Pánik tört ki New Yorkban, a Times Square-en, miután hangos robbanás hallatszott az egyik csatornafedél alól.
Az egyik csatornanyílásban robbanás történt, két másikból pedig sűrű füst tört elő, írta meg az ABC New York-i kiadása. Személyi sérülés nem történt.
Karl-Erik Stromsta, a Con Edison energiaszolgáltató cég szóvivője szerint a balesetet egy elektromos kábel hibája okozta.
