Terrortámadás előkészítésének vádjával a belgiumi Brugge (Bruges) bírósága egy csecsen férfit 15, feleségét pedig nyolc év börtönbüntetésre ítélt.
A 26 éves, Nyugat-Flandriában élő Abubakar S. és a 35 éves Liza M. a vád szerint Antwerpen zsidónegyedében, illetve a városban működő egyik melegbár ellen tervezett – az ügyészség szerint „jól előkészített” – terrortámadásokat, valamint rajtaütést terveztek a helyi rendőrség ellen is – írja az MTI.
A pár ellen 2023 tavaszán indult vizsgálat, miután a biztonsági szolgálatok felfedezték, hogy Abubakar S. érdeklődni kezdett az Iszlám Állam terrorszervezet iránt, és a Telegram közösségi oldalon említést tett egy lehetséges terrortámadásról. A férfit egy segítőtársnak ajánlkozó titkos ügynök buktatta le tavaly májusban, fegyvereket kínálva neki.
A bíróság terrorszervezetben való részvétel vádja miatt négy év felfüggesztett börtönbüntetéssel sújtotta Abubakar S. testvérét és még egy vádlottat, az ötödik vádlottat pedig felmentette – jelentette a belga hírügynökség.

Lövöldözésbe torkollott egy bandaháború péntek este Bécs Brigittenau városrészében, az Anton Kummerer parkban. Sajtóhírek szerint szíriai fiatalok csaptak össze csecsenekkel a belvárosban, a heves szóváltást lövöldözés követte, melynek eredménye három súlyos és több könnyű sérült, puskagolyók által megrongált parkoló autók és lefoglalt fegyverek lettek.
Péntek este Bécs Brigittenau városrészében szíriai fiatalok csaptak össze csecsenekkel, előbb botokkal támadtak egymásra, majd a paprikaspray is előkerült, végül késekkel rontottak egymásnak, sőt fegyverek is előkerültek.
„Mi lett a kerületünkkel? Lassan olyan itt, mintha Favoritenben lennénk!” – panaszkodott egy helybéli nő a Kronen Zeitung tudósítójának Bécs hírhedt, főként migránsok lakta lakónegyedére utalva.
A rendőrséget a szomszéd riasztották, a kiérkező járőrök több férfit igazoltattak. Három sérültet mentők a helyszínen elláttak, négy másik embert pedig kórházba szállítottak.
A Krone.at tudósítója szerint a park egy csatatérre hasonlított.
„Este fél tíz körül lövéseket hallottunk a felségemmel. Mondtam neki, hogy menj arrébb az ablakból, különben lelövik. Aztán megérkeztek a rendőrök” – mesélte egy szemtanú a lapnak.
A lövedékek öt embert eltaláltak, ők éppen az autójukban ültek vagy parkoltak. Több, a környéken parkoló kocsi oldalába lyukakat ütöttek a lövedékek.
A rendőrök a helyszínen fegyvereket foglaltak le a migránsoktól. Az ügyben nyomozás indult.

Az orosz Wagner zsoldoshadsereg katonái és csecsen fegyveres egységek érkeztek a Donyeck megyei, orosz megszállás alatt álló stratégiai jelentőségű Debalceve városába – közölte kedd esti harctéri helyzetjelentésében az ukrán vezérkar.
A kijevi katonai vezetés saját értesülései alapján hírt adott még arról, hogy a Donyeck megyei Jenakijeve városában folytatódik az orosz csapatok soraiba a megszállt területekről erőszakkal mozgósított újoncok kiképzése. A helyi műszaki technikum helyiségeiben egyidejűleg folyik a kiképzés és az oktatás a tanintézmény diákjai számára – tette hozzá a vezérkar.
A közlemény szerint a Csecsen Köztársaság területéről és a Wagner katonai magáncégtől külön alakulatokat helyeztek át Debalceve városába az ottani csapatok létszámának növelése céljából. Az ukrán katonai vezetés tájékoztatása szerint ezen túlmenően a zaporizzsjai régióban Molocsanszk településen az orosz erők átcsoportosításokat hajtottak végre. A rendelkezésre álló információk szerint néhány állást elhagytak, és néhány ellenőrző pontot eltávolítottak.
A vezérkar közlése szerint a nap folyamán az orosz erők mintegy 15 támadást hajtottak végre rakéta-sorozatvetőkkel ukrán csapatok állásai és lakott települések ellen. Az ukrán légierő kedden két csapást mért az orosz hadsereg élőerő-, fegyver- és hadfelszerelés-öszpontosulására.

Magasrangú csecsen politikusok vérbosszúval és lefejezéssel fenyegették meg Szajdi Jangulbajev nyugalmazott bíró terrorizmussal megvádolt családját – közölte szerdán az Eho Moszkvi független hangvételű orosz rádió.
A szökésben lévő Jangulbajevék fővesztés általi „felelősségre vonását” helyezte kilátásba a közösségi médiában többek között Isza Tumhadzsijev és Abuzaid Viszmuradov csecsen miniszterelnök-helyettes, Adam Gyelimhanov, az orosz kormánypárt, az Egységes Oroszország szövetségi alsóházi képviselője, Deni Ajdamirov grozniji rendőrkapitány, Alihan Cakajev, a csecsenföldi polgári védelem megbízott vezetője és Zamid Csalajev, a Ramzan Kadirov csecsen vezető személyes védelmét biztosító Ahmad Kadirov nemzeti gárdaezred parancsnoka.
Szajdi Jangulbajev volt csecsen köztársasági alkotmánybíró két fiát Ramzan Kadirov terrorizmusra és szélsőséges cselekedetekre való felbujtással, valamint a betiltott 1ADAT elnevezésű ellenzéki Telegram-csatorna adminisztrálásával vádolta meg. A hivatalos bűnlajstromukhoz tartozik, hogy közük volt egy egykori csecsen biztonsági tisztségviselő ellen elkövetett támadáshoz.
A csecsen vezető szavai szerint „ennek a famíliának a börtönben vagy a földben van a helye”. Kadirov január 24-én a Telegram-csatornáján közzétett egy felvételt, amelyen a volt bíró egyik fia, Ibragim arra fogadkozik, hogy megöli a csecsen vezető minden követőjét, az állami alkalmazottaktól és a rendvédelmi testületek tagjaiig, a feleségükkel, az anyjukkal és minden más hozzátartozójukkal együtt.
Ibragim Jangulbajev, aki korábban mintegy másfél évig volt elkülönítőben szélsőségesség címén, a Emberi Jogok Európai Bíróságához (EJEB) fordult a grozniji rendőrségen elszenvedett ütlegek és kínzás miatt. A csecsen hatóságok a másik Jangulbajev fiút, Abubakart gyanítják az ellenzéki 1ADAT mögött. Groznijban szerdán a hivatalos adatok szerint több mint 400 ezres – a SZER/SZR-médiacsoporthoz tartozó Kavkaz.Realii hírportál szerint pedig „csak” 30 ezres – tömeg követelte meg nem nevezett országoktól a muszlim hívők vallásos érzelmeinek megsértésével is megvádolt Jangulbajev család Oroszországba való visszatoloncolását és megbüntetését. A szigorú járványügyi korlátozások ellenére megtartott, előre kinyomtatott transzparensek garmadáját felvonultató „spontán” tüntetésen felszólalt Magomed Daudov parlamenti elnök, Szalah Mezsijev mufti és több, Kadirov közvetlen környezetéhez tartozó tisztségviselő.
A tömeg azzal a követeléssel fordult Vlagyimir Putyin orosz elnökhöz, hogy vonassa büntetőjogi felelősségre a Jangulbajev-ügyet is tollhegyre tűző Jelena Milasinát, a Novaja Gazeta független lap újságíróját és Igor Kaljapint, a Kínzás Elleni Bizottság jogvédő csoport alapítóját. Sürgették továbbá a Kadirov által a terroristák cinkosaként emlegetett Novaja Gazeta, a Dozsgy ellenzéki online televízió és a bizottság betiltását.
A Novaja Gazeta egyébként már a hét elején az orosz Nyomozó Bizottsághoz (SZK) fordult amiatt, hogy Kadirov terroristának minősítette Milasinát és Kaljapint. A lap felhívta a hatóság figyelmét: a csecsen vezető korábban azt hangoztatta, hogy a terroristákat és cinkosaikat meg kell semmisíteni. A Dozsgy ugyanebben az ügyben az orosz jogvédő rendszer és a politikai vezetés reagálását sürgette, az Eho Moszkvi pedig magához Putyinhoz fordult az ügyben.
Dmitrij Peszkov, a Kreml szóvivője azt ígérte, hogy a rádió folyamodványát az elnök még szerdán meg fogja kapni. Hozzátette, hogy Putyin tervei között jelenleg nem szerepel, hogy a csecsen vezetővel találkozzon. Peszkov Kadirov kijelentéseinek keménységét korábban „Csecsenföld terrorellenes küzdelmének gazdag és szomorú tapasztalatával” magyarázta, és hangsúlyozta, hogy a köztársasági vezető nyilatkozatai nem tekintendők a szövetségi központ állásfoglalásának.
Oroszország-szerte felhördülést keltett január 20-án, hogy csecsen biztonsági emberek Nyizsnyij Novgorodban – vagyis Csecsenföldtől mintegy 1400 kilométerre – kísérelték meg a lakásán őrizetbe venni Szajdi Jangulbajevet, csalás és a nyomozói idézések semmibe vétele címén. Mivel számára a nyugalmazott bírói státus mentességet biztosít, a feleségét, Zarema Muszajevát vitték el erőszakkal, akit hétfőn hivatalos személy bántalmazása címén letartóztattak. Kadirov szerint Muszajeva egy rendőrnek „kishíján kiverte a szemét”.
A Nyizsnyij Novgorod-i incidenst követően a volt bíró a lányával együtt külföldre szökött. Tatyjana Moszkalkova emberi jogi biztos a főügyészséghez fordult Muszajeva elfogása ügyében.

A franciaországi Dijon város maghreb közösségében mintegy száz ember tüntetett egy héttel azután, hogy rátámadtak az észak-afrikaiak által lakott városrészre a csecsen közösség tagjainak vezetésével.
A tüntetők a helyi prefektus lemondását követelték, mert szerintük késlekedik a maghreb-közösség védelmével. A demonstráció előtt a város ügyésze bejelentette, hogy négy férfit őrizetbe vettek szombaton, akiknek köze lehetett a támadáshoz.
Közülük hárman orosz állampolgárok, a negyedik férfi francia, de orosz felmenői vannak. Ők mindannyian elismerték, hogy az eseményen részben vagy teljes egészében jelen voltak, de tagadják, hogy bármilyen erőszakot elkövettek volna, nyilatkozta Eric Mathais dijoni ügyész.
Az észak-afrikai közösségre azért támadtak rá, hogy megbosszuljanak egy fiatal csecsen ellen elkövetett erőszakot.
