Naponta közel 30 hamis Covid-tanúsítványt kiállító orvost fedett fel a Biztonsági Szolgálat.
Dnyiproban hamis Covid-19 elleni oltási tanúsítványok kiadásának sémáját blokkolták, számolt be a Biztonsági Szolgálat sajtóközpontja.
„A rendfenntartóknak sikerült azonosítaniuk egy orvost, aki naponta közel 30 hamis tanúsítványt készített. 2500 hrivnyát kért az ügyfelektől, amiért hamis adatokat regisztrált az eHealth elektronikus rendszerben” – áll a közleményben. A nyomozás adatai szerint a „folyamatot” a város egyik oltási pontján szervezte meg.
Az oltatlanok személyes adatait bevezette az eHealth elektronikus egészségügyi rendszerbe, az oltóanyagot pedig leírta.
A rendfenntartók akció során leleplezték a bűnözőt, amikor éppen 9 hamis oltási tanúsítványért vette át a pénzt.
Az orvos munkahelyén és lakóhelyén tartott házkutatások során egészségügyi intézmények bélyegzőit, szigorúan nyilvántartott űrlapokat valamint 50 000 hrivnyát találtak és foglaltak le. A nyomozás folyamatban van az esetleges érintett személyek azonosítása céljából.
A Biztonsági Szolgálat munkatársai miután azonosítják azokat a személyeket, akiknek személyes adatai jogellenesen kerültek be az eHealth rendszerbe, kezdeményezi oltási igazolásaik visszavonását és felelősségre vonást fog kezdeményezni.

A migrációs rendőrség munkatársai a nyomozókkal közösen tartottak házkutatást a hamis Covid-tanúsítványok ügyében érintett üzletember irodáját. A rendőrség ez ügyben nyomozást folytat. A férfit pénzbírságtól a szabadság korlátozásáig terjedő büntetésre ítélhetik.
Operatív munka során a kárpátaljai migrációs rendőrség munkatársai tudomására jutott, hogy egy 25 éves, huszti járási üzletembernek köze van a Covid-tanúsítványok hamisításához.
Ismertté vált, hogy a férfi hivatalosan külföldi utazásokhoz és munkavállaláshoz készít elő dokumentumokat. Ezt követően, amikor új korlátozások léptek életbe a karantén miatt, felvette szolgáltatásai listájára az oltási bizonyítványok illegális kiadását. Ismertté vált, hogy a hamis tanúsítvány 50 amerikai dollárba, a külföldi utazásokhoz szükséges teljes dokumentumcsomag – 200 dollárba került.
Az Ungvári Járási Rendőrkapitányság első számú rendőrkapitányság nyomozóival közösen az operatív csoport a bíróság által jóváhagyott házkutatást tartott a gyanúsított munkahelyén. Ennek eredményeként a rendőrség az irodából nyolc nemzetközi Covid-19 oltási bizonyítványt foglalt le orvosi pecséttel és orvos aláírásával, valamint informatikai berendezéseket ezen dokumentumok elektronikus űrlapjával.
A rendőrség büntetőeljárást indított Ukrajna Büntető Törvénykönyve 358. cikkelyének 1. része alapján, azaz dokumentumok, pecsétek, bélyegzők és nyomtatványok hamisítása, hamisított okiratok, pecsétek, bélyegek értékesítése vagy felhasználása. Ilyen cselekmények esetében az érintett pénzbírságtól két évig terjedő börtönbüntetésre számíthat. A vizsgálat folyamatban van, közölte a kárpátaljai rendőrség kommunikációs osztálya.
