Az orosz megszállók péntekre virradóra rakétákkal támadták Ukrajnát, de a légvédelmi erők lelőtték mind a 13 darab X-101/X-555-öt és egy felderítő drónt is – közölte az ukrán fegyveres erők légierő-parancsnoksága a Telegram-csatornáján, számolt be az Ukrajinszka Pravda hírportál.
A jelentés szerint az ellenség éjszaka stratégiai repülőgépekről támadta Ukrajnát. Ezúttal a támadás a Hmelnickij megyében található katonai repülőtér ellen irányult. A rakétákat éjfél körül indította a Kaszpi-tengerről 4 Tu-95MS stratégiai bombázó.
A légvédelem mind a 13 X-101/Kh-555 cirkálórakétát megsemmisítette, a többségüket Hmelnickijben. Ezenkívül az ukrán csapatok megsemmisítettek egy ismeretlen típusú ellenséges felderítő drónt is.

Az oroszok kedd délután négy ukrajnai régiót – Csernyihiv, Hmelnickij, Lemberg és Ternopil megyéket – támadták cirkáló rakétákkal, de az ukrán légvédelemnek mind a négy megye fölött sikerült lelőnie rakétákat – jelentette be Vadim Deniszenko belügyminiszteri tanácsadó egy keddi televíziós műsorban, adta hírül az rbc.ua hírportál.
A tudósítás szerint Deniszenko az ukrán televízió non-stop háborús műsorában elmondta: „az orosz cirkáló rakétákat Csernyihiv, Hmelnickij, Lemberg és Ternopil megyék fölött lőtték le. Mint közölte, egyelőre több részlet nem ismeretes.
A tanácsadó egyúttal jelezte, hogy a rakéták egy részét az ellenség a megszállt Krím területéről lőhette ki. „Néhányat a rakéták közül, úgy tűnik, a Krím félszigetről lőttek ki, de azt még nem tudom megmondani, hogy mindegyik onnan indult-e ki” – tette hozzá.
A hírportál a fegyveres erők légvédelmi parancsnokságára hivatkozva azt közölte, az ellenséges rakéták közül legalább hármat sikerült semlegesíteni. Emlékeztetett arra is, hogy ma a légiriadó alatt, amely szinte egész Ukrajnában megszólalt, több megyében robbanások hallatszottak, mindenekelőtt Lemberg, Ternopil és Odessza megyékben. Már biztos, hogy az ukrán légvédelem Lemberg, Hmelnickij és Ternopil fölött lelőtt egy-egy orosz rakétát – írták ukrán források
