9-esnek nem sokkal felszállás után kiszakadt egy oldalpanelje, nagyméretű nyílást hagyva a gép oldalán. Csak a szerencsének volt köszönhető, hogy az incidensnek nem voltak súlyos, akár halálos áldozattal járó következményei. A cég az eset után azonnali hatállyal megvált a 737-es program vezetőjétől.

Gyors lefolyású betegségben meghalt egy 45 éves férfi, aki a Boeing egyik beszállítójának, a Spirit AeroSystems gyártási hibáira hívta fel a figyelmet. Két hónappal korábban egy másik szivárogtatót is holtan találtak a hatóságok. A férfi halála előtt szintén perben állt a repülőgyártóval.
Meghalt egy Boeing-szivárogtatóként ismert férfi, aki azzal vádolta meg a cég egyik beszállítóját, hogy figyelmen kívül hagyta a Boeing 737 MAX utasszállító repülőgép gyártási hibáit – írja az Economx.hu.
Joshua Dean a Spirit AeroSystemsnek dolgozott, majd azt állította, hogy bosszúból elbocsátották, miután felhívta a figyelmet a cég kansasi üzemében uralkodó repülésbiztonsági problémákra. A Boeing beszállítója, a Spirit AeroSystems ellen azóta nyomoznak, hogy kiderült, felelősségük volt az Alaska Airlines 1282-es járatából menet közben kiszakadt ajtólap építésében.
A férfi vallomást tett a cég ellen indított részvényesi perben, emellett a Szövetségi Légiközlekedési Hatóságnál is panaszt nyújtott be. Állítása szerint súlyos minőségi hiányosságok vannak a Spirit AeroSystems gyártóüzemében.
A 45 éves férfi teljesen egészséges volt, majd kedden egy gyors lefolyású rejtélyes fertőzésben meghalt.
Dean édesanyja a közösségi médiában írt arról, hogy fia egy MRSA-fertőzés miatt tüdőgyulladást és agyvérzést kapott. A tragédia csaknem két hónappal azután történt, hogy a Boeing egy másik szivárogtatóját, John Barnettet is holtan találták. A 62 éves férfi szintén pereskedett a Boeing ellen. Állítása szerint szigorú megtorlást kapott, miután feltárta a Boeing 787 Dreamliner biztonsági problémáit. A dél-karolinai hatóságok szerint a férfi a tárgyalás után hirtelen öngyilkos lett.
Sorozatos problémákat találnak a Boeingeknél
A cég járataival az elmúlt hetekben is rengeteg probléma volt. Április végén leszakadt a Delta Air Lines Los Angelesbe induló Boeing 767-es repülőgépének az egyik vészcsúszdája, míg előtte egy Dél-Afrikába tartó gép futóműve kirepült a helyéről menet közben. A Boeing azonban nem kommentálta az incidenst. Április elején pedig a vállalat egyik mérnöke közölte, hogy csaknem félezer gép lehet hibásan összerakva a Boeing Dreamliner gépeiből.
Március elején pont egy Dreamliner „műszaki hibája” miatt sérült meg több tucat ember – amelyre a cég is reagált még akkor –, március végén egy Boeing 727-es kettétört leszállás közben, a hónap végén pedig menet közben zuhant le egy 737-es hajtóművének burkolata. A Boeing repülőgépei az utóbbi időben többször teremtettek életveszélyes helyzeteket, és szinte rendszeresen kellett kényszerleszállást végrehajtaniuk, például egy kiszakadt ablak miatt.
A cég vezérigazgatója, Dave Calhoun pedig bejelentette, hogy 2024 végéig távozik a cég éléről. A Boeing és fő beszállítója, a Spirit AeroSystems gyártási szabványait jelenleg is vizsgálják az egyre nagyobb problémává váló minőségi hanyatlás miatt.
Februárban a Boeing–737 Max repülőgépek gyártásakor találtak problémát, ami arra kényszerítette a vállalatot, hogy átalakítson mintegy 50, még le nem szállított gépet. Ed Clark, a Boeing–737-es programjának vezetője február végén azonnali hatállyal távozott a cégtől, a Ryanairnek pedig járatokat kellett törölnie a Boeing gépek megbízhatatlansága miatt.

Egy Boeing teherrepülőgép nekiment egy másik repülőgép roncsának Dél-Szudánban vasárnap. Az ütközés következtében a repülőgép darabokra tört, szerencsére a személyzet sértetlen maradt.
A Safe Air Company Boeing–727-es áruszállító repülőgépe leszállás után letért a futópályáról, majd egy másik légi jármű roncsának ütközött, és kettétört a dél-szudáni Malakal repülőterén vasárnap – számolt be az Airportal.
A gép, aminek nekiütközött, néhány hónappal korábban szenvedett balesetet ugyanott. Az ütközés következtében a Boeing–727-es törzse a szárny mögötti részen kettévált, valamint a gép orra és szárnya is összetört.
Azt írják, a gépen tartózkodó hétfős személyzet sérülés nélkül megúszta a balesetet. A kettétört repülőről több fotó is kering az interneten.

A baleset legalább 50 embert érintett, kéttucatnyian könnyebben megsérültek, egy ember pedig súlyos sérülést szenvedett – jelentette az új-zélandi Hato Hone St. John mentőszolgálat.
„A repülőgép az aucklandi reptéren a tervezett időpontban ért földet. A baleset néhány utast és fedélzeti munkatársat érintett. Ők azonnali segítséget kaptak, a repülőtér egészségügyi személyzete a szükséghez mérten megvizsgálta, majd ellátta őket” – közölte az újságírókkal a LATAM szóvivője.
Az egyik utas arról számolt be, hogy a gép hirtelen zuhanásnak indult, majd az utasok kirepültek a helyükről, esetenként pedig a plafonnak ütköztek – írja a The Guardian. A The New Zealand Herald című lap jelentése szerint a repülőgép egy Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner volt, a járatszáma pedig LA800. A gép az eredeti menetrend szerint Sydney-ből Aucklandbe repült, majd onnan a chilei fővárosba, Santiago de Chilébe indult volna tovább – adta hírül az MTI nyomán az Index.
Mint írtuk, az United Airlines Japánba tartó Boeing 777-es repülőgépe csütörtökön kényszerleszállást hajtott végre Los Angelesben, miután felszállás közben elvesztette a gumiabroncsát San Franciscóban.
A Ryanair légitársaság március elején jelentette be, hogy kénytelen megritkítani nyári járatait, mivel nem fog megfelelő mennyiségű Boeing repülőgépet kapni a tervezett menetrend fenntartásához.
A Boeing egy korábbi vezetője, Ed Pierson februárban azt mondta, hogy „semmiképpen sem” repülne a 737 Max repülőgépek egyikével, mivel a repülőgépgyártó fokozott ellenőrzésnek néz elébe egy vészkijáratpanel kirobbanása után.
Többek között lehulló alkatrészek, kiszakadó vészkijáratpanel miatt kialakult bizalmi válságot kénytelen kezelni a Boeing. A vállalat azóta küzd a szabályozó hatóságok, a légitársaságok és az utasok megnyugtatásáért, hogy egy vadonatúj 737 Max 9 típusú repülőgép a múlt hónapban kényszerleszállást hajtott végre.
Február 5-én az Oregon állambeli Portlandből repült volna Ontarióba az Alaska Airlines egyik gépe, azonban röviddel az indulás után visszafordulni kényszerült, mivel kiszakadt a repülőgép egyik ablaka. Nem sokkal később újabb problémát találtak a Boeing 737 Max repülőgépek gyártásakor, ami arra kényszerítette a vállalatot, hogy átalakítson mintegy 50, még le nem szállított gépet.

A 62 éves John Barnett azzal vált ismertté, hogy a Boeing korábbi mérnökeként állítólagos biztonsági problémákat hozott nyilvánosságra a cégről. A rendőrségi tájékoztatás szerint a volt mérnök szombaton hunyt el, aki nyilvánvalóan öngyilkosságot követett el. Olyan sérülést okozott magának, hogy azt már nem élhette túl.
Ezt Dél-Karolina állam halottkémje állapította meg az esetet követően. A rendőrség további részleteket nem közölt az ügyben, így nem tudni, pontosan hogyan is vetett véget az életének a Boeing volt szakembere, illetve hagyott-e maga mögött bármilyen üzenetet. Több mint három évtizedeken át dolgozott a gigacégnek, majd 2017-ben nyugdíjba ment.
A Boeing részvétét fejezte ki a történtek miatt, és azt mondták, szomorúak a korábbi alkalmazottjuk halála miatt. Az Al Jazeera azt írja, Barnett jogi képviselete egyelőre nem reagált az ügyben, míg a BBC, akik elsőként jelentettek a férfi haláláról, megjegyezte, a volt alkalmazott a napokban tett tanúvallomást a vállalat ellen indított bejelentő perben.
A férfi azt állította, hogy a Boeing szándékosan szerelt hibás alkatrészeket a repülőgépekbe, és hogy a 787 Dreamliner utasai oxigén nélkül maradhattak volna a hirtelen dekompresszió miatt. A Boeing tagadta a vádakat, és ragaszkodtak ahhoz, hogy a legmagasabb biztonsági normák betartása mellett dolgoznak.
Legutóbb hétfőn történt incidens egy Boeing által gyártott gépen, ami Ausztráliából tartott Új-Zélandra. Erős mozgást érzékeltek a gépen, melynek következtében legkevesebb 50 ember megsérült, egy súlyosan. Március elején pedig egy hajtóműtűz miatt volt kénytelen kényszerlesszállást végrehajtani egy 737-es Houstonban, röviddel a felszállás után.
Az amerikai média a hétvégén arról számolt be, hogy az ügyészek büntetőjogi vizsgálatot indítottak az Alaska Airlines által üzemeltetett Boeing 737 MAX gép januári incidense miatt, ami az egész világot bejárta. Az amerikai Nemzeti Közlekedésbiztonsági Hivatal előzetes jelentése szerint bizonyítékokat találtak arra, hogy négy kulcsfontosságú csavar hiányzott, amik az ajtó rögzítésére szolgálnak. Az amerikai Szövetségi Légügyi Hivatal (FAA) 90 napot adott a Boeingnek arra, hogy tervet dolgozzon ki a gyártási és a problémák kijavítására.

Szombaton vissza kellett fordulnia a szapporói repülőtérre a japán All Nippon Airways egyik belföldi járatának, miután a pilótafülke szélvédőjének egyik rétege megrepedt – közölte a légitársaság szóvivője. A szóban forgó gép egy 737-800-as volt, a négy közül a legkülső üvegrétegen találtak repedést.
A Toyamára tartó 1182-es járaton 59 utas és 6 fő személyzet utazott, az eset során senki nem volt veszélyben a társaság közleménye szerint. „A repedés nem volt olyan mértékű, amely befolyásolta volna a repülőgép irányítását vagy a nyomásszabályozást” – mondta az ANA szóvivője.
Az eset azután kapott nagyobb nyilvánosságot, hogy a múlt hétvégén az Alaska Airlines Boeing 737 Max 9 típusú repülőgépéről csaknem ötezer méteres magasságban leszakadt a vészkijárat-panel. A hirtelen nyomáscsökkenés életveszélyes helyzetet teremtett, csak a szerencsének volt köszönhető, hogy mindenki épségben átvészelte a balesetet.
Az Egyesült Államok légiközlekedési felügyelete az incidens miatt felfüggesztette a típus repülési engedélyét, ami mintegy 170 gépet érint. A tilalom mindaddig érvényben marad, míg megnyugtató megoldást nem találnak a biztonsági problémára – számolt be róla a CNA.
Habár a Japánban történt incidens egy másik modellnél következett be, és jelenleg még az oka sem tisztázott, a Boeinget érzékenyen érintheti az eset, hiszen az amerikai balesetet követően hatalmasat zuhant a vállalat a New York-i tőzsdén, miután Dave Calhoun vezérigazgató elismerte, hogy minőségellenőrzési hiba vezetett az ajtó kiszakadásához.

Megtalálták a hétfőn lezuhant China Eastern Airlines-gép két feketedobozának egyikét – közölte a kínai állami média.
A feketedobozok tartalmazzák a repülési adatokat és a pilótafülke hangfelvételeit, így kulcsfontosságú a nyomozásban, arra ugyanis továbbra sincs magyarázat, hogy mi okozta a gép balesetét. Légiközlekedési szakértők szerint ráadásul szinte példa nélküliek a hasonló balesetek, hiszen a repülés legbiztonságosabb fázisában, utazómagasságról kezdett zuhanórepülésbe a gép.
A megtalált feketedoboz súlyosan sérült, egyelőre nem lehet megmondani, hogy ez a repülési adatokat, vagy a hangfelvételeket rögzítő doboz-e – írja a Marketwatch.
A Boeing 737-800-as gép hétfőn zuhant le Kuanghszi tartomány déli, hegyvidéki részén, 132 fővel a fedélzeten. A kínai hatóságok egyelőre nem erősítették meg az áldozatok számát, de a tegnapi közleményük szerint túlélőket egyelőre nem találtak.
