Odessza Kijevi kerületében egy utcai okmányellenőrzés során incidens történt, amelynek során az állampolgárok eltorlaszolták a területi toborzási és szociális támogatási központ (TCK) hivatali járművének az útját, és kiszabadították az elfogott hadkötelest – számolt be vasárnap az rbc.ua hírportál az Odessza megyei TCK-ra hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint szombaton incidens történt Odesszában a CCC a TCK munkatársai, valamint egy férfi és egy nő között. Az esetről készült videó vírusként terjedt a közösségi médiában. A videón egy lány látható, amint beugrik a TCK buszába.
„Mivel a közösségi médiában elterjedtek a TCK katonáinak mozgósítási tevékenysége során ma Odesszában történt incidensről készült videók, szükségesnek tartjuk tisztázni az incidens tényleges körülményeit” – közölte a TCK. A közlése szerint tegnap a TCK, a Nemzeti Rendőrség és a Nemzeti Gárda munkatársaiból álló közös riadócsoport tervezett mozgósítási tevékenységet hajtott végre Odessza Kijevi kerületében. Egy állampolgár okmányainak az Oberih adatbázis segítségével történő ellenőrzése során kiderült, hogy ezt a személyt a katonai regisztráció szabályainak megsértése miatt körözik.
A Nemzeti Rendőrség munkatársának jogszerű kérésére, hogy a további mozgósítási eljárások lefolytatása érdekében az állampolgár agresszívan reagált és megpróbált elmenekülni, de ezt megakadályozták.
„Sajnos a hivatali jármű, amelyben a szabálysértő volt, társa cselekménye miatt nem tudott elindulni” – magyarázta a TCK. Állítása szerint egy csoport civil, akikhez később mentőorvosok csatlakoztak, aktív és jogellenes akadályozása tette lehetetlenné a szállítást. Elállták a hivatali jármű útját, fenyegetőztek és fizikai nyomást gyakoroltak. Ezen együttes jogellenes cselekmények következtében a körözött elkövető elhagyta a TCK járművét.
Hangsúlyozzuk, hogy az ukrán fegyveres erők és a Nemzeti Rendőrség képviselőinek jogszerű tevékenységének akadályozása hadiállapot alatt súlyos bűncselekmény, amely jogi felelősségre vonással jár
– hangsúlyozta a TCK.
A hadsereg arra is figyelmeztetett, hogy az incidensben részt vevők minden cselekedetét rögzítették a katonák testkamerái. Ezért az illegális cselekményekre utaló bizonyítékokat tartalmazó anyagokat átadják az illetékes bűnüldöző szerveknek az összes érintett személy cselekedeteinek jogi értékelése érdekében.

Eljárást indítottak az ukrán hatóságok feltételezett háborús bűntettek miatt Ivano-Frankivszk járásban azután, hogy számos civil létesítményt orosz rakétatalálat ért szombatra virradóra.
Toronyházak, egy óvoda, egy gimnázium és egy templom rongálódott meg. Félig rombadőlt a helyi olaj- és gázipari egyetem. Összesen 14 épületről van szó: körülbelül ezer négyzetméternyi tetőszerkezetben esett kár, és legalább 800 ablak tört ki.
Egy helyi asszony azt mesélte, a kutyájuk már előre érezte, hogy valami történni fog, nyüszíteni kezdett. „Valami sípolt egyet, aztán jött egy robbanás. Ennyi volt. És volt egy villanás is. Az összes ablak kitört, és leszakadt a párkány, minden a fejemre” – mondta. Az ajtókat és a függönyöket kivitte a detonáció. Még sososem látott ehhez hasonlót se. A fia rohanva érkezett, hogy él-e még, és azt mondta, óriási szerencséje volt, hogy nem halt meg – idézte fel a támadás éjszakáját. Mit sem sejtve aludt el, az éjszaka normálisan telt, aztán egyszercsak mindent elborított az üveg. „Olyan volt, mint egy rémálom” – tette hozzá.
Az orosz hadsereg nagy erőkkel támadta Ukrajnát péntekről szombatra virradóra. Ez volt az egyik leghevesebb légitámadás az orosz invázió kezdete óta, és a nyugati országrészt is elérte. Rakéták és drónok sokasága csapódott be pár óra leforgása alatt. Súlyos károkat szenvedett az energetikai ellátórendszer, ami az orosz vezérkar első számú célpontja hónapok óta.

Humanitárius folyosó nyílt az orosz csapatok által blokád alá vont Mariupolnál és Volnovaktánál – írja az Interfax orosz hírügynökség, az orosz védelmi minisztériumra szombati jelentésére hivatkozva.
A tárca bejelentése szerint az orosz erők moszkvai idő szerint tíz órakor beszüntetik a harcokat, hogy a délkelet-ukrajnai Mariupol és az ugyancsak Donyeck megyében található, mintegy húszezres Volnovakta civil lakossága elhagyhassa a területet. A RIA Novosztyi orosz hírügynökség Moszkvára hivatkozva arról tudósított, hogy a mariupoli korridor moszkvai idő szerint déli 12 és délután öt óra között áll nyitva.
Az orosz védelmi minisztérium ugyanakkor azt is bejelentette: Oroszország folytatja „széleskörű hadműveleteit” Ukrajnában. Mariupol polgármestere, Vadim Bojcsenko nem sokkal korábban már sürgette a humanitárius folyosó kialakítását, és Telegram-csatornájára feltöltött üzenetben azt közölte, hogy a város „kérlelhetetlen” támadásokat kénytelen kiállni.
„Elsődleges célunk tűzszünet elérése, hogy a létfontosságú infrastruktúrát helyreállíthassuk, és a humanitárius folyosó megnyitása, hogy élelmiszer és gyógyszer érkezhessen a városba” – tette hozzá Mariupol első embere.
Mariupol és Volnovakta elfoglalása megkönnyítené az összeköttetést az Azovi-tenger partján a Krím felől előrenyomuló orosz csapatok ellenőrzése alatt álló területek, valamint szakadárok által kezén lévő donyecki területek és az orosz határ között.
A humanitárius folyosók létesítéséről az ukrán és az orosz fél az ukrán–fehérorosz, majd a lengyel–fehérorosz határ közelében nemrég tartott tárgyalásokon egyezett meg. Korábban Olekszij Danyilov, az ukrán Nemzetbiztonsági és Védelmi Tanács (RNBO) titkára a korridorokat „a legfontosabb kérdésnek” nevezte.
